I completed the online contact section and received a call back from Martin within 20 minutes. Martin listened and offered practical advice and guidance explaining costs involved and next steps in clear concise detail which he followed up in an email shortly afterwards. Martin eased a tense call by remaining polite professional and empathetic to my situation throughout.
