Andy the estimator, was precise with his figures and his quote was the most competitive on the market. His advice and knowledge of the Australian import regulations was invaluable and his flexible approach towards the removal dates, provided us with the confidence and peace of mind we needed, since we were also in between selling our home. The admin team consisting of Laurent, Charlotte, Helen and Rachel were awesome and extremely proactive. They methodically provided us with all the assistance and advice and we were able to process all the necessary documentation effortlessly and in good time. The crew led by Jamie, arrived punctually on the day of packing and they were ever so polite and friendly. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and somehow managed to box all our household items and furniture, including encasing two larger items into wooden crates, and also boxing items that were kept offsite in storage, ready for collection the next day.
