-excellent service from start to end, booking, survey 9online), packing, shipping, update about shipping, custom clearance and delivery.
-booked a 20 ft container, collected in early July and delivered mid October 2025.
-was worried about 3 bicycles and some garden furniture for custom clearance in Australia; cleaned them with jet wash and then with jeyes fluid 3 times, PSS professionally sprayed and packed them; They all cleared of custom in Australia.
-PSS team patiently packed our belongings on th day of collection as we were not much ready, loaded them into a container and sealed it in our presence.

-Overseas packers, a company in Brisbane took in charge of the container once arrival in Brisbane port. They also contacted in advance and updated estimated date of arriaval for container in Brisbane. Delivery was also professional. Delivered in mid October after custom clearance. They were supposed to unpacked all boxed and reassemble furniture but I rather liked to sort them out myself. No damage noticed so far.
