From the initial call to request a bid to the final piece installed it was pretty seamless. Once we received the bid the fence was scheduled within the week and finished in one day. The foreman was great to work with, the team was very professional, and we love our fence and the gate is perfect. I asked for a gate stopper - and it was the final touch. The workmanship of the project impressed my husband - it’s just perfect.

Haven't paid for service yet, but Vlad was very down to earth and straightforward about the pros and cons of the job. The estimate was reasonably priced, not the cheapest, but Vlad made clear to explain why the price point was appropriate. And I agreed with his explanation. I don't know if we will end up picking cool cat for our fencing needs, but overall VERY impressed with the business mission and Customer service. I would recommend them to others purely based on my experience with their salesman.

I can't say enough good things about my new fence, the company that installed it and the people that work for Cool Cat. They are Trustworthy, Dependable and Transparent. Their customer service is impeccable. They came out right away to provide an estimate and showed me all of the options and offered financing. They answered all my questions and I never felt pressured. They were accommodating to my availability and need to be present so that I could unlock the gates and keep dogs from getting out. I am impressed with Cool Cat Fence. They arrived on the date scheduled, worked through some challenges with the site which required some creativity, communication, and good workmanship. I definitely would recommend them if you need a fence! Both Vlad and Volodymyr were very professional, courteous and just plain great to work with.
