Had a fantastic experience with the Glasgow Revive Lab today in Buchanan Galleries. I brought an older model Samsung Galaxy mobile to get its original battery replaced with the draining of power becoming a pain. I dealt with Sahil who said that although he didn't currently have the part, he'd check with his warehouse and contact me to advise whether he could get it today. He later phoned as promised and emailed me to confirm when one did arrive before lunch. He was great to deal with from start to finish and gave me very helpful battery care advice as additional customer service. The repair cost was more than fair because the phone's functionality has been restored superbly.

Great experience at RevivalApp. My glass protector was stuck very hard with glue and wouldn't come off. They removed it within 5 minutes using proper equipment. The staff were very kind and supportive, and my phone wasn't damaged at all. Everything looks perfect around the phone and camera. Highly recommend.

Well I went in because I couldn’t get my SD card to go in and asked them. Initially it was thought to be hardware, but very quickly they was able to tell it was the SD card, verified by testing it with one of there’s. I gave them £20 to say thanks and then I got a new SD card and all Is working thanks to them and saves me a costly unneeded repair. Highly recommended

Thank you so much to the young man who helped me sort out the problem with my phone today. I downloaded an app that proved difficult to uninstall. He was patient and helpful and refused to take any payment saying that a good review would be enough.

I broke the inside screen (fold screen) of my Google Pixel Pro and it was a tragedy. The repair wasn't easy and it was very expensive, but these guys did a good job. They sourced the original part and fixed my phone in a few hours. I would recommend them for delicate jobs and a reliable service.

Great service for water damage - Walked in to the repair centre just before the closing time, due to liquid damage on my iPhone. They agreed to collect the mobile immediately for verifying the functionalities, may be dismantled the device for internal drying of all the parts. And the service was pretty quick. They were able to clearly explain the process before handing over the device to them. Within hours, they returned the phone in perfect working condition.

I left my phone at their store to fix the charging port and they fixed it for a very good price!

I was visiting Glasgow overnight on my own and my mobile phone stopped working. I could not charge it up because any charger I tried was taking the charge OUT of the phone. I was down to 8% and in Buchanan Street Galleries when I spotted Revive Lab. I bought a fast charger and lead and then went to a cafe to charge my phone. No luck, I was then down to 6% so I went back to the kiosk for help. The very helpful staff member looked at my phone, took a picture and explained that the charger point was broken. He fixed it within an hour and it cost me £49. He refunded the money I spent on the charger so I then left very relieved and happy. The staff member was very polite and spent time explaining everything to me. Happy customer and THANKS again!! Pauline 😀 👍

Went to get my iPad Gen4 fixed the other day due to water damage and the iPad didn’t charge. I booked in for water damage and they changed the charging port for me. Got it back within 2-3 days :) now works perfectly, very happy with service, staffs, and reasonable price! would recommend this place.
