While the hubs was out of town, I forgot to take our endless pile of trash out for the good folks of Red Oaks. After speaking with one of their most professional and courteous employee, Andy, he gave us a complimentary pick-up. Quick call, excellent service call, great company!

Needed a new service, saw Red Oak truck thought I would give a call. First week,had to call office truck passed by house, five minutes later a Cycle Works truck picked my can. Since then Cycle Works has picked my trash the Red Oak truck passes by a little later. Getting new service that is ok. Just don't understand the arrangements,but that is ok I guess.Trash getting picked up on time.

I’ve had their service for a little over a month now and so far so good! They have a great rate and I am very happy with their services. I definitely recommend Red Oak Sanitation!

Customer service was great when I signed up. I have yet to figure out around what time trash pickup is... like today at 5:15pm, it has not been picked up. Other than that, so far, so good.

Reliable pickup. If there is a delay a text is sent indicating the new pickup date. Reasonable monthly charge. No complaints good service.
