I have been seeing Aleena Jose for 5 weeks now and she has been fantastic. I couldn't move my neck when I started and now I have full movement and I have ongoing exercises to improve in the future. He was friendly and explained clearly what he was doing and the outcome I could get from it. I highly recommend this osteopath.

Super experience with osteopath, Dinos, who's been a friendly and genuine help through a short period of rehabilitating a back and neck issue over the past week. Great value for the service and will most certainly be paying another visit if I have any further muscular issues going forward. The back cracking was a particular highlight!
