I want to say this is the second time I've called them for my carpets and they responded quickly and got me set up within 4 hrs of the call both times. The service was amazing,; I wasn't sure the pet stains would come out but they DiD!! It looks amazing and my husband was Very impressed, too! I would recommend this company to anyone!! After spilling an entire chocolate protein shake on my upholstered kitchen banquette, I knew I needed to get it cleaned right away. I found Busy Bee on Yelp and liked that they were family owned and had a lot of great reviews. I called them up, got hold of someone on the phone on my first attempt and she had me scheduled for later that day. Ryan showed up, got my banquette cleaned in pristine condition in less than an hour and cleaned the carpet in my office which had terrible pet stains from my elderly dog. The carpet turned out completely spot-free, the odor was gone and it looked brand new. Ryan asked me a number of times if I was happy with their work and he could not have been nicer and professional. I can't recommend them enough.

The wait time for an appointment was not long. The job they did was excellent! I definitely recommend them.

Moved out of my house this week needed the carpets steamed and cleaned. Reasonable price with high quality finish. I own two large dogs and I couldn't even tell they stayed on the carpet after they were through. The house smelled fantastic looked like brand new carpet. They also answered my call after 6:00 pm to schedule my appointment, the receptionist who answered was awesome. She set me up with any appointment the very next day! I recommend them they were in quick did a great job and got out quick as well!

He did such a good job and was patient, even through some initial hiccups getting the water hooked up (my fault, not his)! I've used this company before and I'll definitely use them again.
