Took one hour for an oil change appointment, which might be slightly higher than a dedicated oil shop, but it came with a thorough inspection. The staff was knowledgeable but not pushy with offering additional service. They took care to properly explain any concerns and the logic behind them. Fantastic operation, and very fairly priced!

Every one there, from the manager to the technicians, are friendly and professional. I usually wait for oil changes and I have very interesting conversations with the manager. I've never found any fault with their service and the prices are competitive.

I brought my truck in needing it repaired immediately to take my son back to college on time. Drew was on it, got it in the bay for the guys to diagnose, called me right away, got the parts in and work complete. But, what I really loved is he kept me informed through the steps. Drew went above and beyond when he helped me discuss an issue that I have with another company with my warranty company and helped me make sense of it. Every time I use Matt’s, I am always satisfied. They are honest and patient and helpful, and don’t pressure you to do recommended items, they just inform you. I highly recommend Matt’s for your automotive needs.

Great experience at Matt's today. Brought my 2015 Malibu in because I suspected my rear shocks were bad, and for an oil change, and they confirmed it. I also had them do a full comprehensive inspection on my car just to see if anything else was flying under my radar or would need to be addressed soon. They were up-front and honest about not being able to fully evaluate one of my fluid levels, but said the visual inspection on it looked good, and that they weren't able to access my cabin air filter (which I appreciated, and I get it - sometimes you don't have all the appropriate tools available - the honesty is the most important part). They recommended some other minor maintenance, and were entirely respectful when I said I could do those bits myself. This was my first visit to the shop, but it felt like I was a long-time customer. Drew at the front is fantastic and very personable. I think it's cute and nice touch that they ask if your car has a name. They also listened when I mentioned to not move the driver's seat, cause a couple of the motors aren't working and it's not a priority repair right now. They did give me a rough estimate of what it could cost to evaluate that and fix it, which was great. Not the cheapest shop around, but the prices are reasonable (and certainly not the most expensive), and the customer service is top-tier. My car is riding smooth and quiet again and I'm very happy. Would absolutely recommend Matt's to others.

I had an appointment to get a tire repaired that had a slow leak, during the repair we found out my 2018 Toyota RAV4 was missing the key for the locking lug nut. They went above and beyond to make sure parts came in in a timely manner, And changed all my tires over to regular lug nuts, and fix the tire to my satisfaction. Excellent service

Very happy with my first service at Matt's! Took it in for an alignment after replacing my struts. I've never been to a shop that provides the inspection details via text with photos and all, that is pretty cool. Unfortunately, they couldn't do an alignment at the time because they found that my front control arm bushings were loose/torn. My family does a lot of the work on my car (07 Camry Hybrid) and because ole Tammy the Camry is up there in age, I'm hesitant to keep dumping money into it. They understood and had no problem at all with me/my family doing the work and bringing it back afterwards. Pleasantly surprised not to get pushback as I felt bad not having them do the control arms. Drew was very friendly and professional and said they'd be happy to have my business when I returned for my alignment! Just got it back and everything went great. Will return & recommend.

I work down the street and decided to stop in and have my jeep looked at. I was able to get in right away the next business day. I was running late and they had no problem accommodating that. From the 1st walk in until check out, Drew was very helpful, friendly and even kept me company with good conversation while I waited. I was running late to see a client so instead of walking down the street, Drew was able to lend me a vehicle for an hour. I met the tech James and we bonded over our love for motorcycles so that alone gave me full trust in James. James is very knowledgeable and friendly. My experience was better than any shop I have been too. They definitely gave a family vibe which I love. Felt like I have been coming for years. When I found out James is the only tech here right now, I was in shock because he's old and was moving, working hard on multiple vehicles putting any young buck to shame. Both of these employees are a huge asset to Matt's. You get the service and respect you pay for! If the owner sees this, give the old guy a well deserved bonus please! Just saying.... Thank you Matt's auto! You have a new customer!

The best place to bring your car

Came in for a very old and weakened battery. Ask if brakes could be looked at. The brakes were all bad. Lucky under warranty. Replaced for free. Fast (about 4 hours) service. Used the loaner vehicle to get a couple things done. Appreciate the fast friendly service. The lady working the front desk was very helpful. She assisted in moving the car seats from my vehicle to the loaner and back to my vehicle. Much appreciated.

They provide pictures with the recommended items to be replaced/repaired per the manufacturer. After taking my car home I noticed there was a teddy bear for my child in the car seat. Matt's did an excellent job replacing both turbo chargers and associated components in my Ecoboost pickup truck. I previously brought the truck to the Luther dealer and was quoted work with no explanation of why any of it needed to be done. Josh from Matt's made the whole process very easy. Took pictures of everything and I could see the technician's recommendations. He took to the time to communicate through the entire process. Their price was the same as the dealer but Matt's provided much better service and offered a minimum of 3yr/36k warranty on the work with some components going up to a 5yr/60k warranty. They broke a component during the install and replaced it at no charge with upfront communication. Truck came back working well and was clean. Would highly recommend. They won't be the cheap shop but the quality of work is worth it.

Josh was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. My dad and I were pretty upset from a prior experience we had with a whole different shop, so we were very apprehensive and full of questions. Josh took his time, answered every question, explained everything in great detail, and made us feel more comfortable. He even thanked us for finishing off his night better. We even happened to show up while the district manager was present and he even helped us by answering questions, getting a better understanding of what we were getting done, and was amazing at his job. I would definitely recommend Matt's Automotive Service Center. I waited a week to make sure I was happy and I'm still happy. No noise in my breaks! Last time I had all 4 rotors and break pads replaced they made noise the moment I left and never stopped. I brought it in twice and was told they were fine, but the noise never stopped. When I brought it in the 3rd time I needed all new rotors and pads again! Only 2 years and 20,000 miles (I only drive to and from work. I'm not a big driver). I'm excited about the quality of work they performed and warranty they have. They have amazing coffee as well!!! Thank you! See you in the future!

honestly I initially went to Matt’s because they were approved by the service Warranty provider, but the level of Service and professionalism was above and beyond! Josh handled everything with the service warranty 100% for an entire engine replacement! Not only that but Josh was a step ahead at every part of the procedure from engine tear down and diagnosis of the problem but also he couldn’t understand why the service warranty was asking for oil change records which were entirely unrelated to a broken camshaft intake. And just as he stated the service warranty covered the replacement engine and $2,700 labor for the engine Josh had found before the company was even through with their assessment ! I mean amazing start to finish. I was kept informed over the course of nearly the entire month (because the insurance drug it out) And all the requested information that could be handled by Matts AUTOMOTIVE was! Oh and during the process I was quoted a price and that price actually went down which is all one really needs to say about the honesty. I would say I was lucky to find these guys, and I will be doing business with them moving forward! Thanks Josh

My SUV needed a left manifold replaced. Matt’s Auto gave me the best estimate and did the repair within the promised time frame. They followed up with a text to make sure that every thing was satisfactory and thanked me for the business.

A friend of mine referred me here a couple of years ago... I used them for some minor exhaust work that at the dealership would have cost major $$$$$... We recently had an issue with our "main" vehicle so I brought it to them for an assessment... They were AWESOME... They diagnosed the problem & gave us options... while we have NOT decided on what to do (possibly trading the vehicle vs. fixing) I TOTALLY TRUST THEM!

I went on a road trip and my heat shield came loose. It's an easy fix but with winter, my car being tiny and not being able to work on it, I needed a shop to look at. I work in Rogers, MN and asked a shop close to Matt's if they could just look at my car and let me know if they could on an appointment either fix or replace the heat shield. They said yes. So, I drove there and of course they said they didn’t have time (Thanks Midas). Then I went to the shop next to it. Went inside, no one was there. Sign said opened, I went into the office and no was there. After 10 mins I Left. I got in car and drove down and saw Matt Automotive. It was around 4:15PM and they close at 5PM. I went in and talked to Michael about my experience that I just had and if they could just look underneath my car and let me know if they could replace or fix the heat shield. Michael said yes, they can look at it. I am sitting in the lobby, and I hear them doing something in the shop. 15 mins later, a technician by the name of Cole comes up to me and says here are your keys and your car is fixed. I am stunned. I ask what they did. Cole explained to me that the old screws holding up the heat shield eroded, and they put washers and it is good as new. I asked how much I owe, and they said not to worry about it. I kept asking them if, they are sure. They would not bill for that 15 min fix. I shook their hands, and I could not thank them enough. I got in my car and couldn't believe it. No more terrible rattling coming from my car. Thank you, Michael, and Cole. I will bring all my business to you in the future. Your customer service skills and integrity are through the roof.

They did a great job from the first hello on the phone to the send off. I was super happy that they could look at my tire problem right away. I arrive about 10min after my call and the car was in the shop within 5 min of my arrival. They were able to cut off my broken lag bolt and I decided to get an oil change as well. Great work!!
