The best opticians I have experienced in all my years of wearing glasses. I know my eyes are having the best care and the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Since that first visit to the collection of my glasses it has been a true pleasure to deal with them. Absolutely amazing service. professional, punctual, respectful everything is well explained and clarified. They just exceed my expectations.

My first pair of glasses and thanks to the great team everything was easy. Aaron was my contact and was brilliant and laid back, never felt rushed or pressured, really took time with me to explain everything, the whole team were very welcoming and helpful. I’d definitely recommend.

I have had a really good experience with my young children at this opticians. After being told my son was too young for an eye test by a well known High Street opticians, Armitages agreed to see him and found that he needed a very high prescription of glasses, the care he received was fantastic. The staff made referalls to the hospital for further checks and also adjusted his glasses as many times as needed to make sure they were comfortable. I would encourage all parents to have their children's eyes tested as routine once they reach 4 years old, or sooner if any concerns. Armitages is a great place to do this.

I have had bad feet problems for the past few years and I have always felt down about the way they look. I was given Nina’s name @ winsford eye and foot care and what she has done for me has helped me so much. She had given me her time and has advised me on what I should be doing to help my feet look better than they use to . She has given me more confidence because of this and I’m ever so grateful for Nina’a help

Partner had appointment in and out very fast job. Poor quality and especially compared to what he has previously experienced. Can only say job done but will need nails sorting very soon ! Thinking five star reviewe status must be for optician.

I was delighted with the service and product. The eye test was unrushed and caring. I am now converted to vari-focals...as my new glasses are amazing. I did try varifocals once before with a national brand but couldn't get used to them. Its so nice to be able to see properly again, both near and far with one pair of great quality glasses. I like the way the glasses case has the prescription stuck inside. I found all the staff to be attentive, helpful and flexible. I would have had to wait over 6 weeks for an eye test in the other shop, so it was nice to get a test so quickly, within just a few days of ringing. My husband will now be booking his next eye test here. Thank you.

Ashworth Optician is a long established family Opticians. They offer an excellent level of expertise,yet you are known to them personally. I was referred to them by my GP practice and successfully guided and supported through eye surgery. They provide attractive design glasses and given time to select, no pressure. Their receptionist staff are professional but also know you personally. I can highly recommend them, after many years of advice, support and guidance.

We have been coming to Ashworth Opticians for over 20 years. We are a family of 5 and have both glasses and contact lenses. The service has always been outstanding from Ian and the team. I am hard of hearing and when I last had my eyes checked Jude was very patient and ensured that I could see her face as I need to lip read. I wasn’t made to feel uncomfortable if I needed her to repeat anything. I would thoroughly recommend Ashworth Opticians.

My daughter was very anxious about getting treatment for an inflamed ingrowing toenail. The chiropodist could not have been better! She spoke directly to her and told her what to expect in the appointment as well giving advice on how to prevent it in the future/look after the toe. Her calm, professional and friendly demeanour put my daughter at ease and she had it sorted in no time. I'm incredibly impressed and would happily recommend. The experience dealing with any member of staff here has been brilliant from start to finish. What a lovely place.
