I really am not one to leave a review. But I felt the need to do it this time. I knew I was going to love my new garage doors that are perfect for my new home. I am actually blown away!!! But that's not the sole reason for this review. The technician, Mr Nathan, was amazing!! He worked the entire time he was here. I never saw him take a break. And he never seen bothered by my constant questions. He made sure everything was working to my liking. His customer service was pure perfection thank you.

This is the second time I’ve used Red Mountain Garage Doors. They replaced one of my openers 5 years ago so I called them again when the second door opener system broke. Communication about arrival was clear and courteous. The technician knew the equipment and mechanical functioning very well and made appropriate recommendations with explanations. Work was completed quickly and done well at a fair price.

I want to give a special thanks to Sam. He is professional, kind, and thorough. I would definitely recommend him to other Veterans, their families, and the community alike.
