The building and pest inspection carried out by Wes James was very thorough. The detailed (in photos and words) report that followed gave us great insight into all of the issues that need addressed and will allow us to plan appropriately. I highly recommend booking Precise Building Inspections! I don't normally write reviews but Dan and Wes were both so fantastic to deal with that I felt i had to. We went through the tedious process of trying to purchase a home from another state. During our time looking we had Dan and Wes inspect three properties for us. One with a tight deadline. All the reports were thorough, easy to read through and quickly provided. They also were happy to go over the reports in detail and answer any silly questions or discuss possible work arounds for things found. Wes even followed up to see how we went at the auction for the last property, knowing we had been looking for a while by that point. After purchasing a property Wes also took the time to provide some details for trades to fix the more urgent matters found. Through the year that we looked for houses Dan and Wes were so friendly and helpful and trustworthy. If we need to purchase a property again I would definitely be going back to Precise Building Inspections.
