What helped at Mile High Recovery in Colorado was that they took my anxiety and depression seriously alongside the substance stuff. The care felt inclusive (I noticed they’re intentional about LGBTQ clients), and even small things like nutrition support made a difference for me day to day.

I did their residential track (basically inpatient rehab) and liked the mix of structure and actual trauma work. EMDR plus groups gave me a way to process things I’d been avoiding for years, not just white-knuckle sobriety.

MHRC is a great place that has helped me in my journey to sobriety and recovery! The therapists are knowledgeable, share their experiences, and are great at what they do! The location of the center could not be more perfect. It is located near plenty of meetings, easy to get to and from. I have enjoyed my time in the groups, I have learned many tools to become successful in sobriety. I will miss all that MHRC has to offer!

I love this place. It has been helping me a lot through my journey. I love my therapists here. The staff is just amazing. Everyone very sweet and helpful. I’ll be leaving the program soon, but I’ll never forget the wonderful experience I had. Love you guys so much!
