What a lovely cottage! First time staying and will definitely come back! Charming decor, great location and walkable to beach and downtown shops. And being able to bring your dog such a bonus. So many amenities offered. Favorite was the coffee station😀! Cottage was so cozy and the outdoor spaces to sit a plus with your own backyard. And the manager Steph was so friendly, responsive and truly provided white glove service. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back,

We had the most fabulous stay at the cottage. It was so charming and beautifully decorated and finished. It was the perfect location and atmosphere. It was so kind for them to provide us with a pack n play and high chair for our baby. The unit also had the dreamiest showers ever. Cooper cottages was truly one of my most enjoyable stays and my family and I AirBnB often. Adorable decor, clean and so close to the beach, boardwalk, activities and restaurants. All within walking distance! They have thought of everything from outdoor showers to an amazing beach cart wagon equipped with chairs. Steph is amazing and so responsive. Can’t wait to organize a girls trip back yo Cooper Cottages soon!

This was the most wonderful cottage in the perfect location. The house was beautifully renovated and decorated with modern comforts and a retro feel. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for my family of four. We spent a lot of time at the beach which is a half block away and on the boardwalk (about 5 minute walk to the attractions there) so we didn’t hang out too much in the house but for families who plan to spend more time there, the living room doesn’t have a sofa. It has two club chairs and a big ottoman. Also it’s an open floor plan with a dining room table and an island with stools so there is plenty of seating, just not ideal if you want a movie night or something. We spent time on the enclosed front porch which has a sectional. There’s also a small back porch and backyard. Everything was super clean and linens, towels, beach chairs, and even some toiletries are provided. We definitely hope to return!

My husband and I had a great stay at 14 New Castle rd. The house was impeccably clean, the sheets on the bed were crisp and comfortable, nice screened in porch, had everything we need to cook some meals. Great place, it’s the third year we’ve rented from Coopers Cottages. The first two my son, Tim rented and we just spent a day or two, this year we decided to do it ourselves. One block from beach, neighborhood was quiet, locals were nice and welcoming. We’ll be back!

Our stay at cottage 16 was wonderful. From the moment we walked in until we left. It was so clean and we had absolutely everything we possibly needed. Steph and Patrick were absolutely amazing. Our recent stay at this beautiful beach house was nothing short of perfect. Wonderful week at Rehoboth Steph was a great host. Everything we needed was there. She came over immediately to address one issue. The house fit our family well and the front screened in porch was the perfect place to hang out with our extended family. The location was good also, just a very short walk to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. Would definitely consider renting the same cottage next year.

Cooper Cottages The cottage is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need they have included: spices, tea, games, soap etc. The location is perfect for walking to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. It’s also extremely dog friendly and our pups were very comfortable. We will definitely be returning!!

I was first drawn to Cooper Cottages because they are dog friendly, and the location was great. The cottages are so tastefully furnished and decorated with some special retro touches – a record player & retro style refrigerator. The kitchen is very well stocked with pans, dishes, utensils, etc. They even provide olive oil, vinegar, and spices. In addition to a drip coffee maker, there is a Nespresso espresso maker & pods, and a French press. They take dog friendliness to a level I’ve never experienced anywhere else. A set of bowls is provided for each dog (limit – 2) as well as towels and treats! The cottages are extremely clean and comfortable with high quality linens and toiletries. Our host Stephanie was so thoughtful and attentive. Since my first visit, 2 of my friends have rented cottages and they share my enthusiasm. I’ve stayed in #s 14 & 16, both times for a New Years getaway. It was such a wonderful end to the year – kind of like a retreat, sipping espresso, listening to jazz, & walks on the beach with very happy pups! Treat yourself to an amazing massage at the Avenue Apothecary & Spa - such a treat! Can’t wait for our next visit!!!!

Cooper Cottages are a TEN. We stayed in Cottage #9. It has all the charm of a 1930's cottage, with 21st century amenities! The large, screened front porch is a great space. Having a personal driveway is a huge plus. AND, it's just a two minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Finally, the customer service that Steph provides is outstanding. We'll be back :)

Great care taken to accommodate senior citizens with off-season early check -in and late check-out.. Knew it was a birthday trip and had a "Happy Birthday " banner in the cottage to welcome us . Bottle of wine was a very nice touch. Loved this place.

The cottage was super cute & charming. The quickest walk to the boardwalk/beach access and then a short walk down the boardwalk to get to the main strip of shops/restaurants. I really appreciated the dog bowls/treats/bags and extra towels for clean up if needed. It was such a relaxing getaway in a peaceful area.

Great family vacation at Cooper Cottages We stayed (family and friends) for a week in Cooper Cottage #20 and it was heavenly! Perfect location, steps from the beach and a short walk to downtown Rehoboth. The hosts spared no details-the entire cottage was comfortably furnished and the kitchen fully outfitted to cook meals. Beds were comfy, and the screen in porch was great to have coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. We will be booking again for sure!

Wonderful vintage but updated cottages-pet friendly! These vintage Cooper cottages are the most charming places in the access to the beach is so close. They have every amenity and then some. It’s a nice touch having a flag waving in front and a screened in porch to relax and read a book. It is wonderful that pets are welcomed and very happy there.. our dog loved watching the bunnies in the front garden.

We just got back from a several day stay at cottage 9, the "dairy cottage" (cool backstory there). It provided us with the perfect backdrop for our photo shoots for our small family business. Gorgeous space, friendly and attentive host, the grounds and guests maticulously cared for. We're not really a beach family per se, but it didn't matter because the cottage was so good we didn't want to leave. Honestly, the cottage is better than the beach (and it's a world class beach)!

From the time we booked until we left, Patrick and Steph were great. They were proactive, helpful, and very responsive and polite.Cottage 14 was great. Very well located on a quiet street, a short walk from all the action Rehoboth has to offer...the beach, boardwalk, shopping, and dining. We traveled with our 14 month old son and rarely had to drive anywhere. We were able to walk to breakfast and dinner each day. The location was exactly what we were looking for...close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle enjoy the peace and quiet.The cottage was clean and beautifully renovated / decorated. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed.We would have loved to use the screened in front porch but unfortunately it was a little chilly during our stay.Overall, would highly recommend Cooper Cottages and will definitely be returning!-Aaron

Perfect The house is well located at the end of the beach block easy access to the beach and board walk and a short walk to restaurants. Very well equipped and comfortable, for people and pets alike. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the house. Normally renting a ‘dog friendly’ house means it’s going to smell like dog, but not at all in this case which was great. Management was very accommodating and good with communication. We would highly recommend. Stayed there off season but can imagine that the warm weather and the use of the out door (screened in porch) space would have been an added plus for sure. Overall no complaints. Thank you!

The cottage was too delightful for words! So many special touches. The furnishings & decor were simple but elegant & tasteful! The location was perfect! Ocean block, so quick walk to the beach and easy walk to restaurants, etc. We met fellow cottage renters/dog owners who were all so friendly. I loved the record player and truly enjoyed listening to Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, and Billie Holiday. I also loved the baby blue fridge. Excellent quality linens. We were so comfortable! I was surprised and really touched by the special touches for our dogs - dog bowls for each one, waste bags, a towel, and treats! I brought all of these things myself because I never imagined that they would be provided! We will absolutely return. The people we coordinated our trip with, were very taken with the cottage and now want to rent one themselves! I can’t wait to return! Very grateful for the host’s kindness and thoughtful touches!

Thanksgiving and birthday get away Three years ago my daughter and I thought let’s go to a beach this year for Thanksgiving and her birthday and her dad’s birthday. She stayed in a Cooper Cottage but we didn’t. We loved her location so the last 2 years all of us stayed in a Cooper Cottage. These cottages are so cute! They are lovingly renovated modern vintage that are designed for comfort and today’s lifestyle. The kitchen is well appointed and has what is needed to cook a large meal. I brought a few things to accommodate a medium turkey and leftovers. Between 2 cottages there were 7 people. The 3 children played marathon games which the cottages provided while our meal was being prepared. We had ample space to gather. The location can’t be beat! Many walks on the boardwalk. We walked to shops, restaurants and the much loved Zelky’s! At night we snuggled in the comfortable beds. I have also got to say the bathrooms are so well designed and beautiful! All was perfect! This may be an annual event!

Adorable cottage in an ideal location My family of 4 stayed in cottage 11 over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The location is ideal - just a block from the beach and a short walk to Rehoboth's main drag with shops and restaurants. The decor in lovely in all of these cottages. It's also wonderful not to have to pack towels and bedding as those were waiting for us. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. This would be my first choice of places to stay when we return to Rehoboth.

Great Cottage Spent a week at Cooper Cottages and we truly had a wonderful time. Steph has thought of nearly everything to make the stay amazing. Was even so wonderful to have treats, dog dishes and poop bags for my favorite pup. You really don't need to bring anything as everything is supplied (not food and drinks) . The beds were comfy, plenty of towels (bath and beach). Loved that we didn't need to pack our beach chairs either. Kitchen has everything you need. Only thing I wish the house had, fans on the front porch. It was a very hot week for beginning of September and fans would have made sitting on the front porch more comfortable. Can not wait to book again! Thanks for everything.

Our third trip to Cooper Cottages -- such a great place! This was our third time staying in Cottage 18. We first stayed in this cottage a couple years ago when it was newly renovated and three years later the cottage is still beautifully maintained with no signs of wear. The decor is beautiful and the the layout is comfortable and inviting. I liked that the kid's room had two bunkbeds so both kids could take a top bunk. Lots of natural light. Having a Nespresso machine is a really nice touch as we love our coffee. We enjoyed the screened in front and back porches and just how relaxing this quiet street is despite being close to the beach. Steph the property manager is easy to reach if you need anything but you probably won't as all towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials are there. Highly recommend Cooper Cottages for your stay in Rehoboth Beach!

Couldn’t Be Happier! I booked this house for a girls trip and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations! The home is beautiful and is located close to the beach, the boardwalk, and so many other fun activities. The home had everything from linens to dishware and beach chairs and a beach cart were included with the rental. After seeing that we were celebrating a special event, the host even brought bottles of sparkling wine over, which was incredibly thoughtful. If you are considering booking for a Rehoboth beach trip, this place is a no-brainer!

Fantastic Beach Week for Family of Six Thank you, Cooper Cottages team, for a fantastic beach week! Our family of 6 - 2 parents, 4 kids - stayed in #11 aka The Carriage House. As a regular NJ/DE shore renter, I've seen and experienced many crusty beach rentals, so Cooper Cottages was a delightful discovery and, literally, a breath of fresh air. Newly renovated on the beach block (with off-street parking!), the cottages include the most updated modern touches, such as new beach towels, chairs, and wagon, a fully outfitted kitchen, soft bath towels, and comfy beds. Early off-street parking privileges on check in day, along with access to beach chairs & wagon before check-in was a much-appreciated bonus. Even better, close enough to boardwalk and Fun Land for my teens/tweens to walk by themselves. Cooper Cottages provided this mom all she needed to truly experience a beach vacation (and not just a family trip). Highly recommended.

Adorable beach cottage in Rehoboth We had the best vacation this year! We’ve been coming to rehoboth beach for 20 years and this was our favorite place that we’ve rented. The cottage was perfect. The cottages are quaint and clean and loved the modern amenities. They are fully stocked to make packing for the week a breeze. The location can’t be beat! The street was quiet and a quick walk to everything. We will be back next year!

Great vacation! Couldn’t be more please with Cooper Cottages. We had 3 cottages for our family group. We loved it so much we booked for next year already - and more family wanted to come so we have 5 cottages. Location is fantastic. Walked everywhere. Cottage is beautiful with great amenities. Steph and management team are extremely responsive and caring. One minor issue with nespresso machine (yes they have an nespresso machine!) was fixed within 15 minutes of my text. Whether you want to sit at the very close beach all day, hang with family inside cottage (or on lively screened in porch or cute back yard), enjoy restaurants or take kids to boardwalk I would highly recommend Cooper cottages

Charming Cottage Loved our stay at Cottage 12! Cottage was adorable, well maintained , well stocked (shampoo/conditioner, soaps, towels, beach cart - just to name a few), location was perfect (same block as the beach and maybe 5 short blocks to the boardwalk). Our two young kids enjoyed a wagon ride to the boardwalk every night. Steph was an awesome host - answered all my requests quickly. We will absolutely be back.

Amazing stay at a beautiful cottage. All Cooper Cottages are well decorated, which is rare to find in Rehoboth as most people want to skimp on the decor to provide basic decor from IKEA and mediocre accommodations and charge through the roof. I loved my stay here.

Beautifully designed cozy beach cottages. Our group of friends booked three of the cottages for a long weekend in May and each one was amazing - we already rebooked for the fall. Dog friendly with little touches like towels to wipe their paws, bowls, and treats. Super close to the beach and a short walk to the restaurants and shops in Rehoboth. Steph was amazing and made sure we had all we needed ahead of and during our stay.

The location is fantastic and the cottages themselves were charming and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever experienced! Our family of 7 stayed in Cottage #9 and it was perfect…top to bottom. Just a few steps to the sand, in a beautiful well-kept neighborhood, super close to “downtown”, it was the best of all things! The house was amazing.. stylish, comfy, and sparkling clean. The large front screened porch was awesome, we all spent most of our time there. And they take dogs! It’s challenging to find a beautiful beach house like this that also accepts dogs. Steph, the manager, was so kind and accommodating. We were there to celebrate a birthday and she was so thoughtful to leave a sweet bday surprise upon our arrival. 1st Time Rehoboth Visitors and 100% Recommend Cooper Cottages Cottage was spotless and the perfect size for our family of 3 (small 5yo child). We didn't bring our dog, but like that we could have, and will likely do so in the future. Not sure I'd want to share this space with more than one other adult couple (4 adults total), as it would be really tight having to use the sleeper sofa and share 1 bathroom, but it could be done. I had to rearrange a few kitchen counter appliances to make room for our snacks and groceries, but we made do just fine. We walked to the beach multiple times per day as it's only half a block away. Biked to Cape Henlopen (brought our own electric bikes) and enjoyed walking to dinner and ice cream along the main drag (5-8min walk). This was our first time visiting Rehoboth and was a last minute decision (we were supposed to go to Miami!). We 100% will rent from Cooper Cottages again.

Stay There Enjoyed the stay there. Our grand daughters were excited to sleep in bunkbeds for the first. The location was nice. The cottage was really clean and well-maintained. Everything that we needed was there. The host was very pleasant and responsive.

Came to town for the running festival, perfect location for the Saturday 5k and the Sunday races, on top of all the rest Rehoboth has to offer

Hands down the best place to stay in Rehoboth beach. You can’t beat the location and the cottages themselves are so nice and have everything you need. We’ll be back!

Wonderful long weekend at the beach We've stayed at Cooper Cottages for over 20 years and now with the recent renovations they are just so lovely. You have everything you need and then some (Nespresso, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and living room). And you can't beat the location and screened in front porch. And they continue to be dog friendly! The house is very clean and smells clean and I appreciate it not having an room freshener smell. Or smell like they are covering up something. We've all stayed places like that ;) They are pricey but for a long weekend off-season its worth it. I can't say enough good things about Cooper Cottages. We will certainly be back.

What a lovely cottage! Beautifully appointed and a handful of houses from the beach. There are some high tech challenges for those of us who aren't so tech savvy but Steph and Patrick were always available and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. The mattresses were a bit too soft and the master bedroom didn't have a closet or dresser but the bathrooms are stunning and it was a joy to spend a few days and nights in the cottage in that neighborhood and we would rent again in a heartbeat. Thank you Steph and Patrick!

We’ve stayed twice in this location, once last year and once this year. We love Rehoboth in the off season and this location is quiet but walkable to really great restaurants, the beach, and shopping. I work in the hospitality industry and this is short term rental done right! We will be back next year, for sure!
