Had new gutters & downspouts installed with replacement of some rotted fascia board. Work was done expertly and efficiently on a 3-story end unit townhouse. Very pleased ROI was able to match the color exactly. All looks great.

(which came in lower than the 3 other companies i had out, with the same warranty that swore I couldn’t get anywhere else.) to final inspection ROI treated me like i was an important job and that my business mattered. Brooke made sure scheduling was made in accordance with may schedule and answered all my questions. The install team was on time, worked fast, and answered my questions. It is my hope that you will share this email with your upper management. In thinking about replacing our roof (30 + years old), we did our due diligence and spoke to many roofers. Due to the fact that we have a very strange design for our roof which combines metal and shingle, we had a very hard time finding a reputable roofer to take on the job. David was very professional and knowledgeable so we thought wed give it a go if the price was affordable. It was. We were then contacted by your prject manager, Brook Miller, who was also very professional and communicated all of the steps required for us throughout tthe project.. The team, headed by Luis Sibrian and 6 or 7 team members showed up every day and they were simply amazing. They were very knowledgeable, talented and very, very hard workers. They addressed all of our questions and needs and even went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure the roof was waterproof, strong and attractive. Plus they cleaned up each day and at projects end. My wife Lisa and I couldn't be happier. As you are aware, a new roof can be expensive, but even so, we have decided to give the team bonuses as a complement for their efforts. ROI replaced the roof and gutters on my house. David was my estimator and he was very patient and thorough, answering all my questions about the entire process and different options. Was referred to ROI from a friend which has begun as a very happy experience. We have engaged them for solar/roof work which was a good process of speaking to their solar expert and Cody, our ROI service contact, and Brooke from the office who was always upbeat and happy to schedule our appointments and find info we had requested. Let me first start off by giving Mike our estimator the biggest shout out! This will be our second job we have requested from them. The first job was repairing the windows on our porch and the second was adding gutters and repairing our roof. This company is nothing short of amazing! ROI installed four windows at my property. The crew was wonderful and professional. There was a long lead time on the windows and installation. Brooke assisted us throughout and although we could not get the windows installed any sooner than six weeks, she kept us in mind for any cancellations. The installation crew was courteous and helpful giving a full tutorial on the new windows and suggestions. I enjoyed working with them.
