I had a great experience with Petal Sweet Cleaning! The girls yesterday did an awesome job dusting everything throughout the house and were very thorough. I had a couple areas in the bathrooms I asked about afterward, and they responded to my email first thing the next morning and sent someone out almost immediately to touch them up. Kailey spent about 40 minutes re-cleaning the downstairs shower and bathroom floor. I really appreciated how responsive and professional they were. It means a lot when a company stands behind their work. Super happy with the service!

I hired Petal Sweet cleaners to clean my parent’s house. It was a Christmas gift. 2 cleaners came for about a half day. They were on time, friendly, and worked very hard. The service came in at the lowest end of the range quoted.

We have been using Petal Sweet for a few months now, we started with a deep clean in October and since then we have had regular housecleaning done every two weeks. The house always looks wonderful after, but this last week in particular it was absolutely fabulous. Claudia did an amazing job from top to bottom. I’m adjusting my rating for this business because of their persistence to try and make me happy. They did not charge me for the poor cleaning. They are reviewing the photos and going over the Cleaning with the person they sent out. They’re going to be doing some retraining and communication with their employees. They personally called me and asked if they could send someone out to do whatever cleaning I want it done at no charge. I will say as far as customer service they are going above and beyond. I am declining all the nice offers because I just think at this point it’s easier for me to handle my own house cleaning myself. But I do think they deserve a better rating for how well they handled my complaint and my bad reviews. I am not impressed at all. I’ve had this company come out about four maybe five times. The cleaning is definitely subpar. If you have a throw rug on the ground, they will not pick it up and shake it out or do any efficient sweeping around it You literally have to clean your house before they come so I’ve canceled the service. The area they’re good at cleaning the toilet in the mirror in the bathroom. Forget the floors or dusting completely inefficient. Forget the shower or bathing area terrible.

I have been using Petal Sweet for a while now and they are reasonably priced, complete good work, and have friendly and trustworthy people that work for them. I have had no complaints and they are flexible with my schedule when needed. Today, Ashley did a particularly good job to hit all the spots, even those easily missed or overlooked by others. I am very pleased with her work and would be happy to have her come to my home on a repeat basis.

I was pretty insecure about hiring a cleaning service as I hate paying for something that I can do myself, but I'm so glad that I contacted Petal Sweet Cleaning Service to tend to my home. I was concerned about them coming because I have two big scary dogs (the reason I needed help keeping my house clean lol) but the crew of kind ladies were more than happy to meet my beastly animals. Molly, Carmen, and their crew operated almost militarily, planning their strategy to tackle the house and quickly got to work cleaning everything top to bottom and even worked around me as I work from home. After they finished cleaning they even gave me some lollipops which was a sweet gesture (no pun intended). It was one of those little details that lets you know a company is well run and pays attention to detail. The crew seemed to enjoy what they do which speaks volumes as well. After they left, I toured the house to see what all they had done which solidified the thought that I had made the right decision paying for their services. I was concerned that I had too much clutter (I have a 5yr old) but they moved everything they could to clean every surface and left it the way it was after they finished.
