Some much needed advice&assistance was the initial enquiry-regarding a laptop/computer set-up for a somewhat small-scale(Hobbit sized) music making area (albeit for a late, luddite learner too!). From the off-set Simon was, and has been, genuinely helpful&understanding not to mention knowledgeable! The communication and input throughout everything has been/is very much valued and appreciated. Had some issues with my order but Simon dealt with these promptly and professionally. Very happy with the service.

I've had two AC1's since 2002, the 2nd one is from 2012 and 13 years later is still going strong! But because of both Microsoft and Steinberg, I am shortly going to have to upgrade. Simon from Carillon provides absolutely first class advice and his computers really are superb. In 13 years I have had one disc failure and a handful of bluescreens which were down to Cubase crashing, not the hardware. Can't recommend Carillon enough, superb company.

I am very happy with my Carillon computer. I spoke with Simon who advised me on the best specification for my home studio. My rack mounted computer arrived with software installed ready to go. Simon recently assisted with a dial in to install some additional tricky software. Well done i will certainly be using Carillon again in the future.

I was changing my whole recording studio . First I needed a super fast computer that can handle my film work and classical work, I met Simon who sent me a fantastic computer really robust and can handle anything music wise then Simon helped me with keyboards , mixing desks and all the gear I needed. Not only do I have an amazing set up, reliable and I have just scored a movie and the gear was so good I managed without a hitch , also I cannot say too much about Carillons support, they come into my computer and fix everything fast!! and so helpful. I have had 2 systems from this company and each have been SOLID as a rock and performed brilliantly with the pre-installed and configured software that I requested. Each machine went through vaious upgrades over the years as technology changed around us all and Simon (the company founder) was promptly there to support me with any queries. The company appears to have VAST experience and is desperately needed in this niche marketplace. If you ever needed a better review and/or recomendanation you won't find it. An absolutely excellent company. This is the second studio PC I've bought from them and both have been faultless. They specialise in audio PCs and have a lot of experience and expert knowledge. Ordinarily, this much would be a 4-star review from me. The reason I've given it five stars is for the help and aftersales support they offered. They were happy to pre-install all the required drivers for my hardware and the version of the DAW I was planning to use. All I had to do was update the license. Finally, I experienced a connectivity issue with my audio interface. Although I managed to finally fix it myself, they offered a dial-in session to try and help. I thought this was above and beyond and much appreciated. Like the previous reviewer, I can't recommend them highly enough.
