Thank you for amazing stay. I recommend 100 percent. Staff is amazing, always willing to help. Teritory is well kept, rooms are spacious. Our family so liked this placed that we even extended our stay. Location is great, because area is not crowded and not loud, so you can rest after long day, but at the same time it is easy to travel from hotel and reach center of Ubud or other places of interest.

We had a paradise experience in this place. We are genuinely happy and grateful that we stayed there. If fate allows, we will go back for sure. Amazing place and people that stay in our heart.

Ke sini untuk coba grass court-nya. Sewa 2 jam untuk 2 orang jam 7-9 pagi. Di awal masih berembun dan adem. Jam 8 sudah mulai panas. Suasanya enak dan bersih. Dikasih amenities kaya air minum, handuk, dan fasilitas shower.

If you are looking for a kids friendly, out of the real touristy areas for a true relaxing experience, this is the place to go. I went with an 11yo girl and 10 yo boy and myself. We did visit the monkey forrest and waterbom, but all in all they were content to use the hotel facilities, as was I. We were here 5 days, and the service was exceptional. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were all comfortable. The pools the perfect temperature. The rooms cleaned perfectly. The food delicious. Would have liked my kids to want to leave hotel and try different things, but this place had everything. Including mum getting a lovely massage. Loved our visit and experience.

I stayed with my family and extended family for New Year’s Eve, and we truly enjoyed it. The service was great, the rooms and facilities were lovely, the breakfast and dinner were super fancy. My daughter loved walking around looking for birds and, of course, swimming. The three main pools are spacious and really fun for kids. A wonderful family stay overall.

My stay at Swan Paradise - A Pramana Experience in Bali was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. Their kindness truly made the experience feel special. The room was exceptionally comfortable, with everything you would want for a relaxed, luxurious stay. The full AC kept the room cool, the mini fridge, cupboard, bathrobes, hair dryer, and all other essentials were conveniently provided. The bathroom was spotless, well-maintained, and the water heater worked perfectly, which made the stay feel even more comforting. One of my favorite parts of the room was the beautiful balcony, which opened up to lush greenery. The view was so calming and refreshing that it felt like waking up inside nature. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. There were multiple options to choose from, and everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and filling. The breakfast area itself has a soothing vibe, surrounded by greenery, making every morning feel peaceful. Even though the room didn’t have a private pool, the resort makes up for it with three beautifully maintained swimming pools, each with its own charm. The best part? 24/7 pool access, which is such a rare luxury. Whether it was early mornings or late nights, we could always step into the water and enjoy the serene atmosphere. The greenery throughout the property is stunning. Everything is beautifully landscaped, giving the entire resort a calm, nature-rich, tropical vibe. The ambience is so peaceful and refreshing. El complejo es maravilloso. En medio de verde, palmeras, flores, estanques con nenúfares, aves, tranquilidad. Las habitaciones muuy amplias, equipadas con aire, heladera, anafe. Hay SPA con horarios amplios, disfruté del masaje balinés, reflexología, te despiden con un tecito.. también Gym, canchas de Paddle y tenis. Lo que más destaco es la atención, la cordialidad y hospitalidad de todos. Uno se siente bienvenido todo el tiempo y todos te saludan muy amablemente, siempre con una sonrisa y estaban en cada detalle.. El restaurante con carta variada y algunas noches hay espectáculos. Cuenta con dos sectores de piscinas.. una profunda, otra para niños con toboganes y después entre las habitaciones hay 3 piscinas conectadas que se pueden usar también a la noche, porque el agua está tibia después del calor del día. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Swan Paradise. Der Service war hervorragend, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen war super lecker. Das Frühstück wurde als Buffet serviert und war sehr reichhaltig, es gab eine Omlette-Station. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service nach Ubud, Sanur etc., welchen wir genutzt haben. Das ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Rooms are nice. Staff is courteous. Lighting and space inside the rooms in villas can be improved where bathrooms are as big as rooms. Rest all is good.

I always felt comfortable at the Swan Paradise A Pramana Experience hotel. The staff deserved 5 stars and went out of their way to provide good service. On my last evening, I had food from the Sunset Bloom Restaurant delivered to my room. It was delicious, and what can you expect for around 10 euros? The price/performance ratio was good, and the grounds are very beautiful. Of course, there are signs of wear and tear in some places. That's normal. The hotel apparently belongs to a businessman from the Netherlands. May he live to be 100. I would visit this resort again, and it provides some jobs, which benefits the people in the area. I also remember the bird sanctuary. Take care!

Stayed 5 nights here as a solo traveller. The massive sprawling property is meticulously maintained and gives off old school resort vibes. There are 5 or 6 pools to choose from, a diving platform, and other activities such as yoga that I didn’t participate in. The breakfast buffet was decent with plenty to choose from. The restaurant was good, and the staff so friendly and attentive. As a solo traveller I have to admit I found it a bit isolated. There were only a handful of guests staying while I was there, and mostly couples, so I didn’t have much of a conversation for 5 days. Each to their own - some people would love this, but I didn’t. There is also nothing in the vicinity to walk to. You have to get a driver, or use Grab (walk to the entry gate as they don’t want Grab drivers picking up guests). The ‘superior’ room was pretty basic, small, nowhere to hang or put your clothes which was a pain living out of a bag for 5 days. I’d suggest getting a bigger room than the superior room.

My second stay at The Swan Paradise and just as wonderful as the first! Amazing staff (special thanks to Sutra, Augustin and Komang), beautiful pools, and delicious food. The location is great — midway between Ubud and Sanur, perfect for exploring north, east, and from Sanur you can easily catch ferries to the islands like Nusa Penida. The Balinese people around the hotel are also so kind and welcoming, which makes the stay even more special. Peaceful and relaxing, though you’ll need a taxi or scooter to get around as nothing is walking distance. A true gem!

Truly an amazing hotel, all staff were amazing and very quick to help with anything we needed. Very nice villas, gardens and restaurant… pools were great too… Highly Recommended staying here and we will be back

Le service de pressing est impeccable. On communique avec eux par WhatsApp ils répondent de suite. Ils ont tellement de services à proposé ! Bonjour, nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans cet hôtel, tout est parfait, les chambres sont soignés, propres, tout est de qualité. Le restaurant est parfait et les plats sont soignés et goûteux. L ensemble du personnel est à très attentionné et super gentil, à notre service à 100%. Le jardin est tout simplement SPLENDIDE soigné et entretenu à merveille, un petit morceau de jungle, vraiment enivrant ! L’un des meilleurs hôtels où j ai pu séjourner. Un vrai dépaysement, dans cet écrin de verdure où tout est luxueux. Amazing!

We fully apreciate our stay in Swan Paradise, it was fabulous ! Thank to all the team from cleaning, garden, restaurant and reception. all was at extreme delight and kindness. Very nice villa, well equiped, clean and confortable bad. The garden is fantastic ! The localization is perfect for less trafic from kuta or ubud center. all in all staying very close to ubud center and many other activities. we used the service of car rental with driver from Bali Golden tours with the driver Putu Arya, that was perfect services.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr herzlich. Besonders das Spa mit der wohltuenden Massage hat uns begeistert – pure Entspannung. Auch das Essen und das reichhaltige Frühstück waren sehr gut. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und einladend. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, komfortabel und sauber. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit.

We were blown away from this hotel, it feels like a 5 star place. The food was great, the rooms very clean. And the nature and landscape just incredible! We would come here with family again for sure, especially to play tennis and paddle!

What a beautiful stay I had at Swan! I felt so very taken care of, from the moment of check in to check out. The staff took wonderful care of me, and travelling alone this made me feel very comfortable. The views are incredible, the restaurant has amazing stacked variety of food, the buffet breakfast is delicious and the spa, THE SPAAA! I got a massage package that was other worldly, so incredibly relaxing, then they bring you a meal to where ever you'd like (I chose to have it in my room) and relax!

Всё, что нужно есть на территории: отличный spa, множество разных и красивых бассейнов (для детей и взрослых, длинных, глубоких или мелких и с горками), теннисные и падл корты, отличный ресторан с разнообразной едой, красивейшие и ухоженные сады и небольшой птичник. Мы здесь второй раз и я всё ещё нахожу новые места, которые не видела в прошлый, хотя очень люблю гулять здесь по территории- это очень красиво😍😍😍 Отдельно хочу отметить безопасность и сервис. Здесь чувствуешь себя в гостях у старых знакомых🤗 много радушия и забота на каждом шагу. Помимо множества готовых помочь вам сотрудников вокруг (независимо от их должности) у вас есть доступ к чату, где неоднократно ваш вопрос не оставят без ответа. Минимум суеты, минимум тревоги, максимум тепла и улыбок☺️🤗 Нам с мужем здесь очень понравилось и мы обязательно вернёмся. Я готова ехать час или полтора на такси, если у меня окажутся дела в другом районе, лишь бы проводить свободное время здесь💗💗💗

مكان جميل وهادئ والموظفون ودودون ومتعاونون للغاية، مما جعل إقامتنا مريحة وممتعة. يوفر الفندق مرافق جيدة مثل حمام السباحة والسبا ولكن يجب ملاحظة أن الفندق يبعد قليلاً عن المطاعم والخدمات الأخرى، مما يتطلب استخدام النقل للوصول إليها.

We stayed here for 4 nights during our 2 week trip to Bali. The Swan Paradise Hotel exceeded our expectations! For a 4 star hotel it was very affordable and the rooms were fresh and new and sparkling clean. The grounds were the best part -- extensive gardens and well manicured paths through the lovely vegetation. The breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant served other meals as well. The service was fantastic!! All the staff were friendly, cheerful, helpful and a joy to interact with. We ended up extending our stay for an extra day we loved it so much. Highly recommend 👌

L’hotel è situato non troppo lontano da Ubud, si sta fuori dal caos cittadino con una vista bellissima sulla vegetazione. L’hotel ha un parco bellissimo, con una vegetazione ricca e delle belle piscine. Lo staff è incredibile, gentile e disponibile. Colazione (con vista) ottima. Consiglio!!!

This is officially my favourite place to stay when travelling. The staff went above and beyond and are so very friendly, the facilities are truly incredible, the location was super convienient, and everything felt very easy. I will without a doubt become a regular guest whenever I can get to Bali

A 15 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Ubud, this was near perfect experience for us. Overall a well maintained resort with good food and definitely quite peaceful. Staff were also quite hospitable and always available to help.
