Did their best to accommodate us by offering water, music of our choice. Upon our return, the airline 'lost' a bag, so we had to go to the service department to file a claim. He assured us that we could do what we needed to do without any pressure. Once we let him know we were ready to go, he was there to pick us up in no time.
