Overall, the service was excellent—the installation was completed quickly, and I was impressed with how efficiently everything was handled, especially since I live on the third floor.

Our high-end washer took its last breath two months ago and we have been going to the local laundry mat to do our laundry until we can save up for a new model. Came across Appliance Warehouse and gave them a call. We are now renting a brand new, larger capacity washer for only $35 a month until we get the one we want… which is less $ than we were paying having to haul our laundry to and from the laundry mat!!! They installed it today in less than 10 minutes, and I have already caught up on 4 loads of laundry! This is a GREAT deal. If it breaks down they come repair or replace it for free! I would DEFINITELY recommend Appliance Warehouse!

The gentleman in charge of delivery, Rick, called me the day of delivery, was super friendly and hauled the stackable unit up three flights of stairs like it was nothing! The advantages of having a washer and a dryer, ready in an instant, enables me to wash anything from my clothes to my linen. Appliance warehouse delivered and installed a fresh new whirlpool stackable washer dryer unit and it’s been a complete blessing. When stains have occurred, I could respond swiftly because of the availability to treat, as well control my washer’s settings to save my expensive clothing from the horrible stain. I’ve used my dryer to tumble dry to guard from wrinkles, freshen delicate material without worry of damaging my valuable clothingI. The rent is affordable, and the labor in getting my things cleaned and dried is maybe a tenth of what it took by having to use a public laundry mat. I will put it simply,”appliance warehouse is worth every penny and has never let me down.”

It was really easy to rent and after that they help me out and made the process to change it and rent to own. Today the washer and dryer are mine and all of it was thanks to the advice they gave me. So great! My daughter’s apartment did not include a washer and dryer, only the hook ups. As a housewarming gift, we leased a washer and dryer for our daughter, and it was life changing for her! The installer was on time, helpful, and super nice. She lives on a second floor, so it was awesome to have someone bring that up and put it in her apartment! I am always extremely excited when ever I talk about appliances warehouse due to the fact that I haven't had a problem with my machines since purchased date and it's been over a year, but if a problem should arise there's always some one to take care of it quickly and professionally so I'm always covered.

It was so good they have new appliances and the rental are in good price . They give the chance to own it.they are flexible and they delivered free. It is awesome. When I moved I didn't credit and no money to buy my washer and dryer. I just call them and bad boom boom I haved them delivered. I love them so much and the experience was great .I wish they will have more appliances.

Highly recommend this company. I’ve been using them for a little over a year. Haven’t had any issues until now and this is my second set just because I moved apartments and the other ones wouldn’t fit. The only issue I had was with a button it was so simple I’m so irritated I had to wait a week and waste money at the laundromat but now I know. The only thing I didn’t like was the long wait for maintenance . But other than that no issue.

I completely recommend this service for a variety of life situations and events. The communication was easy to get the appliances installed in my apartment AND when it came to removing them, it was easy to setup an appointment to get them taken out. The first washing machine I rented didn’t work properly, but they promptly and easily replaced it and pro-rated me the days that I had it and it wasn’t functioning for. Second washing machine has worked fine. As a chemically sensitive person, I really appreciate that the washing machines don’t reek like Tide. I don’t know what they do to clean them in between customers but it works great! No intense chemical smell!

I have not had any issues with our service. It was a relief to find a company that allows this rental service. Had oursbfor about a year. We spend about $40 monthly for our dryer. I did forget to pay and they did show up to our door (which we gladly paid). Definitely try it out if your undecided on buying a dryer or washer! I no longer use their services, but will definitely keep them in mind for the future. Super convenient! Thank you!!

Great company & great service!! My customer service agent even got me an increased discount than the promotional discount that was offered at the time. Communication was great, my delivery guy was very professional and super quick, and everything went very smoothly! Other than maybe getting an estimate estimated time for delivery on delivery date (They did not give me a time window on when the delivery was coming on delivery date), Everything went right on schedule! However, even though I did not have a delivery time window, Josh, my delivery guy, Called and texted When he was an hour away and then called and text when he arrived so that made up for not having an estimated time window ahead of time! He was top notch as well!

A while back, the washing machine needed to be serviced so I called to set up an appointment. The repairman arrived within the specified time frame. He already had a replacement washer with him, so I didn't have to go without a washer. I really appreciated that!

Th units that I am renting have been working really well for about a year so far. I am looking for a more permanent solution, until then I will continue with the service I am paying for.

We were impressed with the delivery service and the product itself. We rented a washer for several months and never had a single issue. It was easy to pay and login to the portal. The only downfall was our pickup. We were often not met with understanding when the order was supposed to be picked up and we could not be available. However our delivery and pickup techs were super kind and sweet. I would recommend this company!

We needed a dryer while our overseas move is complicated and takes time. My parents had an extra washer so I didn’t need that one. The delivery driver calls the day of to let you know when they will be there. Sets it up and ensures everything is working properly. Easy to pay online with your account number. They do charge a service fee of $4 to process payments which I find a little excessive. Other than this charge, the dryer was clean and worked perfectly. They just picked it up, and was in and out within 2 minutes. They closed out my account 5 minutes later. Great company to work with when you need an appliance rental.

They are my complex appliances people have been using them from time of moving in and they are lousy at the site where appliances are located but the lease option for them is the freaking boba fiddle bonafide truth trust me I have problems with this dryer three times n obueni no bueno but went to add money thru the site cscgo the option in theirs marketplace was killer of the back lease a stackable washer Dryer units cheap and read for delivery once you have done the on board thru the CSCGO MARKET PLACE I REFER AND SUGGEST LESSING LEASES
