Issa demonstrated a strong level of knowledge and assistance. Two plumbers, at a different company, had previously attempted to resolve a leak in the toilet that resulted in flooding in the master bathroom, but no effective solution was found until Issa arrived. The old pressure regulating valve (PRV) was replaced, along with a fail valve. The focus on detail and transparent pricing was appreciated. I have already suggested Issa to my neighbor in case they require any services in the future. I will definitely be calling My Plumber Plus in the future.

Alex Bonilla and Ferdows Habibi arrived in the morning to assist me with a busted pipe. They were friendly and knowledgeable about plumbing and the products and services My Plumber provides. An appointment that should have been over within 2 hours lasted all day because they were not only willing to take time to educate me on how to take care of my pipes (turn valves to external spigots off in the winter), they were also wiling to look at other plumbing issues I’d been experiencing (kitchen faucet water pressure was low), educate me on the priority club (which is a great deal!), and educate me on the water filtration systems they offer. They both went above and beyond the expected and treated me like they cared about me and my experience. They didn’t leave until all of my problems had been addressed. By the time they left, not only had my pipe been expertly fixed, I also had a brand new filtration system! I am very happy with my experience and looking forward to the ongoing relationship that will keep my plumbing, hvac, and electrical systems in tip top shape. Thank you Alex and Ferdows, you are much appreciated! After the great plumbing experience, I scheduled an electrician and got Corey Pryka. Corey is friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very taken care of and he did an amazing job! I will be requesting Corey going forward for all my electrical needs. Today I had multiple light fixtures replaced, one light installed, multiple outlets installed, gas fireplace looked at and now works after Corey worked his magic, wired doorbell cam installed, and smart lock programmed. Corey also went above and beyond to point out our smoke detectors were old and didn’t include carbon monoxide detection. He went ahead and installed new ones that communicate to each other so we are safe. I am thrilled with my experience! I’ve had Corey back for additional electrical tasks and he continues to be a joy. He’s my go to electrician. I highly recommend him. I’ve also had a great experience with the HVAC tech, Nicholas “Nico” Delgado. Nico was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He completed a routine inspection for me on my 2 hvac systems. The coils were dirty so he recommended the carbon UV air treatment system. He did a good install job. Overall, positive experience.

We have used company before,always satisfied. Amazed how fast, a Technician came right out. We had some pipe leaks, and needed old sump pump replaced. Our Technician was friendly, professional, and explained clearly what we needed, also cost. He was fast, cleaned work area, showed my husband and I what he did. Very pleased, would highly recommend to a friend, but hope we don't need back to soon. Have had several visits since this review, this company has become our "our to go" for plumbing, and electrical issues. New toilets etc. Our home is over 40 yrs old so things have needed updates. Our latest was update smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Justin our Tech was great, professional, friendly and helped me get alarms sinc up. But I thought this visit was extremely over priced. Still a customer.
