Wow! What an incredible experience with a bunch of professionals. I cannot speak more highly of Urban City Glass. They were both timely and incredibly talented. Our window broke and with just two short visits, they measured and replaced only the pane that was broken, rather than having to buy a whole new window. Without asking, they also cleaned up and sealed the window for free. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond!

Urban City was extremely accommodating, very quick and high quality service. Adril there is just absolutely phenomenal. He arrived same day for an estimate and was detail oriented, asking me all the right questions and measuring like an absolute perfectionist. I ordered the material that same day and it was installed in less than a week. I can’t recommend them enough. The customer service was even better than the product. Adril was friendly, engaging, and easy to communicate and coordinate with. Highly rated!!! I will post better pictures after I am able to clean the shower doors but it’s truly magnificent work. The shower handle pictured is not my bathroom but I used the same one and he helped me choose the right material.

These folks are listed as being experts in glass shower doors. But they are so much more! We are lucky to have them in Glover Park. They just made a protective glass for a very special cocktail table I’ve had for over 30 years. Great service, a great product, at a very reasonable price. What more could you want?
