I have been a patient of Doctor Patel for over two years. He has effectively relieved both my back pain and a seriously injured shoulder. He is incredibly dedicated to his patients and my recent experience must be shared. I was hit by a case of vertigo a week ago - it was severe, debilitating and frightening. Dr. Patel had helped my wife with her vertigo in the past and I contacted him. He was on vacation when I reached out, yet he responded and offered to meet me in his office for a special visit. I recently retired and was suffering from chronic osteo arthritis in my knees (sometimes walking down stairs backwards to reduce the pain) and shoulder. I initially sought him out as an expert on integrative health medicine as I was having gut / digestion issues after taking antibiotics for several months to combat chronic Lyme disease, but am now seeing him for chiropractic, acupuncture and other treatments for chronic neck and back pain. Dr. Patel took the time to understand the issues underlying my gut health issues and successfully addressed such issues by working with me to modify my diet (and habits) and recommending herbal and other supplements. I’ve been to many chiropractors, physical therapists and doctors for the last 15 years for chronic neck and back pain. My experience going to Dr. Patel has been like no other. It’s the first time I’ve felt like I’m not getting just standard / out-of-the-box / bare minimum treatment. He spends a lot of individual time with you. Within just one session, depending on your needs, you could receive chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, acupuncture, electrical stim, massage gun, and more. I went to see Dr. Vreeland after months of upper back and neck pain, tension and stiffness. My mobility and range of motion in my neck was limited. After a thorough examination she recommended cupping. Dr. Vreeland paid great attention to my concerns and treated me skillfully with kindness and compassion. I was seen outside of office hours on a emergency visit and I was made to feel right at home and made to feel like family. I had absolutely the worst pain I have ever experienced in life life in my neck/back/shoulders and did a quick round of acupuncture and then some adjustments and I was out the door. Within hours I was able to move and walk with very little pain, and the following day had zero pain. aside from the miracle work that was done on my body, the hospitality was unbelievable, I would recommend to anyone!

Stopped in to see Dr. Patel to get some long-standing issues looked at and although I really doubted anything was going to change after one visit, I felt a lot better after a couple of days. We discussed what kind of pain I was having, for how long, what I had done about it, etc. Easy to talk to and he explained everything he was going to do and why he was doing it. After some adjustments, he asked if I ever had accupuncture performed! I was honestly a little nervous about the needles but Dr. Patel was very patient, gentle, and the process turned out to be fairly straightforward and discomfort-free. AND it actually worked! My hip felt so much better after a couple days and I will definitely be heading back in the near future. 10/10 would get poked again.
