While waiting a very short time for the Demo to arrive, I was able to watch some of Richy's social media videos where he talks about their incredible warranty. Very funny too! I was also emailed by them during this short wait with concern over the shipping. So, the customer service was above and beyond from the very beginning. Then I received the Demo. WOW! A fantastic Laptop in 99% Condition with great specs! Why 99%? Because it wasn't factory new (duh) and had the most minor scratch on the edge of the chassis. The kind of scratch that would be on any Laptop that was actually used a few times. Not only am I beyond impressed with the product, but the customer service combined with our willingness to support small business will make RefurbConnect my first choice when considering the procurement of hardware. I was wrong on both accounts. I received a demo unit with great build quality that has stood up to my normal workday without any issues. I've appreciated RefurbConnects communication and inventory. The thing I have been most impressed with is the fact that they are able to set up computers exactly how I want/need, including adding in user name, installing the RMM I need and even pre-loading wifi/profiles for me. In all transparency, there has been 1 mistake, but it was rectified immediatly with good customer care. They can sometimes take a bit of time to ship out a computer, but generally things are configured, and shipped within a week of the initial request.

These guys are legit, when they first contacted me I thought what kind of scam or bait and switch is this. Well they did what they said, they sent me a real Dell Lattitude 5400 to test with and when done, keep the laptop, no strings attached.
