Even though the samples don’t come in multiple sizes, Sarah did an excellent job with the clips to help me see how the dress would fit. We didn’t feel rushed at all and were able to take our time. Amazing experience here with both my wedding dress and husband’s suit rental. I appreciated the low stress environment when initially shopping, but also worked with Sarah to narrow things down and pick my dress. Sarah was great, listened to everything I said (and sometimes didn’t even need to say) and was extremely helpful. I also had alterations done here and it was a super easy and straightforward process. My seamstress, I believe her name was Adele or something close, did AMAZING work and my dress fit like a glove. She also did some magic with the bustle as well. All in all I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with everyone I interacted with.

Loved my experience at NY Bride and Groom! You get to browse all the dresses yourself, which is really nice and not a lot of bridal places let you do that. You can also spend as much time as you want trying on dresses! I found my wedding dress here and my now husband found his wedding suit as well. Both great deals too! Super happy we came here.

At New York Bride and Groom in Charlotte, NC, each and every worker were the most kind, helpful, and caring people I could have ever imagined. From the moment I walked in to show them what I had wanted for my dream dress, the first dress they chose was the one I fell completely in love with. It was so similar to what I had wanted, yet it was so much more beautiful than anything I had dreamt of. I ended up trying on multiple dresses to be sure that the first one was the one……and sure enough it was. They rejoiced with me when I said yes and encouraged me to ring the gong as well as take many pictures in it with their beautiful background drop at the front of the store. I now have had a few alterations and I am taking the dress home today for my bridal portraits! After changing my mind on a dress I had previously purchased from another bridal store I then found NY Bride and Groom. They took the BEST care of me. They were all so patient with me. Over time, we’ve gotten to know each other so well that they’re able to recommend custom suits that always match my tastes perfectly.
