I was introduced to Michael through a fellow Norwich business buddy - I'm so pleased I was. One of the most genuinely useful training days I’ve been to. Michael’s sales-focused training session was packed with practical advice that actually makes a difference- especially around networking, confidence and having better conversations without it feeling awkward or “salesy”. It wasn’t just theory either, it was the kind of stuff I could take away and use straight away.
