We planned to remodel our kitchen this year and knew we wanted to use family-owned Authentic Woodcraft for our cabinets, since we used them 30 years ago for our previous house remodel! I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Their customer service and communication, craftsmanship, delivery, and recommendations were all excellent. I did not know exactly what I wanted in the beginning of the process; Riley was patient with me on the iterations of specs as we worked through corner cabinet alternatives, maximizing storage in the pantry, use of lazy susans, location of our microwave. Riley maintained great communications on the timeline and delivery. Mark and Riley delivered the beautiful, solid wood, clear-coat maple cabinets and were extremely careful in staging them. They also suggested an installer who solved several pop-up, on-site issues. We highly recommend Authentic Woodcraft!

Beyond thrilled with how my closet turned out! They were so patient with me and answered all of my questions that I had. They were able to meet all of my many requests and revisions and my main bedroom closet now looks so amazing! Shout out to Riley and Mark at Authentic Woodcraft - they are the best!

I was very disappointed with the service I received from Authentic Woodcraft, especially after reading so many good reviews of them here. After over a year and a half and thousands of dollars, they failed to complete just two cabinets for my kitchen. I was looking to have some cabinets made to add onto a 50-year-old kitchen. After reaching out to them in February of 2022, they came and measured my kitchen and reviewed some drawings of what I had in mind. I told them they could take their time and work on my small job between bigger jobs. All I asked was that they communicate their progress so I could plan other renovations. After some back-and-forth with the design, stain matching, and picking up an appliance to ensure a perfect fit, they stopped communicating. I reached out and found they had all been sick, and they assured me a different person was finishing the cabinets. Unfortunately they failed to communicate the specifications to this new person, and in August of 2022 they delivered two cabinets that were the wrong dimensions and had missing features. When I brought this to their attention, they apologized and offered to make an extra piece to fill in the gap. They then made excuses for another year until finally I gave up and asked to come get whatever they had so I could finish the job myself. They conveniently were on vacation the day I came by, and the person on site gave me just a drawer front and a piece of veneer that doesn't go to anything. After spending thousands of dollars and being immensely patient until August 2023, I am now left to finish what they started. I'll need to drill ventilation holes and electrical grommets that were omitted, install the drawer front that's been missing for a year, build the missing shelf across two pieces, and figure out some piece to fill the 14" gap in the run. I have had to set aside other renovations due to waiting on these pieces, and now I'm even farther behind with more work to do. This was my first experience ordering custom cabinets, so I relied on their team to guide me through the process. While I admit this contributed to delays and miscommunication, it was ultimately their responsibility to identify and resolve any issues, or at least make me aware of their limitations. Instead of communicating with me, they took advantage of my flexibility and lied about their progress. The cabinets they delivered are a perfect match for my kitchen and excellent quality, which leaves me even more disappointed that I can't trust them to make more for other areas of my home, and I certainly can't recommend them to anyone.

Riley and the folks at Authentic Woodcraft were great! Riley was timely with coming up with a plan to best fit our kitchen. If I had any questions, he was quick to respond with a solution or options to best fit our needs. The cabinet quality is amazing. We are so happy with how they turned out. These cabinets are very high quality material and were constructed with precision. The kitchen required some specific filler pieces in order to tie the cabinets together. Authentic woodcraft fabricated these filler pieces and they fit perfectly.

Authentic Woodcraft was terrific. Happy to recommend Authentic Woodcraft to anyone. Mark and Riley worked on a "re-dooring" for my kitchen where old doors and drawer faces were taken off, new doors and drawer faces were stained to match existing cabinetry, and new handles and soft-close hardware was installed with the new doors and drawer faces. I was pleased by their work. They set expectations appropriately, and the final result looks terrific.
