Unfortunately I cannot recommend Authentic Woodcraft or Washington Custom painting and Remodeling who was also involved in our kitchen reface. We had several issues from nicks on the doors and drawer fronts, communication and finalization of project. We are still waiting for 1 piece of trim. We sent several messages but no response. The nicks on the doors and drawer fronts were everywhere. I asked for replacements on several wondering why would you even send out a piece with so many nicks? The stain on a couple of the doors and drawer fronts was grossly mismatched. I understand the difference between wood grain and resulting stain differences and how lighting plays a part but we had some that were just so off I asked for replacements again wondering how could this be. missed or considered ok to send out. One of the replacements was still quite off but I gave up because obviously they were not able to fix it. My kitchen is small so differences stick out. Despite my issues being addressed it was a negative experience. In addition, a couple of my soft close drawers are getting stuck but I'm not going back to them to fix anything.

Very nice cabinets, very reasonable prices. Mark was great preparing drawings and taking feedback to create an incredible end product.

Can I say how amazing it was to work with Riley and the team at Authentic Woodcraft. Riley is so detail oriented and flexible to work with in putting together a solid plan, drawings and made them come to real life with delivery and installation. They added so much more storage in our home. We are grateful we did our research and recommend only them when it comes to wood work and cabinetry. Thank you!

We planned to remodel our kitchen this year and knew we wanted to use family-owned Authentic Woodcraft for our cabinets, since we used them 30 years ago for our previous house remodel! I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Their customer service and communication, craftsmanship, delivery, and recommendations were all excellent. I did not know exactly what I wanted in the beginning of the process; Riley was patient with me on the iterations of specs as we worked through corner cabinet alternatives, maximizing storage in the pantry, use of lazy susans, location of our microwave. Riley maintained great communications on the timeline and delivery. Mark and Riley delivered the beautiful, solid wood, clear-coat maple cabinets and were extremely careful in staging them. They also suggested an installer who solved several pop-up, on-site issues. We highly recommend Authentic Woodcraft!
