I had a great experience with Authentic Woodcraft creating custom cabinets and countertop/desktop for my office. I sent inspiration pictures along with my desired color scheme in my initial contact, and Cecilia promptly responded to my query. She was thorough and thoughtful throughout the process starting from consultation to follow-up post delivery. My concerns were always answered in a timely fashion. They made multiple trips to the house to leave no stones unturned. We installed the cabinets ourselves and they look beautiful!

From the initial phone call to the final touches, I couldn’t have been more delighted with Authentic Woodcraft and their exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. What began as a simple replacement mantle transformed into a stunning wall unit complete with drawers and floating shelves! Cecelia and Riley were incredibly easy to work with and always available to address any questions or concerns I may have had. The final product exceeded my expectations and far surpassed my initial desires. I wish I had better “before” photos, but I believe you can still grasp the essence of the transformation. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Authentic Woodcraft or Washington Custom painting and Remodeling who was also involved in our kitchen reface. We had several issues from nicks on the doors and drawer fronts, communication and finalization of project. We are still waiting for 1 piece of trim. We sent several messages but no response. The nicks on the doors and drawer fronts were everywhere. I asked for replacements on several wondering why would you even send out a piece with so many nicks? The stain on a couple of the doors and drawer fronts was grossly mismatched. I understand the difference between wood grain and resulting stain differences and how lighting plays a part but we had some that were just so off I asked for replacements again wondering how could this be. missed or considered ok to send out. One of the replacements was still quite off but I gave up because obviously they were not able to fix it. My kitchen is small so differences stick out. Despite my issues being addressed it was a negative experience. In addition, a couple of my soft close drawers are getting stuck but I'm not going back to them to fix anything.

Storefront is opened by appointment only. Unfortunate- I bused for an hour to see a face.

Very nice cabinets, very reasonable prices. Mark was great preparing drawings and taking feedback to create an incredible end product.

Can I say how amazing it was to work with Riley and the team at Authentic Woodcraft. Riley is so detail oriented and flexible to work with in putting together a solid plan, drawings and made them come to real life with delivery and installation. They added so much more storage in our home. We are grateful we did our research and recommend only them when it comes to wood work and cabinetry. Thank you!
