I absolutely love and recommend this company. They installed a solar system at my house and the electric generation has been impressive. The installation was a breeze and the company was extremely easy to work with. Their sales associate Josh was especially stellar and gave exceptional customer service. I absolutely give them my highest recommendation.

After researching several solar panel installers we chose IPSun Solar. Their sales representative, unlike their competitors, presented their products without the hype of you must buy now to get this price and net metering benefits. Over the next several days after the presentation, I had numerous emails and phone calls with John, our sales rep, who answered all my questions and concerns. IPSun Solar installed our panels in April of 2022. They performed a quick and professional install as scheduled. We had travel arrangements where we would be away for 2 weeks so they were able to expedite the county inspection to occur the day after the install. This is normally a 2 week wait. We owe the service and special handling of the inspection to our project manager, Skyler. We had some issues setting up SRECs that were resolved within a few minutes of explaining the problem to Shannon. Within minutes after our conversation, I had an email from Sol Systems that everything was in order and I could complete the payment options with them. I highly recommend IPSun Solar as a reputable company that does excellent work.

We had a great experience with Ipsun Solar. The goal was to generate all of our power from the solar panels and have whole home backup when the grid went down. I was very particular where the equipment went, batteries, solar panels, and control equipment. They were able install all of the components where they were not visible from the street. The team at Ipsun Solar were very patient answering all of our questions and concerns. The crew worked together and got the installation up and running over a four-day window. Ipsun delivered what they promised! The system has now been operating for eight months. No power bills and whole home backup. We’ve lost our power several times in the past six months and it’s a seamless switchover. They listen to the customer.
