I cannot say enough good about this company and especially Brent! I had my carpet and sectional and my dryer vent cleaned. He spent a great deal of time on my sectional and it looks fantastic. I vacuumed my carpet when it was dry and it picked up zero debris. A few days after the job was done I dropped an entire super green drink (12oz) on the couch 😳 Brent came back out the next and morning and cleaned it back to new again! I am ever so grateful that I found this amazing company. It was worth every penny!

We have our carpet cleaned today, I inspect them of how cleaned this company is. They are just a salesman both of the guys selling you an upgrade that is not really wanted you need. To make matter worst, the carpet is as not cleaned in the corners, they cut corners. The are consuming time selling the ham cleaning. If I can only post a picture of this review I would. UPDATES***Updates Well since i posted this comments, they came out the following week and Oscar their Duality Assurance person was really nice and he did a good job of re doing the whole thing of cleaning of the carpet. I am this person that supports a family owned business which is also helps other people to work, so please forgive me my past comments and I will delete them. Please support- The Steamy concepts - for all your cleaning needs. We need a company like them that will follow up on you.

It was easy to book appointment. They kept me up to date on arrival etc. Our technician was knowledgeable, professional, polite, & competent.

The cleaning of my sofa and chairs was excellent, Austin was sweet and professional. He even re-cleaned part of an armchair that I thought needed more cleaning. He did it without a complaint. He quoted me several choices of prices before the job so that I would agree to one. All in all, I will have them come clean my carpets later in in the year.
