FIVE stars! I am so happy with my service today. I have had a serious, ongoing issue with high humidity in my home for over 2 years. It was so bad that, from May-Oct I had to roll portable dehumififiers all over both floors of my home throughout the day just to get the humidity down to 50%. Today, Cody came and fixed it! He is extremely knowledgeable about how HVAC systems work and he was able to reprogram the unit and thermostats to pull the maximum amount of humidity out. My home already feels drier and, for the first time in 2 years, I'm not dreading the humidity of summer. Thank you, Cody and John Nugent and Sons!

As usual, John Nugent & Sons called to schedule my Spring maintenance. A gentleman named Cody arrived on time to do the service. WOW! This gentleman was so knowledgeable about the HVAC system and what our system was still capable of doing. He asked questions about how our system was working for us and if we had any concerns. We discussed adding a separate thermostat on the upper level, since the temperature is so different. He showed us how to make changes to our existing thermostat, and I even changed the background color to my favorite yellow. He took photos of parts in our outside AC unit that needed attention. Cody wrote up a very thorough proposal with photos. Before departing, he asked if we had any other questions or concerns. Another WOW!! We have lived in our home for many years and contracted with a different company to service our HVAC. Two years ago, we called on John Nugent & Sons to do some other work and decided to have them do our HVAC. What a BLESSING! You are in great hands with Nugent & Sons. 👍🏾

Great company. I had a leaking kitchen faucet over the weekend. They sent a plumber out who advised on a new faucet, installed the one I bought, and replaced some aging valves under the sink. Friendly, knowledgeable plumber.
