Last month I applied for Schengen Visa through WiseFox, all the documentation process was smooth and since I have applied before with them, they had all my details and there was no need to provide anything apart from new Bank statement and NOC. And they told me it is important to know that it would take minimum one month to get the passport back because of the high volume of applications at VFS and the embassy, I was a bit surprised in the beginning as it used to take 6-7 days in the past, but since they told me this is what is happening for the last 8-9 months, I trusted them and I got prepared for it by delaying all my other travel plans. It took exactly 29 to get my passport back with a 2 year Schengen Visa. I think it’s important to communicate the reality to the customers instead of giving false promises. And these guys are doing a good job by telling you the truth.
