Manny came out to diagnose a leak in my air handler. He was patient, explanative, and professional. If all of Jones techs are like this, I recommend this company.

Highly recomended! We called Jones as one of a few a bids to have our failed boiler replaced last May. Everything about the experience was excellent. The salesman walked us throuth our options and we decided to buy a combi boiler as our boiler serves both hot water and home heat. I was out of town during the failure and they patiently answered all my questions from afar. They started the replacement the following day and did an outstanding job. Somewhat complex mechanical install and it looks great. The installers were always polite, friendly and respectfull. They also had to deal with some snakes we didn't know lived in our basement who watched them from the rafters above the boiler for much of the install. Because I was not there, they let my wife video them as they walked her through the final install and instruction for the unit. Clearly took pride in there work. Although the unit functioned perfectly, when the winter struck a noise became apparent near the unit during heating that was due to some pre existing plumbing in the wall. The problem was somewhat difficult to diagnose and once diagnosed they went far out of there way to fix a problem that they could not have forseen. All the staff from the sales, office employees to the installers and service techs have been pleasant and worked hard to adress our issues. Also, during this long winter, the first question asked when I spoke with there scheduling was if we had heat. Yes, I know that is there job, but it just felt like they actually cared. Will and have recommended them for any HVAC work.
