1. VERY Happy With Jones Service in Goshen. Tony was amazing with helping me select a furnace and AC and even responded 8:30 at night to texts with questions. Tony went above and beyond to get me what was best for my home. Highly recommend this manager! Not pushy and listened to my concerns. Extremely knowledgeable and truly cared. 2.Was very happy with David the tech who came to clean my old furnace and detected a bad situation. Explained and showed me diagnostic camera pictures. Angel and his partner (I apologize for not getting his name) were non stop as they installed my new Furnace and AC system. Professionals, great customer service and willing to answer my questions. Cleaned up everything as if they had never been here. Highly recommend these installers of Jones Service. I have been pleased from beginning to installation of all employees.

9/9/26 MAJOR JOB WELL DONE! Replaced two 26 year-old furnaces and air-conditioning units in virtually one day! Site survey and planning allowed the installation teams to have everything needed to complete the job. From start to finish the job was done properly by a host of people with the right customer and trade skills to get the job done efficiently and without worry. I don’t know anyone in this area that has the same amount of resources available, certifications and manufacturer connections. This replacement also involved switching from oil to propane. It’s a load off my mind to get this done especially at this opportune time of year so that I’m not dealing with any failures over the coming months. 8/14/26 Another excellent job done today, today’s Tech was John. Very thorough! Jones Services proactively called to set up the annual appointment. Previous: Excellent professional service. Highly skilled plumbing professional. Water heaters can fail at the worst possible time and require a quick response from a plumbing contractor. Justin, the Jones Professional, Stayed till 10 PM to get our new system up and running rather than push it off another day. That kind of commitment is greatly appreciated!
