Amazing customer support and communication, They made sure to send email updates and time lines to ensure everything was perfect and exactly what i wanted. After opening the beautiful packaging , my heart sank and was filled with so much satisfaction and joy seeing and holding my custom lengthy necklace. Thank you so much for this great work done. It's such a pity I can only give 5 stars because Silvery deserves the HIGHEST rating! 5 seems so mundane in light of the service they give. From the start: their website is clean and easy to navigate. I asked some questions via WhatsApp and received responses within 30 minutes. The lady who responded was very helpful. From there, the ordering and payment process was smooth and efficient. BUT THEN, to my surprise, I received daily updates regarding the progress of the piece I had ordered!! (Who still does that?) The package was delivered a day earlier than initially forecast and my sister was so happy! I highly recommend doing business with SILVERY! What a pleasant experience!

The most excellent online user experience in SA. The website was easy to use, and they send regular updates about the production of your order. Had a minor change on my order and Tammy responded promptly and I received the wonderfully wrapped item right on time.

I had the most fantastic experience with Silvery Jewellery. I ordered a dewdrop necklace with a double engraved medallion for my gfs birthday. We were supposed to leave on a weekend away and I needed it to be ready before then. Even though it was short notice being just a week to get it done the team of Tammy, Isla and Simone were so patient and accommodating. Despite my repeated pestering and queries they were always kind and polite and they did manage to get me my piece on time. It honestly was such a pleasure dealing with this company. They have amazing staff who really go out of their way to make sure their clients are happy. The piece itself was stunning as well and I was surprised at how detailed the engraving was of the photo I supplied. My gf loved the gift. It is something totally different and sentimental. Thank you to the Silvery Team for my excellent experience.

I have purchased several items from Silvery over the last few years, the latest being a 21st key on a chain for my daughter. She absolutely loved it! The service is exceptional in that communication is great and they really make sure that they deliver on what was asked and paid for. The delivery time is also great. The only time I felt disappointed was when I wanted a piece I had made for my eldest when she went to Uni, made for my youngest when she went and was told they don't do that anymore. Other than that, I will always check their website first when wanting to buy something and I would definitely recommend them 10 out of 10 times! What an awesome company!

Amazing hand crafted work, delivery was on time if not even earlier than expected. Very happy with my purchases from Silvery. Thanks to all involved in making such amazing work.

I can't recommend Silvery enough! My girlfriend broke a necklace I got her last year (in a hilarious incident involving a frog), and they were amazing. They fixed it for her in less than a week with such professionalism and kindness. This is how you do customer service right. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!
