We had an absolutely incredible stay at this home in Vista Rica for our wedding week in Jacó. The house itself is stunning and comfortably accommodated all 30 of our guests — everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the property. The courtyard was a true highlight, with the pool, hot tub, steam room, and cold plunge creating a perfect resort-like experience right at home. It made the entire week feel elevated and special. The staff were outstanding — from housekeeping to evening security, everything was seamless and well taken care of. And our host was truly exceptional. They were always checking in, helping with plans, booking tours, and providing perfect local recommendations that made our trip effortless. This was honestly one of the best trips we’ve ever had. We fell in love with Jacó — from the beach to the food to the unique energy of the town. Highly recommend this home for any large group or special occasion — it exceeded every expectation. 🌴

Gorgeous penthouse condominium with beautiful views of the pacific. Walking distance to everything. Right in the heart of all the action. Brittany, our concierge, took care of literally everything from airport transfers, shopping, reservations, fishing, and numerous other things. 100% recommend!

Karolina and the team at Costa Rica Elite were fantastic. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and thoughtful in helping plan our time. From great restaurant recommendations to coordinating activities like ATV riding, beach days, hiking, and even helping us rent a golf cart, everything was seamless. Her local knowledge made the trip so much better and took all the stress out of planning. Highly recommend working with Karolina and Costa Rica Elite if you’re visiting Costa Rica. Update after checkout: The host later submitted a claim through Airbnb for replacement towels. The amount was eventually reduced and resolved, but it required additional back-and-forth and time to sort out. Overall the stay itself was good, but the post-checkout claim process was a bit frustrating and something future guests may want to be aware of.

Our stay at Chadwick's Airbnb in Jaco was nothing short of incredible. We were in the top-floor penthouse (7 rooms, 4 bedrooms), and it was perfect for our group of 8 adults, 2 babies, and a pregnant woman. The space was ideal, comfortable, and beautifully set up for a larger group. The pool was fantastic — clean, relaxing, and a huge highlight for everyone. On top of that, great food options were less than a 2-minute walk away, which made everything so convenient. What truly made this experience exceptional was Brittany, the co-host and concierge. Before we even arrived, she created a WhatsApp group and remained extremely responsive throughout the trip. She helped us book in-house massages, golf carts, a trip to Tortuga Island, and a visit to Manuel Antonio National Park — and coordinated transportation for every excursion she recommended. She even added two additional members of our group to the chat so everyone stayed informed and organized. What impressed us most was how she handled even the smallest issues. Our A/C unit had a problem one night, and maintenance had it fixed by the following morning. When transportation for an excursion was running late, she immediately called them — they arrived within minutes and even extended our excursion time so we didn't lose any of our experience. When a high chair didn't arrive as expected, Brittany offered to pick one up and personally deliver it by bicycle. Even if something technically wasn't their responsibility, the fact that she offered to handle it immediately so we could focus on enjoying our stay truly set her apart from any other Airbnb we've ever experienced. Another thing that elevated our trust was the transparency. We even looked into whether booking excursions directly would be cheaper because we assumed there might be a markup. To our surprise, some of the items Brittany booked for us were actually less expensive than what we found on websites and TripAdvisor. That level of honesty is rare and speaks volumes. We also wanted to do the hot springs and additional snorkeling. Instead of trying to upsell us, Brittany told us we'd already be snorkeling during another excursion and that the springs were about three hours away. Given our timeline and priorities, she recommended saving our time and money. That kind of integrity is priceless. We highly recommend this property. The home is amazing, the location is perfect, the pool is great, the food is steps away, and the service is truly next-level. If we're ever back in Costa Rica, Chadwick and Brittany will absolutely be the first people we message.

We had a phenomenal experience with Cost Rica Elite all thanks to Karolina. Karolina helped my large group of 12 arrange transportation and excursions while finding the best deals for us. She also was very knowledge and quickly answered every question I had - day or night. I cannot emphasize how much she helped us, we truly had such a seamless experience thanks to her organization. I would 100% use CR Elite again.

Absolutely amazing time staying here. The PH was insane, the view, the space, the location all top notch. The entire complex was beautiful and my friends and I loved every second of it. Also our concierge was 1 of 1. Karolina was truly incredible during our entire stay, she made the trip far better than I had planned. Very active everyday willing to assist with anything we needed, her recommendations and advice on places was absolutely on point. From restaurants to nightlife to events she was 100 available for us and helped us with everything. The excursions and even info on rentals, Karolina had it all, reminded me of concierge in Las Vegas. Can’t wait to return.

My first time flying and staying out of the country and they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Airbnb’s location 10/10. Airbnb itself 10/10. The host????? 1000000/10. They helped us get reservations at restaurants, clubs, excursions & rides to/from anywhere we needed. They replied fast and at any time of the day, and we appreciated that so much.
