We went on a safari in Tanzania and in Zanzibar with Easy Travel. Our contact was Masuma and our guide was Felix. We are very happy with this agency and we appreciated our guide Felix, who speaks French and English. On site, we felt accompanied from start to finish by Masuma. She was more than perfect. She and the whole team did everything to make our trip enjoyable and meet our expectations. We encountered problems with the hotel we choosed in Zanzibar, but Easy Travel helped us with great professionalism and resolved the problem. We recommend Easy Travel; you can really trust them! They were perfect, and we thank them.

Wonderful safari and Tanzania followed by a 4 day rests in Zanzibar We had the chance to be guided by Maila. The guide makes all the difference. Maila speaks both French and English which was important to us. He is knowledgeable about the animals, the birds, the plants, the trees. We learned a lot. We saw a lot. His kindness and responsiveness made our trip just fantastic. Another important element, we felt safe at all times. On the road we saw other drivers that did not drive safely. As for Easy Travel, from the planning of the trip to the last day, Voice was very responsive and quick, very compétent and so kind. We recommend the company and our guide without any hesitation. We had a wonderful time.

A truly unforgettable Tanzanian adventure—thanks to Sakina and Elias! We recently returned from a 9-day family safari across Tanzania, and we couldn’t be more grateful to the agency, and especially to Sakina and Elias, for making this journey so seamless, enriching, and memorable. From the very beginning, Sakina was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in helping us build the perfect itinerary for our family of four (including two young girls aged 6 and 12). She patiently answered every question, offered insightful recommendations, and even stepped in to help us navigate last-minute flight changes to Zanzibar that could have disrupted our plans. Her professionalism and warmth made us feel supported every step of the way.Our guide and driver Elias was simply outstanding. A proud Maasai, Elias brought a depth of cultural insight and personal warmth that elevated our experience far beyond a typical safari. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, especially with our daughters, who quickly grew fond of him. His knowledge of the parks, wildlife, and ecosystems was impressive, but what truly stood out was his deep respect for nature and the environment. He never rushed, never intruded, and always prioritized ethical and responsible wildlife viewing. As a passionate photographer, I especially appreciated Elias’s attentiveness whenever I wanted to capture a moment. He was always patient, helpful, and knew exactly how to position the vehicle or suggest the best angles without disturbing the animals. His quiet support made a huge difference in helping me document the beauty of Tanzania. We visited Lake Manyara, Central and Northern Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire, and Elias made each destination come alive with stories, facts, and quiet moments that allowed us to truly connect with the landscape. We also had meaningful conversations about his Maasai heritage, which added a rich layer of cultural understanding to our trip, something we deeply appreciated.Elias is not only a skilled guide and driver, but also a remarkable ambassador for Tanzania. His calm demeanor, integrity, and genuine passion for his work make him an asset to any team. We felt safe, inspired, and well cared for throughout the journey. We wholeheartedly recommend this agency and especially Sakina and Elias to anyone seeking a truly personalized and unforgettable safari experience. They made our family adventure extraordinary.

The best trip of our lives Together with my family I went on a 2 week holiday to Tanzania with Matoke tours. A lot of safari followed by relaxing in Zanzibar. We had the absolute best game driver Haule. An experience of a lifetime!! Especially when we followed the successfull hunt of a lion on a warthog. It was like a real-life National Geographic documentary. We will never forget this! Big thank you to Matoke tours and Haule.

The safari of our dreams! A fabulous, wonderful trip with Tanzania specialist who has the respect and especially the impeccable accompaniment of his client throughout the stay. Everything is organized at the m/m. accommodation, routes etc etc...Our travel advisor: Solenn, has always been reactive to our requests or concerns, which is reassuring. The more French-speaking safari guide was at the small care to make us discover the animals that we could have touched. The accommodation at the top! and a great Welcoming with a plus for the: Africa Safari Karatu and the Legendary Zanzibar (the dream)

We highly recommend Easy Travel, an exceptional company. We just finished a 17 day safari and tour of Zanzibar, including Arusha National Park, Tarangire, Ngorogoro, N. Serengeti, Mafia Island, and Zanzibar's Stonetown. We stayed mostly in luxury tented camps which had outstanding accommodations, staff, and food. We also visited a Masai village and took a hot air balloon ride. The former slave market/Anglican Cathedral in Stonetown is a must see. We read excellent reviews about Easy Travel on TripAdvisor and Reddit. We are so glad we chose Easy Travel, as it is more affordable than most, especially for custom trips. More importantly, every dollar spent with Easy Travel goes directly to Tanzania, an ecologically responsible company with no agents, no middleman, and great knowledge of their country. Tanzania is a wonderful country whose ecotourism is thriving and deserves every dollar spent there. Easy Travel is licensed and family owned for almost 40 years. Every employee we came in contact with was outstanding. From the planning to the guides, Easy Travel exceeded all our expectations. The next time we travel to Tanzania, we will use Easy Travel. From the careful planning by Masuma, our exceptional guides Howle and Hussein made our trip of a lifetime like a dream. We cannot thank them enough, and the kind folks who recommended Easy Travel on Reddit.

Great experiences Great experiences. Arriving at Kilimanjaro airport near Arusha, someone from the organization is already ready to take you to your first stay: Kili Villa. The only guests but great arranged and delicious food. On the day of departure to the parks for the safari our driver Paulus reports. It indicates what all the plans are and some explanation is given after which we leave. Paulus turns out to be a quiet, good driver with a more than excellent knowledge about environmental animals and backgrounds. he is a master at Avoiding potholes in the road at the same time as discovering the animals. The different parks with all game drives are great. You do need to be patient every now and then to get the animal in the picture the way you want it. Binoculars and a good camera are recommended. We have seen a huge amount of animals, including the "big five" (the black rhino according to the stories relatively close (about 500 m, usually at a much greater distance)), and also the large migration with the crossing. Also the cheetah in Tarangiri National Park, which is very rarely seen in this park. Good luck to you. Spend the night in lodges with luxury tents in the middle of the wilderness. Occasionally help with showering etc, but otherwise excellent. Also great meals. You are of course dependent on what the cook has in food. Everything is very tasty. Driving, especially between the different parks is mainly on dirt roads. Exhausting, but you'll soon forget that when you embark on another game drive. The last few days to Zanzibar. The hotel (Sunshine Azure Hotel) is located in a small fishing village. Do not expect large tourist shops and accept the African approach by the owners. Relax at the beach and pool and enjoy the excellent cuisine with extremely friendly and sweet staff. In short, enjoyed the 15 travel days that were very positively influenced by Paulus, our driver, especially on the mainland Tanzania.

Amazing trip of a lifetime with Easy Travel - affordable, outstanding staff and guides We had an over the top, fantastic trip of a lifetime with Easy Travel. We're so glad we chose Easy Travel - more affordable, and they were perfect in every way. Our trip was for seventeen days, with visits to many places - Arusha National Park, Tarangire, Ngorogoro Crater, N. Serengeti, Taasa outside NE Serengeti, then Zanzibar's Mafia Island and Stonetown. We even got to do a walking safari on the far side of the Crater, and a night drive just outside the NE side of the N. Serengeti at a beautiful lodge called Taasa. Oh yeah, and the hot air balloon ride in N. Serengeti was great, too. On Mafia, we were fortunate to swim with some whale sharks. Our complex trip was made flawless by the careful planning of Masuma who worked with us extensively to create an amazing custom trip for us. Masuma was outstanding. Our trip went without a hitch and all of the accommodations and guides that Masuma arranged for us were also outstanding. Our first guide, Houle, tirelessly used his longtime guiding experience at Arusha National Park, Tarangire, and Ngorogoro Crater to help us easily find all of the big 5 animals that we wanted to see, and many more. But really, it is not easy. Houle just made it look easy with his knowledge and efforts. Houle also stopped to identify many amazing birds we saw along the way. We saw tons of animals up close, including a cheetah and three leopards, a rhino, among many others. Baboons, hippos, lions, and more. Then Houle drove us to the airport and we flew to N. Serengeti and Hussein took over as our guide. Our stay in the N. Serengeti was beyond the pale - an immense area unbounded by borders or fences. Hussein was our outstanding guide in N. Serengeti, with great and tireless passion for his work. Hussein taught us many things about the animals and area. There, Hussein with his energy and skills for finding the herds of wildebeest and zebras at the Mara River, took us to numerous river crossings where we saw several large and very large groups of animals. It was incredible. The animals, the birds. Hussein identified many birds for us. We saw huge numbers of wildebeest and zebras, also elephants, giraffes, lions, hippos, we saw it all. We even saw a cheetah up close taking an early evening 'walk in the park' near our lodge that Hussein went out of his way to take us to. Unforgettable. We stayed in several luxury tented camps that got us out in the bush. The rooms were extremely comfortable. The food was delicious and each camp had its own chef. The staff at all the camps were outstanding, attending to every need, even singing and dancing and making us feel so welcome. It was so fun. We also visited a Masai village near the crater. We felt very safe at every moment of our trip and noticed solo women travelers having a great time there as well.We owe much to Easy Travel for our wonderful trip. I cannot say enough good things about them. There are so many companies to choose from. We chose Easy Travel because of a stranger's recommendation on Reddit, so we are grateful to the person who recommended them. We hope our review will also encourage others to book with Easy Travel.

Exceptional tour operator. Let me start by saying that we are passionate travelers with a wealth of experience, especially when it comes to DIY. This time, however, for Tanzania, we decided to rely on a local tour operator, and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the first contact, we were supported step by step in creating the travel itinerary best suited to our needs. Having a 7-year-old child, we planned a trip through the various parks that wouldn't be too tiring for him. Thanks to Marzjia's advice, who built the itinerary for us step by step, we opted to visit Lake Manyara, Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire in 5 days, with the right amount of time and the right guide. We requested an Italian-speaking guide and were assigned the excellent Salvatore. From the moment of pickup at the airport to the drop-off at the airport, he looked after us throughout and was our guardian angel. He guided us excellently within the parks, giving us lots of information about the places and animals we encountered. Always available for our requests and very kind to our son (Mr. Rice). A truly professional guide: he even managed to show us a pair of lions in love at sunset. It was just us and nature. He always drove carefully on the parks' difficult dirt roads and knew all the best roads and loops to get the best view of the animals. In the parks, it's essential to have an expert guide who knows the roads well (there's no GPS or signage) and the risks of nature. We spent the nights inside the parks in the Tortilis tented camps, and this choice also proved to be perfect: clean camps immersed in nature and with super kind and friendly staff. After the parks, we spent another 6 days in Zanzibar, always organized with Easy Travel, and here too we had nothing to complain about. They chose excellent facilities and organized the Stone Town tour and the various transfers. The cars and drivers were always clean and professional. Throughout the trip, we were in contact with the very kind Clelia, who kept an eye on us at all times and was also available on Sunday when we had a small mix-up in Stone Town. A tour operator made up of truly special and professional people. They were so kind that they even provided us with an endless supply of birthday cakes for my husband, who was celebrating during the trip! It's the first time we've actually gotten what we agreed on and more during a trip. Highly recommended!

Top geregeld We just completed a 15-day private tour of Tanzania, which was perfectly handleiding by easy travel. First, we had a 9-day safari in Tarangire/Serengeti/Manyara and Ngorongoro. During this safari, our guide, Salumu, with his 27 years of experience, showed us the most beautiful places and the most beautiful animal species. His vast knowledge of the local nature and animals taught us a great deal. He's such a lovely person and an extremely good guide that I hope anyone (who wants to take a similar trip) will have the chance to meet him. We saw (and photographed) more species than others sometimes take four years to see. Every day, we enjoyed the animals, the scenery, and the hospitality at the various lodges arranged for us. After these impressive days, we spent another 5 days fully relaxing in Zanzibar. At Zanziblu Beach Villas, you can truly find the peace and hospitality that makes you feel welcome. The service and excellent cuisine of this small resort ensure you don't even have to leave the gate. (Of course, you can walk straight from your villa to the beach.)In a word: Perfect.

Magical Tanzania We had a once in a lifetime, fantastic vacation in Tanzania and Zanzibar. The absolute highlight was our safari through different national parks. Our guide Erasto called us the magical family, because everywhere we went, the wildlife really came to life. But in our view, the magic is in Erasto, a top-guide. He is an expert on animals and their behaviour and knew and felt exactly where to stop the jeep. A few moments later, elephants, lions or even a leopard passed our car. Also the accomodations were of very good quality. An experience we will never forget!

Great, well organised safari's and paradise on Zanzibar We had a fantastic holiday! The camps we stayed in were very well maintained and run with beautiful food. Our driver Barnaba was a very safe and kind driver, a great spotter with eagle eyes, pointing out of all sorts of game and birds to us, showing us the beauty of Tanzania.Special thanks as well to George at the Mbali Mbali Soroi Serengeti Lodge. He made our stay in this fantastic lodge extra special. And last but not least (at all), Alia, manager at the Kijani Beach Villas. She's as sweet as an angel and takes care of the whole place (helped by her very kind staff) very very well. It's like the sign at the entrance says; Paradise!!

Best safari ever! We booked with Easy Travel for our honeymoon and could not have had a better trip! They worked with us to design a custom itinerary and handled all the local transport, lodging, meals and game drives, consistently checking in with us throughout our trip. We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, Central Serengeti, Northern Serengeti and Zanzibar over two weeks - truly the trip of a lifetime! If you have the opportunity to do safari with Easy Travel, you have to request Paulus as your safari guide! You don’t realize how much of the safari is reliant on your guide / driver until you are there, and Paulus was truly excellent. He is an experienced driver on very difficult roads and knows how to navigate all of the parks, especially on the paths less frequently traveled. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the wildlife in the parks and had his head on a constant swivel. He was able to spot so many animals that we never would have seen otherwise (including the big 5)! Not only did he teach us about the animals, plants and landscapes but also shared so much about Tanzanian history and culture. We were so lucky to be paired with him and cannot recommend him enough for your safari.

Tanzania / Zanzibar. Arranged via Matoke with guide Ally. Very experienced guide. Good English. Know your way around, safe. From June 26 to July 5 we booked a trip through Tanzania at Matoke. There are six of us. Two people in their fifties with 2 children aged 18 and 19 with supporters. In one word fantastic! All information from Matoke was received on time and the itinerary was clear. The tips and packing list were clear. Arriving in Tanzania, guide Ally was waiting for us with a beautiful Toyota Land Cruiser that was fully equipped. WiFi (not used, no time for it), cool water and lots of storage compartments. Ally spoke good English and was immediately very helpful with arranging the money. Every day, Ally and I talked about the schedule for the next day so we knew what time we had to be ready. Very enlightening for everyone. On the second day (the car perfectly clean again) we drove towards Tarangire national park. We start with a walking safari with a local ranger. This was really worth it. In the picture at the baoab with zebras in the background. After 2 hours Ally picked us up in the park and we drove for a few more hours. He knew his way around and got very close to giraffes and elephants. And that was only Day 1. We slept near the park in a top location. Great pool and great food. Ally ate with us and asked what we thought. Also immediately reviewed the next day. Safari is intense, getting up early and getting lots of impressions. You really have to process that. The next day a visit to a Massai village, quickly arranged by Ally. Very nice to do and on to Serengeti. Incredible to see how Ally navigates. No map, no GPS, everything on landmarks and experience. We don't feel unsafe at any time. We see lions and a cheetah. Oh, great. Arriving at the tent camp, we are welcomed and eat exquisitely. The next day we wake up early and drive around quietly. After an hour we see the cheetah at the Kopjes. Also seen the buffalo up close. Now all that's left is the rhino. We see hippos and crocodiles. Ally really knows how to pick out the highlights everywhere. The next day we drive back to Ngorogoro towards the jungle camp at 2100 meters. This was my personal favorite. Fantastic tents, clean, safe very nice people. In the evening we had a nice dinner and danced. The next day we get up early because we go into the crater. And there we spot number 5. The crater is amazing! Ally shows his books and explains the differences between the white and black rhino. Very professional. We see thousands of wildebeest in a row. In the afternoon we drive back to Arusha and stay in beautiful cottages. We swim and eat exquisitely. The next day Ally takes us to the airport and says goodbye to him. He loved it too. The flight to Zanzibar was short and there we relaxed for another 3 days at the Loop. Snorkeling, turtles and, above all, resting. It was fantastic.

Amazing honeymoon Easy travel was a great choice for our honeymoon! Masuma helped us plan a tailor-made 9 days safari trip that was simply astonishing. All hotels were beautiful and we got to see all animals everyone wants to see (rhinos, leopards, cheetas, etc) more than once, doing different things like chilling, looking for food, playing, etc. Salvatory (our guide) was very well trained, knowledgeable and nice! We had a great time with him. We are from Brazil and were a bit hesitant about booking the trip with a local Tanzanian agency (vs an agency in Brazil), but I am very glad we selected easy travel. They welcomed us in their offices and told us about their culture and the trip. They were also very attentive and helped us whenever we needed - even for a part of the trip we booked by ourselves (Zanzibar). We strongly recommend using them for your trip :)

Fun to chat to, he taught us lots of Swahili, and we got to see the big 5. Lots of great photos and views! Highly recommend.

Trip of a lifetime 5 stars! Easy Travel created an amazing custom trip for our family to visit Zanzibar and then do a safari at Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. We had the trip of a lifetime! The planning process working with the Easy travel office was so easy and flexible. Then when it came time for our trip every step happened smoothly and as planned. The whole safari was a huge highlight for our whole group. Our expert guide and driver Adrian meet us at the airstrip. From then on he took care of everything and made sure we had a great trip. On the drive from the airstrip to our lodge we had already seen elephants, lions, giraffes, and impala! The game drives at Serengeti were beyond any of our expectations. Adrian took us through the varied landscapes of the park to see all the possible wildlife. He knew which areas to visit at which times and had amazing spotting skills. He was super knowledgeable about everything from the wildlife to the landscapes to the history of the park and Tanzania. We had so many close encounters with the above animals and even more. Leopards, hippos, zebra, thousands and thousands of wildebeest, we got to see it all! Ask for Adrian to ensure you have a great time! We had our senior parents with us so it was important that everything was comfortable and safe. We couldn't be more happy with how the trip went! The accommodations arranged by Easy Travel were another highlight. After a long day of game drives, a nice lodge is important. We stayed at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge and Ngorongoro Lodge member of Meliá Collection. Both had awesome views and exceptional service. We were particularly blown away by the views of the crater from Ngorongoro Lodge. We also enjoyed the heated infinity pool and spa there very much.We loved everything about our trip and will remember it all very fondly for the rest of our lives!

Once in a lifetime experience!! We had a fantastic 20-day trip to Tanzania/Zanzibar...Everything about this trip was equally delicious, from accommodations to food and vd safaris to our guide...Abisai was in Arusha waiting for us to take us in a great land cruiser to our destination...From start to finish, Abisai added so much to our safaris where he told us a lot about all the animals and he took us to the best places to spot all the wildlife...We all got to admire them! He made sure that we lacked nothing.. he provided the picnics with beautiful views, he provided enough drinking water and gave us so much opportunity and time to photograph whatever we wanted. We never felt unsafe with Abi behind the wheel and after spending almost two weeks together he felt like our family.. we are very grateful to Abi for completing our adventure and will never forget this trip!

Two land cruisers with 8 people was wonderful travel. The car is for Safari week a bit your house on wheels. Both cars were driven by the most experienced tour guides Mariki and Omega. What information they have shared with us! Skilled, sharp and cozy! Told a lot about the animals on the way but also about life in Tanzania!!

Terrific safari with Herry from Easy Travel My daughter, her boyfriend and I spent 2 glorious weeks in Tanzania and Zanzibar. We went on safari in Tanzania with Easy Travel - our guide was Herry - the best tour guide one could ever hope for. He met us when we arrived in Arusha - full of warmth and friendliness. From the start - I knew that our experience was going to be fantastic - Herry had knowledge not only of the animals, but also of the landscape, birds, vegetation and Tanzanian culture and traditions. Herry was professional, personal, patient and respectful. Every evening we had a discussion about where we were going the next day and what to expect - and he also asked for our input as to what we wanted to do. I simply can't praise Herry enough - he was fantastic and made our bucket list trip unforgettable. It truly was a once in a lifetime experience. He told us that he loves his job and that was evident every day that we spent with him. Thank you, Herry!

An amazing 6 days customised safari in Tanzania. We had our customised safari tour in Tanzania organised by Zainab of Easy Travel. She was patient from the start to the end with my fine tuning of the itinerary. I specifically asked for Ombani as our Driver/guide and I did not regret in the slightest.Ombani was a safe, respectful, patient, driver/guide and helpful to others that we encountered having trouble enroute. He had an eye like an eagle, spotting animals of interest so far away, that we would otherwise miss. He also was so knowledgeable identifying not only animals, but also plants and birds. My interest was to see a black rhino, which we did along with leopards, cheetah, lots of lions, migrating wildebeest and zebras in their thousands, elephants so close by, giraffes etc.Our tour started from Arusha visiting Lake Maniyra, Ngorongoro crater, Ndutu and completing in Central Serengeti. Then we flew to Zanzibar. The hotels recommended by Zainab at each location including in Arusha, were all to high standard that we were looking for. Thank you Easy Travel/Zainab/Ombani. 🙏🏼 it was a pleasure doing our customised safari in Tanzania with you and thank you Zainab for our 40th Anniversary cake at the briefing. I will not hesitate to recommend all three to others wishing to do a safari in Tanzania.

Fabulous We did a custom made safari with Easy Travel, to Arusha NP, Lake Manyara NP, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. Everything was great. Masuma was helpful and responsive and even sent us information on Zanzibar (which we organised ourselves). Our guide, Nico, was fabulous - experienced, very knowledgeable, caring, accommodating and good company. It makes a real difference having a guide who knows the parks so well. We saw amazing landscapes and more animals than we could’ve hoped for - as well as all the classic animals and the big 5 we saw cheetahs, beautiful birds and more. Thank you Nico and Easy Travel for an amazing holiday.

Amazing Safari Adventure My partner, my mother, and I are halfway through a private tour of Tanzania (safari + Zanzibar). The safari component was 5 days, split between Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We stayed at two great Tortilis camps and the lovely Mbali Mbali Soroi Tented Lodge. The planning process with Masuma at Easy Travel was very smooth. Her guidance and expertise were invaluable. But we really lucked out when we met our guide, Herry. He has made all the difference to our time in Tanzania. Herry is so knowledgeable, warm, funny, and patient. He took extra care with my Mom, who’s in her early 80s. He catered to our quirks (e.g. a love of dead trees) and taught us so much about the culture, animals, trees, birds and insects of Tanzania. What a fabulous ambassador for the country, and for Easy Travel. Herry’s also an amazing driver — through rain, sun, mud and mist. We felt completely safe in his care, and the van was well-equipped with electrical outlets, wifi and drinks. Next, we fly to Zanzibar to spend a few days at Nungwi Beach, followed by a few days in Stone Town. Can’t wait — we just wish Herry was coming with us!

When we arrived on the airport of kilimanjaro we picked up bij our driver Abisai.Abisai is a great guy with a great hart of the nature and culture and he makes that we go traveling like one team all the days. nothing is to much to make it as a dream came true. Also the communication was perfect with matoke tours in combination with easy travel. Hands Down - Best & Trustworthy Company for Tanzanian Safari / Zanzibar . Highly Recommended to all Safari trip Comfort level:- Luxury+ This was our first trip to Africa and our first experience with African safari, we didn’t know where to start / how to go about the booking. Thank God we found Easy Tours and Travel to plan/organise our itinerary. As soon as we sent a request asking for their assistance, we got a prompt reply from Masuma giving us the trip options / explaining the details etc. Masuma was extremely patient/professional in answering all our questions. As this was the first time we were going on a trip organised by a tour operator, we were a little apprehensive about the whole experience but just in a couple of email exchanges/calls with Masuma we knew we were in the right & safe hands. The quick turn around clear replies from Mausma to our queries helped us make the decision regarding our plan/itinerary. Any customisation requests in the itinerary/room types were diligently handled by Masuma. She went that extra mile and ensured that we got the rooms of our choice in all the accommodations throughout the trip. The accommodation recommendations were all of high quality be it food/accommodation/service. The accommodations (different from each other) exceeded expectations and everywhere we appreciate the staff’s politeness. Masuma kept us informed regarding any new documents required for the trip and we highly appreciate that. She kept checking up on us throughout the trip and ensured our trip went smoothly. Easy Tours & travel as a company was extremely honest/transparent in financial dealings, invoice was released immediately for any payment made. We really appreciate that. Masuma ensured that our dietary requirements were taken care of throughout the trip and all the accommodations (6 in total) were informed in advance. As soon as we landed in Tanzania, Our Safari guide Calvin was waiting for us with a smile on his face and our name on the placard. He took us to their office in Arusha and we were briefed about the trip itinerary/safety measures etc. During the Safari trip, Calvin was perfect guide /careful/precise and punctual; I really appreciate his services and attention. Calvin is very knowledgeable/professional/polite/kind/funny/ helpful /patient and answered all our questions, he ensured we were safe throughout our safari trip Calvin was more of a friend than a guide to us on the trip. His animal-spotting skills are second to none, he ensured we saw all the big five / rare black rhinos / Cheetahs and many more He went that extra mile to make sure we witnessed THE GREAT MIGRATION, we are extremely thankful for that. All in all, it was a most memorable once-in-a-lifetime trip made even more special by Calvin / Masuma. In Zanzibar as well, we had transportation arranged for all our accommodation and it was handled by a very professional/friendly Chaufer Sulieman. As we were on our Anniversary trip, very sweet surprises were arranged by Masuma in all our accommodations. This made our trip even more memorable/joyful and made us feel very special. We are really glad, extremely happy and satisfied that we chose Easy tours and travels. They EXCEEDED our Expectations.

Easy indeed! The company name says it all: it was Easy! From the moment that I reached out to the company, about 3 months before our trip, the experience was all positive. Zainab is the gentleman that I had the pleasure of dealing with. He provided us with different options for the custom package on Zanzibar, and gave us plenty of time to decide. He was always very responsive, and never aggressive in selling any itinerary to us. After a couple of changes to the original itinerary, which Zainab patiently handled for us, we paid for the trip. He continued to respond to my inquiries very promptly after that. From the moment that we were met at the airport, to the time that we were dropped off, everything went seamlessly. We really liked the driver that picked us up, Zainab (who was still in contact with us on the ground) was able to make arrangements to assign him for all of our transportation needs. The lodgings (beachfront and Stone Town) exceeded our expectations, and the tours were great. It was a very enjoyable trip. It helped that the locals were all so friendly and pleasant too. The entire process was EASY.

9 Day Custom Serengeti Migration Safari and Zanzibar We picked Easy Travel following a strong recommendation from friends of ours and what a recommendation that turned out to be. From our first contact with Easy Travel, Voice our dedicated point of contact was tremendous working to help us customise our tour to suit. She was always available for help and tips to aid our planning whilst in the background putting everything in place to ensure a faultless Safari and Zanzibar break. Our guide Musa was a star! An excellent and considerate driver (essential on Safari), as a guide his passion and love for the five parks we visited and its animals shone through. Combining this with his knowledge of the area resulted in us seeing more sights and animals than we could have dreamed of including a tremendous view of the migration across the Mara river. His friendly approach made the long drives a pleasure. We stayed in a mix of lodges and camps, but it was the amazing friendly atmospheres in the camps that we will remember especially on the night of my wife’s birthday where all the staff made an evening for her to remember! In all the holiday has exceeded all expectations and we have very high standard, so that is great testament to Easy Travel, Voice and Musa.

9 Day Custom Serengeti Migration Safari & Zanzibar Easy Travel as a company was highly recommended to me by friends. I cannot fault their service from start to finish. Communication with the company prior to the trip was always answered promptly, Voice was our coordinator and she was a star. My husband and I picked a tailor made trip which included 3 nights in Arusha at Arusha Serena Lodge, it was beneficial in adjusting to the climate and resting from travel. We were taken to meet Voice in person at the head office where we had a warm welcome and went through our itinerary. It was great to meet Voice in person! Our guide-driver Musa was fantastic, thanks to his expertise we saw so many animals, far more than we dared to hope. He was kind, considerate and anticipated our needs from the moment our 9 day/5 national park safari began. We picked a mixture of comfort and comfort plus accommodation but to my surprise I enjoyed the amazing atmosphere in the camps more! Everyone we met along the way was friendly and welcoming and attentive to our needs. Our trip exceeded expectations in every way. I highly recommend Easy Travel and Tanzania as a Safari destination.

Kilimanjaro, 7-day safari and Zanzibar My moms dream was always to climb the Kilimanjaro. We had a perfect climb, good weather and it was super well arranged. With our always positive and capable Kilimanjaro guides Yusto and Daudi and their incredible camp crew and porters we managed all three to reach the top and come down safely! They arranged that my dad could pick us up from the bottom of the mountain and our 7 day safari with Iddy started. All in all it was amazing, Iddy was a safe driver, a good guide and learned us a lot about the animals and their behaviour. Iddy was always patient and even waited for a whole day, for our wish to see the wildebeest cross the rivers. I would recommend to use Matoke tours/easytravel!

An amazing unforgetable trip through exciting Tanzania. See the big 5 and enjoy the prestine experience of Zanzibar. We had a great trip. Loved every moment of every day. The driver /guide was excellent, he knew all the birds, animals and plants. Hè was very experienced with the route and the roads. His communication skills with not only us but with the other drivers in finding animals was truely wonderful. The accomidations were clean and safe a great experience. The planning was spotless, like clockwork. The last days in Sanzibar were just what we needed after the safari portion. It was a paradise that was just like he rest of the trip, beautiful, clean and well planned. The food during our whole trip was also as the rest of the trip, wonderful and delicious.

Unforgettable Family Safari Experience !!! With two young kids, we were a big t hesitant about going on a safari. But those fears quickly disappeared once we started speaking with Hellen from Easy Travels. She handled everything from booking to answering our endless questions with patience, making the entire process seamless and worry-free.This trip, which covered the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Zanzibar, was by far one of the best we’ve ever taken. It was filled with unforgettable moments, starting with the warm welcome from Dickson in Arusha. A special shoutout goes to Ombani, our guide in Serengeti and Ngorongoro, who is hands down the best guide we've ever met. His incredible knowledge about wildlife captivated both us and our kids. In fact, our children came home with a newfound "Rafiki" and a few Swahili phrases, along with memories of the joyful "Jambo Bwana" song. For families looking for a safe, friendly, and truly memorable safari experience, Easy Travels is the way to go. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Stress-Free Safari Adventure – A Perfect Choice for Families Planning a family trip with kids can be challenging, especially when it involves a safari. However, our experience with Easy Travels was smooth from start to finish. Hellen and her team took care of every detail, making sure we were comfortable and well-prepared for the journey. From the moment we were picked up in Arusha, we knew we were in good hands. Serengeti and Ngorongoro were beyond breathtaking, and our guide, Ombani, brought the wildlife to life with his deep knowledge and enthusiasm. He not only made the trip enjoyable but turned it into an educational experience for the whole family. Our kids were so engaged, and it was heartwarming to see them pick up local phrases and songs.Zanzibar was the perfect way to wrap up the trip. Relaxing on the beaches after days of exploring the wild was exactly what we needed. Easy Travels ensured every moment was memorable without us having to worry about a single thing. Amazing week long safari adventure with Easy Travel & Tours Ltd As this would be our first trip to Tanzania from Malaysia, we carried out an extensive research on the various local companies offering safari tours and finally decided on Easy Travel & Tours due to great reviews and ease of communication. Voice handled all my queries in an effficient and timely manner, and was patient in answering all my questions. We travelled in a group of 9 friends and 2 cars were allocated to us. From start to the end, everything was arranged seamlessly. Our guides were Gerald and Harry - and they were fantastic! I went in Gerald's car and I couldn't have asked for a better guide. He was very patient, an extremely safe driver and a very knowledgeable guide - I enjoyed learning about the different animals, plants and about his beautiful country. Thanks to our guides, we were able to catch the great migration in Northen Serengeti. We also had many sightings of animals which were fantastic. The accommodations arranged for us were top notch. Towards the end of our trip, we were notified that our onward flight to Zanzibar was cancelled but Voice managed to help us sort our issues out. It was a perfect trip and I highly recommend this company without any doubt. Do ask for Gerald as your guide as he was amazing! Five stars 🌟

An extraordinary experience We had the opportunity to experience a seven-day safari with our tour guide Daniel from 18.08. to 24.08.2024.Stations included Tarangire National Park, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park. Everything from the organization to the lodges was well organized. The lodges were fabulous and the atmosphere within our group was excellent.Eagle-eyed Daniel spotted the animals long before we saw them and had sufficient explanation at hand for everything; a good driver and very concerned for the welfare of the group - the best guide you could wish for.Until 01.09.2024 we spent our time in Zanzibar (Stonetown and Fumba Beach Lodge). A nice spot to relax and reflect.

Best ever holiday! We have returned from an unforgettable 13-day holiday arranged by Julieth at Easy Travel. We had chosen Easy Travel from Tripadvisor reviews and our experience surpassed all expectations. The trip organised by Easy Travel was superb! We would award a 6 if possible! We do not often submit reviews on this site but felt that we had to acknowledge the quality of this operator. We did a 6-night family safari followed by 6 nights in Zanzibar. It was the most amazing and wonderful holiday. Easy Travel are an exceptional tour operator. Godwin was our safari guide and driver and he was fantastic and deserves a special mention - we wholeheartedly recommend him as a first-rate guide – he has excellent knowledge, incredible driving skills, a super ability to find animals and then discuss so many aspects about their habitats, features and behaviour. Some highlights – we saw all the big five including 7 leopard sighting, 3 black rhinos (albeit through binoculars), mating lions, a lioness stealing a cheetah’s kill having had her two cubs chase off many vultures who were also eating the carcass, and an abandoned attempt by a lioness to stalk a wildebeest (we watched her at a distance through binoculars with bated breath). Godwin was also incredibly personable and a pleasure to spend time with and get to know. Zeinab was our contact at the office during our stay and gave a comprehensive briefing, which included a delightful birthday cake as the trip was to celebrate my 50th birthday (thank you - that was so kind), and met us at the airport before we left for Zanzibar. We worked with Julieth to create a bespoke tour that suited our needs as we were travelling as a family with 2 children (aged 11 and 15 years). We wanted comfort but also the chance to stay in tents under canvass. We spent a night in Arusha at the Gran Melia hotel (this gave us a chance to recover from the flight and I would recommend doing this), then started the safari the following day. We were driven in a super vehicle (no issues at all with the Toyota Land Cruiser (unlike many other groups who we saw having mechanical problems) and really comfortable, with drinks kept cool in the fridge, 2 pairs of good binoculars, and cleaned immaculately every evening despite the dust). We visited Manyara (1 night staying at Acacia Farm Lodge in Karatu), then Serengeti (2 wonderful nights at the fabulous Tortilis Camp), then onto the Ngorongoro Crater (amazing 1 night stay at the Lions Paw - stay in a lodge inside the crater rim if you can as it is so much quicker to get to the crater floor when you do the game drive in the morning - it took 15 minutes from the lodge to the crater floor and it felt as if we were the only vehicle in there for hours!), and finally the last night at Treetops in Tarangire (my husband's favourite lodge! - I'm torn between Treetops, Lions Paw and Tortilis Camp although I will never forget watching the buffalo and leopards at the watering hole at Treetops as we ate dinner under the stars!). Zanzibar was a fabulous relaxing break after the early mornings of the safari – you have to get up early (breakfast 5-5:30 every day and out by 6-6:30 (although our girls made us a few minutes late most days and we were regularly apologising to Godwin for keeping him waiting, although he was so patient!)). There was an issue with our room allocation at the Tui Blue Bahari but following a message to Easy Travel this was resolved promptly and effectively by Hellen who even contacted us out of hours to help address this – Thank you. This was an amazing holiday (in my opinion the best we’ve had) and we are grateful to Easy Travel for the fantastic service they provided.

The best safari experience - thanks to Aniny from EasyTravel We visited Tanzania for the first time with our daughter and made a very nice safari tour with our guide and driver Aniny. From day one Aniny took care of everything and he really did his best to offer us the best African experience. Aniny has a very friendly and positive personality and was willing to teach our daughter some Swahili words and sentences. Their interaction was very nice to see for us. We loved the game drives with Aniny and his knowledge of the animals and their behaviour, the accommodations (where we found out that Aniny is also a good singer and dancer!!!!!) the walking safari’s, the canoe trip and the hot air balloon safari. We wish everybody a guide and driver as Aniny! For us he was really the best and he made our trip! Thank you also to Ruky from EasyTravel as she supported us very well on a trip on Zanzibar when we finished the safari adventure.

Amazing Northern Circuit Safari. Easy Travel is the best! We did the 9 day safari starting in Arusha, Lake Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Olduvai Gorge, Central Serengeti, Northern Serengeti, Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Zanzibar (still to follow). My contact was Masuma who was amazing to deal with. She answered all my questions, changed itinerary to suit us and followed up constantly. Our driver and guide was Musa. I cannot say enough about his service to us. Musa made sure we saw all the game , was polite and friendly, drove superbly and very safely and helped in whatever way was needed. He cleaned the car daily, stocked the cooler box with drinks and water and briefed us daily for our schedule the following day.The accommodations we had chosen were the Tortilis Camps which were fabulous. Food was excellent as were the staff , the tents etc.We spent two nights at Nyikani migration camp. I was not as impressed with this camp as with the Tortilis- the lunch boxes provided were not great and apart from Jackson who gave us great service, staff were not as friendly. We leave for Zanzibar tomorrow to stay three days at Diamonds Mapenzi and will review after.I will definitely use Easy Travel to book my future safaris.Thank you Masuma and Musa fir making this such a memorable experience.

Fantastic guides! We had a fantastic 18-day trip (5 days on Zanzibar) with my children, followers and parents (aged). Seen a lot and made a lot of impressions. Especially the crossing of the Wildebeests at the Mara river was a real highlight. The lodges were great. Downside is that we had to sit in the car a lot, on bumpy roads, which is not so nice for people of age. Our guides/drivers Eric and Lameck were fantastic. They knew a lot, were fun, taught us songs and were very caring which was especially nice for my mother. Really a Top trip!

Easy Travel - Amazing Tanzania Zen Safari Adventures with Cool Hand Luke! Over 250 safari companies - I recommend using "Easy Travel" for your safari because they are professionals at organizing and guiding you on an unbelievable safari. I had a very challenging safari itinerary to schedule -> see below. I contacted five different safari companies. Voice from Easy Travel is very professional at organizing package and/or custom safaris. I showed Voice my ideal itinerary and she worked with me within a day to perfect it while the other four safari companies took days. Voice would always call me to collect necessary information and provide me details on preparing for the safari from recommend clothes, medicine, visas, passports, etc. Where I would have to call back the other safari companies. Voice was on top of every planning detail and very organized. Voice arranged for my wife and I to stay at the best tented camps given our budget. Every place we stayed was like a safari boutique tented camp. The staff are amazing at each tented camp site, super clean, amazing views, in-door/out-door showers, excellent food, and 24/7 security to make sure you are safe walking around the camp site. It was my wedding anniversary, Voice arranged a special private dinner at each camp site with live singing and dancing. Voice took care of everything in planning my safari from right when we landed to make sure we caught our flight to Zanzibar. During our safari, we had the best safari guide Milia! Very professional and well respected amongst the other drivers (everyone knows him) and tented camp staff. Milia was extremely patient with us! Whenever we wanted to pull over/stop to view something and/or take a picture he would do so. Milia was very knowledgeable of all the plants, animals (you name it), local people, and culture. The food we had on our trip was great! We always had plenty of drinks. When we arrived at the tented camps, they rolled out the red carpet for us because of Milia/Voice. Milia is the "Cool Hand Luke" safari guide. We had to sometimes drive 5-7 hours from camp site to another – always made sure we saw the wildlife and got there safely. Sometimes after dark and/or early morning. He was very professional, safe, and respectful with everyone! Milia was always on-time waiting on us. He always took preventive maintenance measures on our tour vehicle. We would drive through dust and muddy roads. The next day, the vehicle was spotless from the inside-to-the-outside. I don’t know how he did it – in the middle of no where. He helped people in distress. E.g., a tour truck flip over on its side - he helped tow/flipped up right. Milia positioned us gracefully amongst the other tour vehicles - to make sure we had the best views of the animals. He would explain everything to us. Patiently answer all of our questions. Believe me, my wife asks a lot of questions Milia made sure Voice's safari for us worked liked a Swiss watch! Milia made sure our guides to climb Oldoinyo Lengai and Kilimanjaro briefed us on the climbs, where on-time, very in-shape, and very professional during our climbs and had our safety as top priority. The same with our hot air balloon ride. His instincts enable us to see the mass migration of wilder beast!!! We got to see all the Big 5 Animals!!!I cannot say enough about Easy Travel – they made my dream safari trip become a reality without a glitch, the best tented camp sites, at the best price! They are a very organized and professional safari company. Many takes to a dream safari come true!8-Jul-24 DAR to Arusha Airport | Our flight leaves DAR at 6:50 am and arrives to Arusha at 9am.8-Jul-24 Arusha Airport to Tarangire National Park | Game drive in Tarangire National Park9-Jul-24 Tarangire to Serengeti National Park | Game drive in Central Serengeti10-Jul-24 Central to North Serengeti | Game drive in North Serengeti | watch the wilder beast migration11-Jul-24 North to Central Serengeti | Morning Hot Air Balloon Ride | Game drive in North Serengeti / Afternoon Game drive in Central Serengeti12-Jul-24 Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro | Game drive in Central Serengeti13-Jul-24 Ngorongoro Crater then transfer to Lake Natron | Game drive in Ngorongoro Crater + midnight Oldoinyo Lengai Hike14-Jul-24 Lake Natron drive to Arusha city | Lakeside walk + waterfall walk then transfer to Arusha city 15-Jul-24 Arusha to Kili for Day hike then transfer to Kilimanjaro International airport | Kili for Day hike + shower at Airport Planet Lodge

Would love to be back soon The safari we've been on was great! We went to the Amini Maasai lodge (highly recommended), Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the krater, Serengeti and Zanzibar. Matoke took great care of us and picked out some amazing lodges and camps to stay at. If you book with Matoke you'll definitely be in good hands. And if you get the chance, ask for Gerald as your safari guide. He has a ton of experience (with both driving and guiding) and is a great storyteller!

Experience of a Lifetime My husband and I visited Tanzania Feb 8th. We booked a two day Safari to Tangernia Park and the Ngornogorno Crater. So worth it. Hella expensive but worth it. You reallynees the full five days to cover more ground, but we sis something quick before spending time in Zanzibar. The company arranged for our transportation the whole time together. So transfer to airport and to the hotels. They booked both hotels for us as well.We were picked up by our travel guide in a big LandCruiser, fit for a safari. Roomy, clean, and enough space. He has a cold refrigerator in the back that kept bever so cold. Very needed. Our guide was Evarest Mboya. Just the sweetest guy and very accommodating. He was always on time. He was very knowledgeable and made sure he asked about your preferences when driving and watching the animals. He would point them out, stop and allow videos even ask us if we wanted to watch for longer periods of time. Our first day, Evarest promptly picked us up to head to the office for a briefing. Diana and her colleague provided a very thorough briefing. They took their time to explain what we were doing for the next couple days and what we should expect and things to avoid. They even had a surprise birthday cake and dressed my husband and I in their garments. These were gifts for my birthday. So very thoughtful and kind gesture. Our two days went so smoothly, I was very happy about that, especially because we planned this trip within two weeks of going. I am a planner so to have these days laid out for me AND it goes smoothly, was 10/10 for me.Even our next day our flight got delayed. My husband contacted Diana and she contacted Evarest to push our start time back. It was so smooth. He also took us to a village, fee to enter, but great wait to support the Maasai Village.Great company, great guides, will definitely recommend. Ask for Evarest! He is the BEST.I hope my pictures upload after I post this review.

We felt looked after from begining to end Our adventure to Tanzania had been several years in the planning due to COVID and our agent Amina was creative, listened to what our family would like and was patient when we changed our minds late in the day.She had planned an action packed week of Safari for us before ending the holiday in Zanzibar. It started as soon as we touched down, when Mr Maraki (Gilbert) picked us up from the airport and sped us straight to Arusha National Park, with a Game Drive, canoeing and a walking safarii before checking us in to a lovely hotel in Arusha called Rivertrees. All this was on Day One! We held off the briefing at the office until the next day. What a great start. The following few days had the wondeful Mr Maraki drive us around another 4 locations in as many days: Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro, Ndutu and finally the iconic Serengeti. We felt looked after all the while, with Gilbert checking us into our hotels and making sure we were happyGilbert drove well for long hours on what are incredibly difficult tracks while scanning the horizon for wildlife. His spotting ability matched his driving skills and his knowledge of the animals and birds is extensive. After seeing most of the animals you'd want to see in the first couple of days, he listened to the radio and spoke with other drivers to try and find the elusive leopard as soon as we entered the Serengeti. There was whisper of a sighting and Gilbert pointed the car in the right direction and put his foot down. After and hour or so, we were in close quarters with the amazing creature.Easytravel's Mr Maraki went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. He is also a charming man and great company. Thanks so much!

I arrived before the rest of the family and the driver Abisai who was allotted to us for the entire trip was there to receive me. The drive to the Serena Lodge was an hour. Abi briefed me all the way on the history, geography, culture of this beautiful country Tanzania. All the hotels were fabulous. Each hotel packed lunches with us. The driver Abi’s knowledge of all the animals and birds was amazing. He made sure we saw all the animals. He went above and beyond to do that and became like a family member. At the end of the trip we went back to their office and Hellen was there to welcome us back with coffee and tea. The owner of Easy Travel, Musaddiq, also came to meet us. Suddenly in the middle of all this our daughter realized she could not find her passport. Hellen immediately called the previous hotel and the airport too. She told the airline that she lost her passport and confirmed that we would still be able to travel to Zanzibar. She told us that as soon as they would find it they would send it to us at our hotel in. The hotel found it and Hellen sent an image of the envelope which had her passport and told her she would get it that same evening. They refused to charge us anything for the service provided! Incredible!

Game drive to Ngorongoro and Serengeti. As part of our 25 days adventure through Tanzania-Zanzibar, we’ve had an incredibly beautiful journey over the past 10 days, exploring the highlights of Northern Tanzania. With Adrian as our experienced driver and engaging host, he guided us with an appreciation for the stunning nature, a safe driving style, and care for his vehicle through the ever-changing landscapes of Ngorongoro and Serengeti. We couldn’t have wished for anything better. Of course, Adrian took us to see the usual Big Five, and we also encountered the Ugly Five. But beyond all this beauty, he also pointed out the other aspects of nature. Thank you for that! Take a look at the photos to share in our adventure.

An eventful time in Tanzania A big thank you goes to Voice, who put our trip together with a lot of perseverance until it was perfect for us.The two of us went on safari for 11 days with our very competent and friendly guide Paulo, who accompanied us from the first to the last day and knew all the animals and plants, no matter how big or small.Even after a long day, he spared no effort to fulfill our last wish. Paulo spoke very good German, English and Swahili. He welcomed us from the beginning and did everything to make our trip unforgettable and simply perfect. The visits to Lake Natron, Lake Manyara NP, the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater and the Tarangire NP were overwhelming and fascinating.Afterwards we spent 6 days on Zanzibar to relax and unwind a bit, and here too everything went smoothly.

Best Time of Our Lives! Never in a million years thought I would be standing 40 yards from lions feasting in the wild. If you ever thought for a second that you might like to go on Safari, I highly recommend it, ask for Claus, he was the best guide and took very good care of us. My 15-year-old son and I did a 2-week trip. One week in Tanzania on Safari & visiting Tribes (+ much more) and 1 week in Zanzibar doing ALL the things + relaxing by the pool. Easy Travel did an amazing job filling our schedules and really making the most of our time that we had there. It was a once in a lifetime trip and I appreciate all the planning they did to make our vacation unforgettable. All the staff at the camps and hotels were amazing as well. Not one thing to complain about...well maybe...I don't really miss the "Free African Massages". LOL. For those who don't know, that's how they refer to the bumpy roads in the Bush. But those who know, KNOW. :)

Memory for life - experience, professionalism, friendliness and joy! Just finishing up a - once in a life time - experience, travelling in Tanzania. We started of with a three days safari in the Ngorongoro conservation park, including a days climb up Mt Makarot. We continued to Kilimanjaro ascending up to Uhuru peak (5895m) via the Lemosho 8 day route followed by 4 days at Zanzibar. All in all we spent 18 days in Tanzania arranged and planned by Easy Travel. All arrangements from airport transfers, Arusha Planet Lodge, safari @Tortilis camp and our amazing guide Adrian to the Kilimanjaro experience and beach has been incredible. After a day of rest we met our safari guide - Adrian, who took us the 3h drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation park. Adrian was a very competent driver as well as safariguide. The car was clean, comfortable, and spacious. All the check points approching the crater was very smooth - we met other companies and drivers who experienced problems but we didn’t have any issues. Adrian spotted all the of the big five (except cheeta) for us and was very accomodating for whatever we wanted. @tortilis camp the staff brought us plenty of healthy and tasty food, the glamping tents had everything you could wish for and more, including a hot water bottle placed in your bed bf bedtime. The staff was very attentive, helpful and fun. The Kilimanjaro team led by Musa and Charlie immediately became family and we trusted them completely. We were treated like Queens from day 1, with whatever need we had. During the hike the pace was set to suit our needs. Every day when we got back from the hike, camp was set up in the best spot with our duffle bags already in our tents. Our boots was then cleaned and we got hot water to clean ourselves followed by lots and lots of energy filled and tasty food. The portable toilet we had chosen to pay extra for had been set up and was always kept clean with toilet paper, soap and most of the days hot water to wash hands. The tents were the best we saw at camp and always cleaned before we arrived. In the evening we got briefed by Musa and Charlie about next day incl. Instructions on how to dress, drink and eat. They also checked our all over wellbeing incl. pulse and the saturation of oxygen. Musa and Charlie also coached us mentally and we had a lot of laughs with them, which took away a lot of stress for the peak ascent. The team of porters and guides went above and beyond my expectation every day but escpecially on the long peak ascent. During the 6h hike in the dark cold, they made jokes, sang and danced for hours. They kept track so that we drank and ate enough and always ensured we had a smile on our face (If you smile at Kilimanjaro she will smile back at you). All this we later understood was key factors for us having a successful summit. All 4 of us (female age 49-57) reached the peak happy, healthy and strong with energy left to be able to make the descent in the same day (another 3,5+3h).Without the competence, attentiveness, organization, experience, and warm hearts of Musa, Charlie and rest of their crew we might not have made it. They will all always be in my heart. I also would like to highlight the skill and competence of Helen at Easy Travel making the entire 18 days of our Tanzanian trip smooth easy and joyful. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH! I am so greatful to all of you for allowing me to have this incredible experience.

An unforgettable experience! To celebrate our parents 40's year wedding anniversary we, a family of 5, booked a private tour with Matoke (partner of Easy Travel) to explore the many beautiful locations Tanzania has to offer. From the early arrival until the departure, the whole trip has been a blast! In my experience the people of Tanzania are all very happy & welcoming and make sure you feel at home at all times which is also a character trait we experienced from our professional tour guide, Aniny. Thanks to his preparation, experience and knowledge of the country and all it has to offer, we were able to enjoy our time to the fullest. He was well aware of our itinerary, took the time to reflect and align on the day-to-day plans and safely & comfortably (yes, even during the sometimes challenging road conditions) drove us around between our destinations and during our game drives all this while sharing a wealth of information about the local culture, environment and wildlife.Furthermore, all the arrangements were made in alignment with the agreed plans, any potential changes were clearly communicated and discussed upfront and to top it all off they even threw in a surprise - a boat trip during sunset in Zanzibar - to celebrate our parent's anniversary!Big thanks to Matoke, Easy Travel and in particular Ilse (from Matoke Netherlands who supported in arranging the tirp) and Aniny (our tour guide during the trip) for making this an unforgettable experience!

8 Day Tailored Safari and Zanzibar Easy Travel provided us with an extraordinary safari trip and Zanzibar getaway.Gilbert, our driver and guide throughout the journey, truly elevated our travel experience. His extensive knowledge about the destinations we visited and the local wildlife enriched our adventure in ways we couldn't have anticipated. Gilbert consistently went above and beyond to ensure our safety, comfort, and overall enjoyment at every step of the journey. His exceptional driving skills instilled a sense of safety and security throughout our safari. The safari itself was an absolute highlight of my trip. We had the privilege of witnessing a wide variety of animals, and Gilbert's expert guidance ensured that we didn't miss any of the incredible sights of the African wilderness. The opportunity to observe these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat was a dream come true, and I owe this unforgettable experience to Easy Travel and, of course, Gilbert. I wholeheartedly recommend Easy Travel, especially if you have the privilege of having Gilbert as your driver and guide. They provided me with an adventure that I will cherish for a lifetime.

Simon The Great! My wife and I just returned from a one week safari in Tanzania with Easy Travel. We did the Classic Safari which included Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and the south and central Serengeti. Quite simply, the trip was incredible in every respect! From the initial enquiries, to the logistics, the accomodations, the food, and the driver guide, it was all first rate. Our safari was part of a larger trip with Easy Travel that included a Kilimanjaro trek, and a relaxing stay in Zanzibar. Dealing with Lizbeth and Masuma at Easy Travel made the whole process smooth and painless. All my questions, of which there were many, were promptly and fully answered. This review will deal with the safari component only. The Kilimanjaro trek, the Zanzibar hotel, and the safari accomodations, will be dealt with in separate reviews. Ask anyone who has ever been on safari and they will quickly tell you that your experience will be directly correlated to the quality and experience of your guide/driver. Our driver/guide was Simon, and he was nothing short of amazing! For one, I swear he had the eyes of the bionic man. He could spot things with the naked eye that an eagle couldn’t spot, and which I had trouble spotting even with the aid of binoculars. There were so many instances where we would be driving when Simon would alert us to an animal, or group of animals, that would be hiding in a tree, bush, grass, or on a rock. I honestly don’t know how he could see these things. Any guide can pull up where there are already a group of vehicles, but it takes a special guide to spot the hidden animals. This is where Simon exceled. There were so many times where Simon would spot animals where no other safari vehicles were around and we would be the only ones at the site. Often times, it would be lions, leopards, and even the black rhino. Without his experience and super eye sight, our experience would have been far less enriching. Simon ensured we saw all of the big 5. In addition to his super human eyesight, Simon was also an encyclopedia of knowledge. It is one thing to see the animals, but to truly make your experience more rewarding, understanding and learning about the animals, their behaviour, predators and friends, eating habits, and lifespan takes it to the next level. Simon provided us with so much interesting information about each of the dozens of animal species we saw, that it truly made our experience invaluable. We had so many questions and Simon answered each and every one of them. There was nothing Simon did not know. We feel that we learned so much during our safari that it transformed our experience from simply a viewing experience to a truly educational experience, and my wife and I are truly appreciative for all of Simon’s information sharing.Simon was also a great driver. The roads in the national parks are less than ideal to put in mildly, but somehow he managed to avoid all the big potholes and bumps, making our ride as smooth and comfortable as possible. He ensured we always had adequate water or soft drinks, ensured we always had access to a clean bathroom, and would gladly stop whenever we wanted and for as long as we wanted. In the evenings he would suggest a schedule for the next day but always allowed us to have the final say. In addition, Simon was also a really nice and friendly person. After all, you spend the better part of a week with your guide, so it’s important to have a good rapport. All in all, booking our safari, and our entire adventure, with Easy Travel turned out to be a wise decision. Simon was an incredible guide who truly transformed our adventure into such an enriching experience. We thank him, and Easy Travel, immensely and would not even consider an alternative for future safaris.

Wow! What a trip! It's truly magical that there is a place on this earth where animals can be themselves, uncaged, in a land with minimal human intervention and urban development. I'm so glad that my husband decided to book with Easy Travel, the hotels (Arusha Planet Lodge, Kibo Palace, Z Hotel) and all of the Tortillis Camps we stayed at have all been beautiful with EXCELLENT customer service. Friendly faces greet you with face cloth and welcome drink at every check-in. And the little ways that they make you feel special, like Masuma (the agent we booked with) met us in our hotel with a cake, Kibo Palace hotel decorate our room with rose petals, Tortillis Camps with writings on our desserts. The glampings in the Tortillis Camp inside each national park were amazing, beautiful tent with king size bed, the endless view of the national park from the comfort of inside your tent, hot showers, plentiful delicious 3 course meals, check out the stars and the bush fire at night, the nature orchestra with birds and hyenas, giraffe passing by as you enjoy your breakfast... just to list a few! Now onto the most important part of our trip, our guide Simon!!! He is friendly, accommodating, with lots of Safari experience, an excellent driver, speaks very good English, very knowledgeable with animals, plants and insects AND he has super human eagle eyes that spots the animals (e.g. lioness hides in long golden grass) from miles away. I am often amazed at how he can shift gears, drive through clouds of dust, avoiding pot holes and spots animals from near or far simultaneously. We need to search with our binoculars but he can tell rather it is hyena, ostrich or black rhino when it is the size of a wild rice. I'm utterly speechless looking at the vast, endless landscape, we saw all big 5 and ugly 5 with Simon and learn about many other species! And so many cats, lionSSS, cheetahs and leopards!! We are so lucky to have Simon as our guide, we learn so much about African wildlife from him! Ending our trip with a few days in Z hotel in Zanzibar was a nice change, it rained every morning but we still get to relax by the pool/beach. Make sure you make a reservation at Sexy Fish and enjoy their seafood dinners, all the courses we had there had been delicious! Hakuna Matata! You cannot go wrong with Easy Travel, I hope your trip will be as amazing as ours, it has exceed our expectations in every aspects, enjoy every minute of it as it will fly by very quickly! If your budget allows, I highly recommend a private tour guide, you can maximize the precious time you have there.

8 Day Tailored Safari and Zanzibar Flawless in planning and execution. Easy Travel and their endearing planner, Voice Gerson, was able to plan the perfect safari and Zanzibar getaway for my partner and I. Even with multiple changes and delays due to Covid, Voice never shied away from ensuring we had the safari we longed and dreamed of seeing. This was only topped by our experienced guide and drive, Gilbert Mariki, who went above and beyond to ensure we were placed in the best possible positions while looking after our safety and comfort day in day out. A big thank you for the adventure of an lifetime. We are sure to return to this beautiful country and beautiful team.I would also like to urge others not to judge a company by factors that are out of their control, but by how they try, to the best of their abilities to meet all your needs. We were lucky to see the Big 5, countless animals and a hand full of river crossing during the dry season, which we are very grateful for. Animals, weather and nature will always be unpredictable. Take in the fact that you are in one of the most beautiful parts of the world full of awe and wonderment.

Amazing Safari Tour and Guide! East Travel was so amazing to work with. They customized a very extensive 4 day safari for my wife and I, and were incredibly accommodating in the planning process. They were fast and responsive in communication and even helped us when our departing flight to Zanzibar got delayed. The safari was amazing and our guide Louis was simply the best. He was very friendly, made us feel safe and truly was a personal encyclopedia on all things Tanzania. He has 30 years of experience guiding, used to be a park ranger in the Serengeti and everywhere we went people knew him and mentioned how lucky we were to have him. He always knew the best places to go and even managed to help us see the big 5 animals! Highly recommend Easy Travel and if you can, request Louis as a guide!

Great Kili, Safari and Zanzibar holiday We had a great time travelling with Easy Travel through Tanzania. Accommodations, pickups and everything was very well organized. First we climbed Mt Kilimanjaro through the 7-Day Machame Route. Our guide Kester and his team did everything they could to make everybody in the group comfortable and made us all reach the summit. We felt safe at all times and were impressed by all the efforts and kindness of the team. After Kili we did safaris in Tarangire NP and Lake Mayara NP. Our driver Lewis was very kind, helpful and experienced. He managed to show us dozens of great animals and we had amazing days in the park. Lewis took great care of us and had a good intuition of our interest and when to move on. We then travelled to Zanzibar and also this trip with pick-ups went smoothly. A special thanks to Kester and his team for making us summit Kilimanjaro (without their help we would not have made it), and Lewis. We highly recommend Easy Travel!

Amazing Tanzania trip with guide George We organised this tour via Matoke Tours (Netherlands) and they booked Easy Travel in Tanzania. It was an excellent holiday for my family (2 adults + 3 children of 10, 15 & 16 years). All the hotels, lodges and tents were very good. We wanted to go on Safari but also have some time to relax. Our itinerary included Arusha Kili Villa, Lake Manyara's Secret, Sanctuary Ngorongoro Crater, Kubu Kubu Tented lodge, Mara Under Canvas tent and finally Kisiwa on the Beach in Zanzibar. We didnot had to stress about the itinerary, paperwork or checkin. Our amazing guide George arranged everything. Our jeep was very comfortable. Our guide George was very very friendly. Very well trained and with lots of knowledge and experience. We had some great laughs with our guide! We would definitely recommend George to be your guide.

Trip of a lifetime. It’s impossible to put into words what our Safari was like, other than to say it was magical. Our entire trip booked by Easy Travel with Voice Gerson was absolutely amazing. Voice responded quickly to any questions we had while making decisions to book, and as questions came up after booking. There were 6 of us traveling and we chose to have 2 vehicles and our guides Louis and Ombeni, what can I say. There were both absolutely FANTASTIC. We all met as strangers, and became friends and we’ll continue to stay in touch with them. Their knowledge on where to look for animals was 100% spot on. They both pampered us and their primary concerns was our safety, making sure we saw all animals we wanted to see, and once we got to our various accommodations they wanted us to be happy. They even waited to see that we were boarding our flight to Zanzibar safely. The entire experience with Easy Travel was first class. Easy Travel can be proud of these 2 gentlemen. They are the best.

Salvatore, il Maestro! Easy Travel organized my very first safari (the 8 DAYS Migration PROGRAM + zanzibar BEACH HOLIDAY) and it was amazing. Not just the perfect organization of every details made by Masuma and Lizbeth (including the briefing and debriefing at the end of the safari which I really appreciated as it gave the chance to share the experience) but also the care and continuous assistance during the trip for everything we needed. But the icing on the cake was Salvatore who made our safari an incredible experience. He drove extramiles to make sure we got the chance to spot every animals present in Tanzania and we actually did it! Thanks to Salvatore - who knows the name of every single animals in at least three different languages (Italian, English and Swahili - IL Maestro) we were able to see lions hunting, cheetahs with their babies, leopard and also the super shy black rhino! Everything was perfect, we highly recommend Easy Travel and the amazing staff - including Hussain and Richard - who made this trip so special. ASANTE SANA!

Once In A Lifetime Experience Easy Travel was recommended to me by my cousin Salma Garde and I will be ever indebted to her. We had researched several travel agents but once we connected with Easy travel, we never looked back. Voice Gerson was our agent and she was extremely professional and accessible, happt to answer all our questions via WhatsApp, Videocall or emails. We made some very specific requests as we were traveling in a large group with a wide age range including my 84 year old mother and my two daughters. She sent us clear timely detailed itineraries with no hidden charges. Upon reaching Tanzania (we flew into Zanzibar then took another flight to Arusha) she greeted us with warm smiles bearing gifts and serving tea and snacks. We then took a 45 min flight to Kilimanjaro and there bean our wondrous game drives. Our driver Adrian Mkay Agustino stayed with us for the entire trip from Mara in North to Central Serengeti and then Ngorongoro crater back to Arusha. I cannot say enough about Adrian. He is absolutely amazing guide - his experience led us to find the every possible creature one can imagine - the big five, ugly five, big three and many many more. He knew exactly where the cheetahs were hiding or the lions lair or the leopard on a tree. He was able to lure the hippos into the water. We saw three migrations across the Mara river - where in one instance we caught a crocodile attack one unfortunate wildebeest. His experience and knowledge of the roads was evident as many drivers would stop to ask for directions. He is also kind and helpful - stopping to help change a flat tire for another driver. Overall, I would highly recommend Adrian, Voice and Easy Travel for a once in a lifetime experience.

An unforgettable experience and a true "customer focus." You can choose Easytravel with complete confidence! Five months ago, I contacted several agencies to organize a family safari. I was in touch with Helenn, who quickly offered me several options and always answered my questions promptly. My two sons wanted to climb Kilimanjaro via the Machame route before the safari. I also chose Easytravel for this climb. I absolutely do not regret my choice. Helenn made organizing this trip so easy (having an agency on-site is a real advantage). One of my sons' luggage was left in Amsterdam and therefore couldn't be delivered to Zanzibar when he landed on Sunday evening (and the climb was starting Tuesday morning). Helenn reassured me that Sunday evening, saying we would find a solution. On Monday morning, she offered to help me prepare lists from France so my son could buy underwear and then rent equipment upon his arrival in Arusha at 3:30 pm on Monday. His guide picked him up at the airport and accompanied him to choose his gear. My son was then able to leave on Tuesday morning and achieve his goal: reaching Uhuru Peak with his brother. As for the safari, there were four of us. We were accompanied by Maila Kanani, our French-speaking guide. It was truly fantastic: Maila speaks excellent French and gave us a wealth of information about the animals and Tanzania in general. He's a friendly, smiling guide, always attentive to our needs. We learned a great deal about the flora and fauna (I'm now an expert on cheetahs and leopards 😆). He drove safely and every evening he went to clean the 4x4. We really enjoyed his company. I highly recommend Maila. Our safari will remain unforgettable. Special thanks to Helenn and Maila for making this a wonderful trip!

Unique and memorable experience This was our first time visiting Tanzania. We were so glad we chose Easy Travel. We did a custom tailored 8 day safari and flight to Zanzibar. We started reaching out from the U.S. Helen and Lightness were very responsive to all our inquiries. They patiently answered all our questions. They also checked on us throughout our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. Ombeni was our safari guide. He was amazing...sincere, knowledgeable, and conscious about the animals and the national parks. He kept us informed and motivated throughout our trip. We had a checklist of animals and places we wanted to see and visit. He made sure we checked each one off the list. We drove multiple hours over the days. He made sure we were comfortable and checked on safety first. He drove diligently over bumps and rocks. He always checked the car and tires. You want a driver who is safe as we passed multiple cars broken down, in accidents, and even those who hit animals. He even stopped to help a broken down car whose driver was too new to fix his own car. Ombeni got him back on the road. He is very good with children. Sang songs with us to keep us entertained and taught us the Tanzanian welcome song. He checked into each location we stayed making sure we got the best rooms and discussed food restrictions. We are grateful for his experience and making this such a memorable trip for us.

Best Tour Company and Best Guide/Driver/Ombeni Our driver/guide, Ombeni, was the favorite part of our safari. No kidding. We spent 8 days with him. Firstly, our plan was customized and it was a modified tour, so I give kudos to Lightness for being so responsive and prompt with all communication. I must have asked her a 100 questions and she came back with quick and appropriate answers for all the questions. We customized a trip starting at Arusha, going to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Central Serengeti, Western Serengeti, and finally back to Central to take the flight to Zanzibar. Everything went like clockwork. The hotels were well selected, our food and room preferences were communicated in advance and they made sure our hotels were prepared. The Auric Air flight was booked direct to Zanzibar. Which brings me to our guide, Ombeni, He was brilliant. Most guides have knowledge and share it, but Ombeni went beyond that. He entertained and motivated us when we were getting tired. He made sure our drives were varied and interesting, so we don't end up on similar excursions. We saw the Big 5, the Ugly 5 and most of the Small 5. Additionally, caught the Migration in full flow, and a fantastic river-crossing at Grumeti with crocs and wilderbeast interaction. He knew where to go and when. He seemed to be well-received by all other drivers and hotel employees. We may give ourselves some credit for our planning and for getting lucky with some of it, but he made sure that we achieved every thing we planned. Execution is always what gets the best credit, so we couldn't have asked for better than Ombeni. Overall 'Easy Travel' is an easy choice and if we were to come back to Tanzania, we would not select any other and will insist on Ombeni.

Amazing and unforgettable We booked a 16-day trip to Tanzania including Zanzibar, Mt. Kilimanjaro climbing and safari. All in all, it was an amazing experience.Special thanks to my friends Kester and Musa and all the mountain crew who helped us to fulfill our dream of climbing the roof of Africa. During the 6-day Machame route, we were so grateful because our leader took care of us a lot, and also released our stress by sharing many interesting stories and experiences. Once again, asante sana!Besides, our safari guide Ombeni, a.k.a. king of Serengeti, also brought so much knowledge about the wildlife. He took us to sight all the big five and the great migration. Such an unforgettable memory!Thank Lizabeth for arranging everything so perfectly. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in visiting Tanzania, Easy Travel as the best travel agency 😀

A nice experience in Tanzania We booked a 16-day Tanzania trip including Zanzibar, Kilimanjaro climb and safari. The Kili guides Mrs Kester and Musha are professional, humorous and easygoing. The climb up to the summit was hard but they tactically made it a mission of fun and spectacles. Also the whole team provided a very comfortable environment which I can never imagine will be there on one of the highest mountains. For our safari, we went with Mr Ombeni who is funny, always oriented and resourceful. We collected all big 5's and had several very close up experiences with big cats. Blood and flesh were not missing as well. Mr Ombeni made this journey more memorable and wonderful. I would definitely recommend Easy Travel to all who wish to come to Tanzania.

Safari of a lifetime! We started our honeymoon with a safari before flying to Zanzibar and honestly, we wished we could have done more days in our beloved Toyota Landcruiser with our guide Omega. He was the perfect guide, driver and companion. He could spot the animals from miles away, and knew EVERYTHING. He was always in for a joke, and made sure we could the best experience in Tanzania. Thanks again to Omega and the team at Easy Travel!

Safari with Gilbert 8 days of safari, 4 national parks and one excellent guide/driver (Gilbert). Impressed by the big five, we were even more impressed by the massive herds of wildebeast and zebras migrating north in the Serengeti. Close encounters with predators (lions, family of lions in trees, cheetah with cubs and finally an angry leopard) resulted in good memories. All due to the great observation ability of Gilbert, who could see tails hanging from trees or just above the knee-high grass from a large distance. Or observing vultures or using his friends in the park for the best places to go.Long full days (at our request) and not afraid to go the extra mile.Thank you, Gilbert, for making this a wonderful trip.A prior private visit to Haydom and a final stay at Zanzibar concluded this family holiday. We will be back...

Great Tanzania Vacation! Hello-We went on a 10 day tour in Tanzania, including several days of safari in differnt national parks, as well as going to Zanzibar. There were many highlights, including a hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti, going on a hunt with a Tasmanian bush tribe, visiting the Masaai people in a village , an open air dinner at night in the Serengeti (with armed forest rangers), swimming in the Indian Ocean, and many days of safari.Much is made of seeing the big five animals, but that was a goal accomplished early, and even repeated in a single morning with our group. The animals were plentiful and easy to see, all within a few feet (including lions-male and female, leopards, cheetahs). Even a female lion carry a cub around in her mouthThe only animals not seen within 10 feet were the rhinos, --we had to be satisfied with about a 100 foot view of the rhinos that were seen. Also the albino baboon was about a hundred feet away (other baboons were right on top of you). We got to about 30 feet from the crocodiles and hippos because they were in water. Of course we saw literally hundreds (maybe thousands) of zebras, wildebeast, cape buffalo, girafes, wart hogs, baboons, etc., Including long (like a mile) lines of wiildebeast and zebras migrating to water, with hyenas stalking around . Nora from Easy Travel was always in contact with our group and continually made sure things went well. Our accomodations were very nice and could be considered luxurious, while still maintaining the atmosphere of being in Africa out of the western world. We were in a luxury tent (every couple had an individual multi room "tent" with hot water, a stone two story unit with open air roof looking out on the Serengeti, units that looked a little like huts on the outside, but large and comfortable inside with Zebras and other wild animals coming in and out of the surrounding areas, and a luxury hotel by the Indian Ocean in Zanzibar. We were only each place we stayed one or two nights. Our group of 13 were taken care of by three wonderful Tanzanian guides--Gerald, Emilia, Adrian (sp?--sorry guys) who were well above and beyond what we expected, from spotting animals, knowledge of the area, animal behavior, local customs, and history of Tanzania. This is the first review I've done with Trip Advisor, but I thought Easy Travel deserved to be recognized for the great experience they provided. You may see other reviews by some of other 12 in my group (friends and relatives). I think Donna, John, and Mary left reviews about our October, 2022 trip.My wife and intend on going back to Africa, and I would surely use Easy Travel for any area they serve, but I believe they concentrate nearly completely on the Tanzania, Kilaminjaro, and Zanzibar.Mike

9-Day Safari Tanzania. Our 9-day safari trip, booked through Matoke but wonderfully guided on-site by Easy Travel, was unforgettable! Their briefing was very pleasant, and they were more than service-oriented. My request for vegetarian food was communicated perfectly at all locations. Forgotten items were reported immediately after departure and even delivered to Zanzibar. And then there's our driver/ranger, Evarest; we couldn't have had a better experience. He was knowledgeable, a good spotter, drove safely, and above all, a sweetheart with whom we had so many laughs.

Unforgettable safari in Tanzania with Mariki and relaxing in Zanzibar! What a fantastic trip we had, perfectly organized by Matoke (Ilse) and Easy Travel. Our expectations were more than met. We saw the Big 5 and so much more up close, even the rare pangolin and the caracal, thanks to our wonderful guide/driver, Mariki. The accommodations in the tented camps in the parks were absolutely fantastic, very clean, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was very friendly, and at the Tortillis camps, we were welcomed with dancing and singing. The packed lunches were also excellent. Despite being in the short rainy season, we weren't bothered by the rain, and it wasn't crowded, allowing us to get closer to the animals. The second part of the holiday was in Zanzibar, where we had excellent accommodations at the Baladin and then Zoi Boutique Hotels. The snorkeling and dolphin trip was a real success, as we were able to snorkel with 12 dolphins. By far one of the best holidays and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Tanzania - An Enhanting & Magical Experience!! We were a group of 4 adults on our first adventure safari trip to Tanzania. Easy Travels & Tours was a personal recommendation from a friend who travelled a year ago with them. And I must say Easy Travels exceeded our expectations, giving us beautiful memories of their land, people, flora and fauna. We travelled across Moshi, Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater & National Park and Central Serengeti National Park for 7 days. From drafting our itinerary to providing us with recommendations/options for stay, and travel time, Norah at their head office was exceptionally supportive. She was very responsive to our numerous questions (always available on WhatsApp!!), patiently went through them and assured us at every stage of our bookings. The process was seamless and easy to follow through, and all aspects of travel were taken care of. She is very knowledgeable and provided us with detailed information every step of the way. Norah went the extra mile to call our hotel in Moshi before our arrival and informed them to keep their kitchen open so we could have our dinner after a long flight into Kilimanjaro (as we were delayed at the airport on arrival)! All during our travels in Tanzania and finally in Zanzibar for the last 3 days of our trip, Norah kept in touch with and continually assisted us. Our travels began with Mariki (Gilbert) picking us up from the airport and travelling with us for seven days! He is an amazing tour guide with years of safari experience, trained and certified. He ensured our safety, well being and was always a step ahead of us, ensuring our travel each day was comfortable. Game drives were an exceptional experience for all of us, nothing we even remotely imagined it would be! A magical world and memorable encounters. He demonstrated Tanzanian people's kind hospitality and care for their tourists and local people, educating us during our drives. He gave us detailed information on birds and animals, their characteristics and their behaviour. He assisted us during our transfer across to Kenya at their land border as well! We enjoyed our time with him. Overall an enchanting and magical experience! Easy Travels & Tours is a one-stop organization for Tanzania's safari trips! Highly recommend them.

one of Life's unforgettable travel highlights....guaranteed!!! Folks, this incredible safari of 5 nights/6 days was beyond outstanding. Family and friends are fascinated watching my photos taken with my phone....can you image if I'd had a professional lens! We were within mere feet of some of the most beautiful wild animals on earth, driving in their space, excitedly clicking our cameras, or stopped and just in awe watching them. Our driver, Mariki, had eagle eyes, and when not sure if he saw something, had his ready binoculars up to his eyes to verify. Plus, he was often on his radio verifying animal locations with other guides or sharing information with us....he made this safari a dream come true for us!!! Lizbeth Gabriel was so patient answering questions for months from us as we planned our safari. She was so helpful and gave us each a Masai shuka like the tribesmen wear as a gift when we arrived Arusha. When we told her we definitely wanted to see a Mara River crossing, God willing, then she said we needed to head to the Northern Serengeti. She arranged hotels in Arusha for two nights before and one night after our safari with Mariki driving us to the Arusha airport and bidding us farewell as we flew to Zanzibar post safari. Thanks to Mariki, we saw multiple Mara migration crossings of the zebras & wildebeest....4 in one day....the stars were aligned that day as we also saw 4 out of the big 5 on the same day in the Northern Serengeti. Mariki has an incredible GPS in his brain.....amazing us constantly as there are no road signs for sure in the bush!! HIGHLY recommend you book an Easy Travel & Tours safari. Speak with Lizbeth, ask for Mariki....it will be one of Life's unforgettable travel highlights....guaranteed!!! Jim

Private safari tour, 4 Seniors, Northern & Central Serengeti, Ngorogoro Crater-5 nights We've traveled the world for over fifty years, but a once-in-a-lifetime safari trip had escaped us! All our global-traveling friends told us that an African safari rated #1 in their life's travels. We just returned from our memorable safari trip with another couple, and.......they were right........a safari is just something very special. We spent months reading traveler's reviews, emailing companies, and responding with more questions. Ultimately, we decided on Easy Travel & Tours in Arusha, Tanzania. We are four seniors (65-73) and we had a private tour. I planned the trip and shared all questions, concerns with Lizbeth Gabriel at Easy Travel over a period of several months. Her response was immediate to me. If I wrote late in the day in the USA, I could expect a response when I woke up the next day. She included her personal WhatsApp number, too. We had hoped to see the Great Migration, but obviously no guarantees are possible! However, based on her recommendations, we scheduled our safari from October 17-21. We arrived via Nairobi late on the 15th and spent two nights at the Kibo Palace Hotel, arranged by Lizbeth. This is an excellent hotel and gave us time to explore Arusha on the 16th and be well rested for the flight on the morning of the 17th to Kogatende Airport in the Northern Serengeti. We were met at the airport by our safari guide & driver, Gilbert "Mariki". We spent 6 days/5 nights in the Northern & Central Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater.....Northern Serengeti our favorite!!! Folks, we were so very fortunate to have Mariki assigned to us! He briefed us and listened closely, and over the next few days, we became a Family & Team! We shared our breakfasts & dinners together at the Lodges and lunches together al fresco in the bush. We gave Mariki free reign to set our morning departures as we trusted his knowledge & experience. In the first 24 hours.....we saw 4 of the big 5 and 4 Great Migrations of the wildebeests & zebras navigating in the thousands across the Mara River between Kenya & Tanzania, trying to avoid the waiting crocodiles in the river. We have video of 15+minute crossings that rivaled National Geographic. What we saw, did, & heard over that week, will never be forgotten....thank goodness for pictures/videos to share with loved ones and those planning a future safari of their own. We were dropped back at the Kibo Palace Hotel late on the 22nd and the following morning, Mariki dropped us at the Arusha Airport for our flight to Zanzibar. We were in Africa a total of thirty days, but our Arusha safari experience thanks to Mariki, Lizbeth & Easy Travel was absolutely the highlight and we're just so very grateful. BTW, with keen eyes, Mariki was able to spot the Rhino in Ngorongoro Crater, completing the Big Five for us!There are hundreds of safari companies to choose from, itineraries vary, accommodations, and prices for sure. We all agreed that we would not change one single thing about our safari....it was perfect..........far, far better than we had even imagined! Our friends were right, that an African safari is so very special. Seeing these beautiful animals free in their natural habitat is inspiring. We were able to get an impressive safari at a very reasonable price....we would very Highly Recommend Easy Travel, write to Lizbeth, and ask for Mariki

Tanzania Safari We initially contacted a few agencies to plan our safari & Zanzibar bucket list holiday, both in the UK and in Tanzania. Easy Travel came up top in terms of choices, price and responsiveness. Lightness, who took care of all the bookings and looked after us from afar throughout the whole journey, was extremely prompt in her responses, flexible and creative with her ideas. She was brilliant at making sure that everything ran smoothly without ever being intrusive. I would highly recommend this agency purely based on her involvement. Our Safari guide was Aniny and was just brilliant. He picked us up from Kilimanjaro airport and was with us throughout our 5 day safari, driving us to Tarangire Park, to Ngorongoro then finally to the Serengeti. Aniny was great company, very knowledgeable about animals, vegetation and local culture. He was incredible at spotting animals from a long distance and always got the very best spot to view animals from our jeep, even when there were more than 50 jeeps all trying to get a glimpse of the same leopard! All in all, I would highly recommend this agency and Lighness and Aniny in particular. You will be lucky to have them look after you during your safari. Thank you both!

We booked our honeymoon-safari trip 6 month in advanced. After looking for two more options, we decided to go through Easy Travel Agency, which they offered us better quality-price respect the other ones. We took an itinerary of 8 days/7 nights (1 Tarangire, 1 Lake Manyara (sleep only), 1 Ngorongoro, 2 Central Serengeti and 2 North Serengeti and flight to Zanzibar for 1 week). Kadwe, who was our sales and organiser contact from the very beginning did a really great job, she was always answering all our questions so fast, informing us about new restrictions in the country, explaining all the single details and following up all our stay until the last minute. The best part (of course) arrived when we landed in Kilimanjaro, the first time we saw Ombeni (our guide). He was waiting for us with a big smile and good vibes just came up after 14hours travelling. All days were really smooth, he was very funny and always helping and taking care of us with anything we need (asking for how was our room in each hotel/lodge we stayed, food preferences for the safari picnic and the most important how we were feeling every moment. We saw many many animals (more than we could imagine seeing the Big fives, Big feos and many more). Ombeni was always explaining animals habits, characteristics and solving all our doubts (even the most funny/silly ones hahahaha). He speaks english, spanish and Swahili perfectly. We did our safari in Spanish and there wasn’t any single moment that we got bored with him. We think that a Safari is a special experience but it make your experience so unique when you find someone like Ombeni, so a BIG THANK YOU to him and all his efforts. If I had to book a safari again, I would have no doubt to manage it by Easy Travel and a MUST having Ombeni with us!! Hakuna Matata & Pole pole

Top agency with the best guide! I did my honeymoon safari with Easy Travel and it was a 10/10! We didn't do the classic tour; we customized it to our liking. We were considering several agencies, and Kadwe was the one who convinced me to choose Easy. Her attention and willingness to help until we had the best itinerary was key. She was attentive from the beginning until the end of our safari in Zanzibar. The experience was much better than we expected, and that was largely thanks to our guide, Ombeni. He's the best guide we could have had. Professional, fun, speaks Spanish, and you miss him by the end of the trip. The vehicle was great, with Wi-Fi and drinks. Everything was perfect. The service was a 10/10! Thank you so much for everything!

6-day Kilimanjaro + 5-day Safari = Best Honeymoon Ever! First off, if you are looking for the best Tanzanian experience, look no further than Easy Travel for all your travel planning needs. Not only are they rated #1 but my sister and BIL went with Easy Travel for their honeymoon and had raving reviews!Coordination from the US: Kabwe We were in contact with Kabwe since the beginning. She was there for any questions and calls we had as we were planning our itinerary and was so responsive! I especially appreciated her checking in throughout both Kilimanjaro and Safari on how we were doing. She made the planning process and booking experience so easy! We ended up booking 6-day Kilimanjaro trek (Machame Route) and 5-day Safari (Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater). We also went to Zanzibar after Safari which we booked on our own. 6-Day Kilimanjaro Trek (Machame Route): Frederick and Antoine Our guides (Frederick and Antoine) were the best! They took care of us from day 1 and ensured or safety and kept my husband and I motivated throughout. Even through altitude sickness and a bad knee they were always thinking about us and our experience. They were also so knowledgeable in the mountain, history, plants, wildlife and the journey to the summit. Chef Isaac and the rest of the porters (shoutout to Hassan) for also making the experience one to remember. I especially appreciated Frederick and Hassan helping me up to the summit - I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. And shoutout to Antoine for taking care of my husband for when he had to turn back down. 5-day Safari Tour (Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater): EdwardEdward is literally the best in the business. Hands down. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about Safari and knows how to spot animals and wildlife before it even happens. His ability to understand the behaviors of wildlife made him the best driver/guide in each park. He ensured we were okay throughout the best trip and made our honeymoon and my birthday so special. He was so positive and the sweetest man ever. I would 100% recommend him for your next safari!

A honeymoon we will never forget We wanted to do something special for our Honeymoon and decided to go to Tanzania. The best choice we made.We got picked up by our guide Isaack from Easy Travel at the Airport and had a briefing the next morning before going to the first park for our safari. Our first park was the Tarangire park where we saw a lot of Elephants and we slept at the Maramboi tented lodge where we had an amazing view over Lake Manyara. The second park was the Serengeti park where we saw a lot of predators such as Lions, Cheetahs and Leopards. We stayed the first night at the Serengeti Tortillis Camp and our second night at the Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge. On our second day in Serengeti we did a balloon Safari arranged by our travel agency, definitely recommend to everyone to do this. The view is amazing and it is so quiet up there. The third and last park we went was the Ngorongoro Park and we stayed at the Ngorongoro Tortillis Camp. An amazing location where you feel like you are in the jungle. On day seven we had our flight to Zanzibar, we were nicely dropped off by our guide Isaack with whom you have developed a bond. Its the person you trust on during your safari, it was such a good guy, very calm driving the car always making the right choices what gives you a safe feeling. He had all the information about the animals, landscape and culture. And sometimes our translator to the hotel staff. At Zanzibar airport we where picked up again by a driver from Easy Travel and brought to our lodge Sunshine Marine Lodge where we had an amazing relaxing time just as we needed after a few eventful weeks. Our honeymoon was well taken care of down to the last detail by Matoke Tours and Easy Travel.Everything went smoothly and we never had any question marks during our trip. And were definitely lucky with our guide Isaack.

Great safari Tanzania! Hakuna Matata I had a great safaritrip in Tanzania. Visited Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. (And a couple of days Zanzibar to relax.)Our group was 11 persons in total. We had two safari jeeps with great drivers/guides. Elly (Santiely) & Omega. They are a perfect team. We saw the big 5, many more animals and the rivercrossing. We even saw a lion hunting and killing a zebra in front of us. Because of Elly & Omega we had no worries, everything was arranged. They drive save and also help other drivers in need. They also now a lot about the animals/environment. With one other person of my group i did the hot air balloon ecperience. That was great! #flyingovertheserengeti Saw a lot of animals, had coffee in the balloon and champagne afterwards. And also a great bushbreakfast. The safaricamps we stayed were very good. Friendley staff, clean room, good food. Thank you Kabwe from Easytravel and Natasja from Matoketours. And of course Elly & Omega.

6 days Safari and 5 days Zanzibar We went on a 6 days Safari trip ending with 5 days on Zanzibar (in total a 13 days trip with some moving days) The trip started in Arusha, our two drivers Omeg and Eli picked us up at the airport. We did the groups travel with in total 11 people. Very very nice guys, both of them! So, the parks we went to were Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngongoro krater. On the first day, we had a day off. My boyfriend and I booked a mountainbike tour which was called ‘’Lake Duluti’’. Actually, at the first lodge, they didn’t know this. Last minutes they took two bikes, checked them en made them ready. Nice ride! The only thing is, I thought about later, is that we did not see/ or got to Lake Duluti at all. Just a small recommendation for sleeping: the Tortillis camp was really our favourite. The people are so nice, you wake up with animals around you, there is (mostly) a fire pit, lots is singing and dancing together, really enjoyable!!The next day was the start of the safari’s and I can only say: oh my god, how amazing. Like, for real, everything was so beautiful and well arranged. As I mentioned, Eli (or Santiely, his real name) was one of our drivers. I have been in his jeep all week. I really want to say a very big thank you for both, Santiely and Omega, for taking care of us so well. They arranges everything, briefed us every night, made us laugh so many times, they thought us an African song, they have eyes that can see the most far away animals, we were ao lucky to have them with us! Not to mention the hard driving to and through the Serengeti, which you can consider as a workout for their arms really. We felt so so so safe and well taken care of, I can’t say it enough. Again, big big thanks, you guys deserve the world! The animals and parks were really nice! Different landscape, sometimes they were close by, sometimes further away. We’ve seen the big 5 (!!), yeah, we know we are very lucky! We also saw a lion kill a zebra, we saw lions ‘’make’’ new babies, it’s amazing how nature works. We enjoyed so much! Then Zanzibar, it for sure is a paradise! I would say: chill, relax and rest a lot after the safaris. We found the excursions not so well, many of them were not as good as expected (expectations based on the text in the hotel + the price). I know the Zanzibar part is not booked at easy travel, it’s just information for people that are combining it as we did. We had a really good holiday with Easy Travel (and Matoke from the Netherlands). Thank you so much, we for sure recommend!

Amazing!! The Safari was amazing! We visited Tarangire National Park, the center of Serengeti and Northern Serengeti where we saw the river crossing. We also visited Ngorongoro crater. We were so lucky to see the big 5 (and the ugly 5) and thousands and thousands of wildebeests and zebra’s! We saw so many different animals and nature was so beautiful! Our lodges were amazing, super clean, super staff and amazing locations! At the lodge in Tarangire we had an Elephant next to our bungalow. In the serengeti we had hyena’s closeby and wildebeests and baboons! We even heard Lions in the distance, It was so cool! The food was delicious and everyone was so Nice! Lastly, our two guides, Ely and Omega were the absolute best! They made our trip wonderful! Matoke and Easy travel really organised everything so well! Our last days in Zanzibar felt like Paradise!

An amazing experience The whole trip was amazing! From the first warm welcome at the Kiboko lodge till the last stay in Arusha. At the Kiboko lodge they were very welcoming. We did a very nice walk in the beautifull surrounding area and saw the local people. Then the real safari started with our great drivers Dennis and Claus. We saw the Big 5! and we saw the migration! Another highlight was the trip with the balloon. Expensive, but worth every penny. We ended our trip at tropical Zanzibar.A tip; bring a warm sweater for when you are outside watching jungle tv.

Trip of a lifetime Our time spent on safari and in Zanzibar was truly a trip of a lifetime in large part due to the impeccable service provided by the folks at Easy Travel. Lizbeth went above and beyond making all the arrangements for a perfect adventure for our party of 12. We were welcomed with gifts and several birthday surprises throughout the trip. When our flight from Dar es Saalam to Arusha was delayed six hours the airlines told us there were no other flights available until then. One call to Lizbeth and we were on the next flight out in a matter of minutes. She was always available, ready and willing to assist us with superb professionalism, competence and understanding. Our drivers/guides Adrian and Hubert were equally exceptional. Their knowledge of the animals, the terrain, people and culture of their country was encyclopedic. Their gentle, patient manner reflected an abiding love and respect for the land and its people. We were deeply grateful for all that they taught us.

Incredible! Thanks Norah & Hubert! Norah (agent) and Hubert (guide) were absolute rockstars. All the reviews here are spot-on; definitely use this company for your safari. Norah was incredibly patient in helping craft a perfect itinerary and very responsive (from when we first booked in 2019 through COVID and ultimately through our trip in Sep '22). Hubert was phenomenal in coordinating with the guides to make sure we were in all the best spots at the right times. He even sped us around the Northern Serengeti to make sure we got as many river crossings as possible (we got lucky with five!). A few tips when planning/coordinating with your tour guide: - Do some research on the options the agent gives you for lodging. We trusted Norah and got lucky with awesome spots, but worth looking at the options she offers with a bit more detail. 3* typically means tented camps (which have generators that don't go 24/7), 4* typically means tented lodge (full power, but you can't walk around at night bc you're in individual units in the middle of the wild), and 5* typically means lodges (e.g., Serena). Huge fan of the tented lodges (4*) with a few lodges (5*) sprinkled in. - Tarangire is ok. I'm glad we did it first because it seemed cool at the time, but looking back, it was by far the least interesting day of our safari. - If you go during the migration (Jul-Oct I think?), a chance at the Mara River Crossing is worth the extra 1-2 days to get the Northern Serengeti. We were lucky to see FIVE crossings in a day and a half. Super cool to see. - Go to Zanzibar to relax afterwards and if you're looking for a 5* property, maybe ask for alternatives to the Melia and do some research. We weren't super impressed by it, but maybe that's actually the best option.

Trip of a lifetime! My mom and I just got back from a 6 day safari and 4 days in Zanzibar. We visited 3 national parks and saw 4 of the big 5! Our guide James was amazing, he was easy to talk to and very accommodating. He spotted animals easily including a python in a tree that was very well camouflaged! I would highly recommend him for your trip. He is also a wildlife photographer, I only had my iPhone to take photos and he was so kind to share the photos he took and let me use his camera to take some as well. It was great to have high quality photos of the animals we saw!Ending the trip in Zanzibar is a must, it is a great way to relax after hours in the safari jeep. Our hotel overlooked the ocean and you could hear the waves clearly. The pool even had a swim up bar to enjoy your cocktails. The whole experience with Easy Travel was great. We originally had the trip booked for 2020 before Covid hit, and they were so kind and easy to work with and help us reschedule without penalty. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience We did the great migration safari spending time along the way in Arusha, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire national parks. We had such an amazing time. Our driver Gerald was super knowledgable and could answer all of our questions. He never rushed us and was very accommodating, but we left most of the planning in his hands and were not disappointed. Kabwe, our main correspondent, was always helpful and easy travel even managed to fly out my husbands toothbrush that he forgot out of the Serengeti and get it to us on time before we left to Zanzibar. Would recommend this agency for your next trip.

More than a dream come true! As our honeymoon we climbed Kilimanjaro, did a 5 day safari in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro national park, finishing with a 4-day stay on Zanzibar. We have had the most amazing experiences ever! Our mountain team (guides Musa and Jerry, stomach engineer Loyce, tent engineer Justine, butler Mike and porters Idd, Emmanuel, Danny and Ciprian) was THE BEST team we could have imagined! They made sure we had nothing to worry about and thanks to their most appreciated help, we reached our goal: Uhuru Peak! Afterwards we did a 5 day safari with THE MOST AMAZING safari ranger/driver Gerald! He did more than his best to make sure we encountered almost every animal imaginable. We got to see lions mating next to our jeep, a family of lions enjoying their freshly caught buffalo, hippos next to our tent, 3 separate leopards, cheetahs, zebras, gnoes, the movement of numerous elephant families, ... (I could go on for a while!) All of our guides and the people from Easy Travel catered to our every need! We can easily say that all the people we have met were so kind-hearted. More than you can imagine! We have left Tanzania with a full heart and a lot of love, respect and appreciation for our new Tanzanian family. Because that´s what it feels like, really. A dream come true! When our kids are older, we will surely come back, to show them how great Tanzania and its people are! A fantastic honeymoon to Tanzania! We booked our private safari/honeymoon through Matoke Tours, and it turned out to be a great choice. Easy Travel arranged everything for us in Tanzania, from airport pickup to return transfer to Zanzibar. On day 2, we finally met our fantastic guide, Evarest Thomas Mboya, and we highly recommend him as a guide! He took us to a local market and a Masai village. So, we not only saw the national parks but also the culture of beautiful Tanzania. We visited Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro National Parks in succession. At the latter park, we were lucky enough to see a rhino on the last day, giving us all the Big Five animals. We also witnessed the river crossing with the wild animals twice in one day. It was a truly wonderful experience, never to be forgotten and definitely worth repeating!

An unforgettable trip. Booked through Matoke Tours in the Netherlands, our safari in Northern Tanzania was organized by Easy Travel. From arrival to the flight to Zanzibar, everything was perfectly arranged. A comprehensive welcome with a briefing, regular contact throughout the trip, and fantastic accommodations. We wouldn't have had such an experience without our wonderful tour guide, Emil; besides being incredibly knowledgeable, he was also exceptionally friendly and helpful, always striving to give us the best possible experience. Above all, Emil had great respect for nature and the animals, ensuring at all times that we didn't disturb or disturb anyone from the jeep. An unforgettable experience! And now, enjoying Zanzibar. A perfect combination!

Unforgettable safari with premium support . Our trip was organized by Matoke (NL) and local agent Easy Travel (TZ, Arusha). Our pleasant group of 10 consisted of Dutch and Flemish people. The guide of our safari Land Cruiser (1/2), Protas, was truly outstanding: a very energetic driver who managed to take us to special spots very consciously and swiftly. He was an accomplished guide with almost unlimited useful knowledge of flora and fauna, which provided more than expected, informative answers to our many questions! Above all, he remained calm, polite, and unfazed, even under difficult circumstances. One (personal) downside was the walk along the Ngoro-ngoro crater. It wasn't much in comparison, but it was good to work those leg muscles and get out of our car-cage (a reverse zoo). The hot air balloon ride (also a first attempt) was also a unique experience over the Serengeti along the Mara River. The trip concluded in Zanzibar, where all transfers were also perfectly arranged. We didn't have the top accommodations or budget options. This gave us a very pleasant safari experience with friendly to exuberant service in the tented camps, where there was plenty of variety in food and drinks. In short, a must-do if you get the chance!

Impressive dream holiday thanks to our top guide Protas. We enjoyed a fantastic, impressive 16-day trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. We booked this trip through Matoke Tours/Easy Travel. We highly recommend it. It's still surreal what we saw: a cheetah jumping on the car in front of us, a leopard vomiting in a tree with a gazelle, a cheetah (with two cubs) hunting and biting, and not to forget the crucial river crossing of the great migration—twice, even! We owe it all to our guide Protas. We couldn't have wished for a better guide. During the introduction, he called himself Google Wildmap, and he wasn't a lie! We could ask him ANYTHING, from the Big Five, birds and vegetation to animal behavior. He went above and beyond to show us as many unforgettable things as possible. Super interesting, and we learned a lot! That really elevated the trip for us.

Tanzania & Zanzibar extended with the migration: a 15-day private family trip celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! Our trip to Tanzania & Zanzibar was one big adventure and an unforgettable experience! We saw so many wild animals, including the Big Five and the wildebeest migration at the Mara River, which were truly special and unique! We visited the Maasai, stayed in beautiful lodges, enjoyed delicious food, enjoyed the overwhelming beauty of nature, and concluded with a relaxing break in a stunning villa in Zanzibar!

Trip of OUR Lifetime After two years of COVID delay, we finally arrived in Tanzania for a Safari in July 2022. It was our first trip to eastern Africa and we turned to Easy Travel in TZ to manage our trip. BEST DECISION EVER. Lightness put together the perfect itinerary and answered all our many questions promptly plus she offered us affordable choices. Evarest was an outstanding and knowledgeable guide. Easy Travel made our trip the dream it was. We spent 9 days on Safari and 5 nights at the Nungwi Dreams resort in Zanzibar. On Safari, we saw over 100,000 animals with giraffes, elephants, zebras, antelope and wildebeests crossing the roads right in front and beside us. The Toyota Land Cruisers were the best to view the wildlife while keeping both them and us safe. Evarest, our driver and guide, spotted so many animals. It was amazing how he could find the leopards and lions in the trees and the cheetahs, smaller animals and snakes in the grass. He found hippos and crocs in the rivers. His eagle eye could locate anything that moved! He was so knowledgeable about all the flora and fauna and he put us at ease to ask anything. The wildebeest migration and crossing the Mara River was unbelievable. Evarest knew the best crossing places and we had a front row seat at three different crossings. Be sure to take the sunrise hot air balloon ride with Miracle Experience. We loved staying in the Tortillis Tent camps. Our group of 4 ranged in age from 66 to 78 and found the tents comfortable, appreciated the attached full bathrooms and we loved staying right in the Tanzania National Parks. One night, we heard snuffling sounds right outside our tent and crept out of bed to find a Zebra munching the brush right in front of our tent under a full moon – so cool! Every day was an adventure and it was truly a trip of a lifetime. The food was good with enough choices that even a vegetarian could eat well, plus everything was locally sourced and delicious. Easy Travel took such care to make this an extraordinary trip and we appreciate it. Their people are top notch, their lodging choices were top notch and their vehicle was top notch. Before we booked this trip, I read hundreds of reviews about dozens of travel companies before I made my choice. Now I know, if you plan a to go on Safari your only real choice is to choose Easy Travel.

Awesome safari with Guide Bosco We were contracted to this company originally from Matoke Tours, who planned most of our trip in Tanzania (safari + Zanzibar stay). The best part wasn’t just visiting the parks, especially the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, but our guide Bosco was super knowledgeable and just always fun to be with. His knowledge of the wildlife, ecology and history was excellent.

Honeymoon In Tanzania We used EasyTravel to co-ordinate our Honeymoon plans. Norah was a huge help and beyond communicative with us during our entire planning process. Any questions we had, she was quick to respond and answer. My wife and I did a 12 day excursion with 8 days on Safari starting in Tarangire, moving to Ngorongoro Crater conservation area, then Central Serengeti, then Northern Serengeti to see the great migration, and finally to the island of Zanzibar for 3 days of relaxation at our luxury accommodations.During the entire tour, our guide Aniny, was beyond helpful in guiding us throughout Tanzania. He was informative and helpful in finding the Big 5! He even helped create a romantic opportunity for us to experience Lions up close (safely of course) without any other safari vehicles nearby. Aniny created memories we won't soon forget and we enjoyed every minute we had while on Safari with him.EasyTravel accomplished its name... created an Easy Travel experience for us on our Honeymoon. We will definitely use EasyTravel again if we have the opportunity to go back on Safari.

A Truly Memorable Amazing Safari The Tortilis tented camps in each location were marvellous. All mod cons but a real feeling of being at one with nature , close to the Bush. The staff were amazing, SO FRIENDLY and helpful -- we both now think of Tanzania as the land of smiling people !Our Safari guide Emilian was very knowledgeable and we saw lots of animals including a good number of lions, cheetahs ,leopards , buffalo and hippos, and we saw the disappearing rump of a rhino in the ngorongoro crater! The safari jeep was very tough and strong to cope with the rough roads and we had an elevated roof so that viewing game and photography were good. Emilian also was very willing to talk about life in Tanzania and the culture which we very much appreciated. We would really recommend a visit to a Masai village we had an authentic rather than pure touristic experience and valued a real insight into their way of life and culture. We also had 3 wonderful travel companions we met on our safari who are now good friends. We all shared a sense of humour which always helps !!Amina arranged a well earned luxury beach break for us in Zanzibar-- much appreciated as we were pretty tired after such a full on safari experience. We rapidly recovered after a good dose of sun sea and sand !!Pauline and Adrian Lambourne

Great safari trip Great trip thanks to Jane and Everest. Souleman was also great as our driver in Zanzibar. You really need someone to help you in Africa. It’s much more difficult than traveling to Eastern Europe or even china. I felt like we were in good hands. Everest was the perfect guide - always pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and extremely proud of his country. We saw every animal on our list ( including rhinos and lion cubs). Everest clearly knew what he was doing. I’m particularly interested in birds and he displayed an incredible depth of knowledge. Jane was very accommodating and interested in making sure our trip was everything we had planned. I would use them again without hesitation.

Fabulous Experience What a spectacular trip! I cannot recommend Easy Travel & Tours highly enough. Do not hesitate at all to book your trip with them. Jane Tito was fabulous to work with in planning our trip. Over the 3 years we planned this trip, she consistently responded to our questions right away, gave great suggestions on lodges and itinerary, and planned a fabulous trip for our family of 6. Everything was flawless. We stayed in tented camps and lodges and they were all great. We especially loved Kubu Kubu with its outdoor shower and view of the Serengeti. Jane knew it was our wedding anniversary so at every place she had planned some celebration for us. Our trip was made extra special by our guide Everest. who was absolutely wonderful! An experienced guide, he was an encyclopedia of knowledge. When he found out my husband was interested in birds, he made sure to point out interesting ones along the way. He also knew where to find the animals - by day 3 we had seen the big 5 and more - baby lions and elephants, cheetahs - and we often were the only Jeep at a siting. He was amazing. Everest was also really good natured and fun and gave our family members nicknames. In the middle of our safari, Jane planned a balloon ride over the Serengeti with a champagne breakfast for us that was incredible. At the end of our safari we added a few days at a beach resort in Zanzibar. Jane arranged for a Dhow cruise, spice tour and city tour of Stonetown with a wonderful driver and and a great guide. The trip wildly exceeded our expectations - it was fabulous! We are seasoned travelers but this really was the trip of a lifetime.

Pick Easy Travel!! I was on a family vacation for a safari that was postponed due to COVID, and Easy Travel was fantastic through the entire process! Adriano, our safari guide, was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to help us see the Big 5! The customer service experience with Easy Travel is wonderful. They checked in on us a couple times throughout the trip to make sure we were happy, as well as not having any issues. When we did have issues with our hotel rooms in Zanzibar, they were extremely responsive with both ourselves and the resort! I would give my strongest recommendation for Easy Travel to anyone looking for a good tour operator.

Incredible experience! For our honeymoon, we wanted a truly special trip, and we decided to book with VIAJES JAIPUR in Barcelona, who organized a fantastic trip for us combining Kenya (DAMA SAFARIS) and Tanzania (EASY TRAVEL). The overall experience was unbeatable. The days we spent in Tanzania with Easy Travel were wonderful. Our guide, Kilian, is charming, speaks excellent Spanish, and was attentive to our needs throughout the entire trip. He picked us up at the Kenyan border, and the first thing we did was head to the Easy Travel office in Arusha, where Maria (the office manager) warmly welcomed us and gave us an overview of our itinerary and safaris in Tanzania: Serengeti, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Lake Manyara. The safaris were excellent. Kilian made sure we saw as many animals as possible and explained fascinating facts about the parks and the animals that live there. He also explained to us about the people and their customs; we even learned a Swahili song that they often sing in tented camps! We saw many different kinds of animals, and in great numbers (lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, countless types of antelope...), especially on the endless plains of the Serengeti, where we spent a day and a half (Tortilis Camp is highly recommended there; it's beautiful). The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is also breathtaking, especially the landscape... it's like an oasis in the middle of the surrounding jungle. Finally, we only had one morning at Lake Manyara, but we were lucky enough to encounter several lionesses and a young lion eating a wildebeest right on the road, so we were able to see everything up close. It was incredible, and at the end of the trip, Kilian took us to Arusha airport, where María also came to see us off so we could give her our feedback on how everything had gone before catching our flight to Zanzibar. The service was truly excellent. In short, we couldn't be happier with our trip. We DEFINITELY recommend EASY TRAVEL for safaris in Tanzania. We have very, very special memories of the whole experience, and if we ever return to Tanzania (which is possible :D), we would definitely use Kilian and Easy Travel again. Asante sana marafiki! Núria & Rubén P.S.: By the way, we HIGHLY recommend bringing a good camera with a telephoto lens; it really makes a difference in capturing all the beauty you see there... besides, a good lens can even work better than binoculars :)

The perfect honeymoon If you are planning a trip to Tanzania I urge you to use Easy Travel and Tours!!!Sada was so patient and was extremely honest when offering us recommendations as to what to do for our honeymoon. Throughout the lead up and our entire stay in Tanzania/Zanzibar Sada was always on hand to answer any questions and make sure that everything was confirmed for us and that we were happy with how our trip was going. We travelled for our honeymoon and have never been so looked after, even getting a couple of thoughtful surprises along the way!!Our trip started with a hotel stay in Arusha after landing and our driver Luis collected us from the airport with no problems, supporting us with our check in to make sure we were sorted. We were pleased that he would be our driver throughout our entire time on the mainland. We then went with Luis to Tanagire park, Ngorogoro and the Serengeti. He used his 30+ years experience of the parks to teach us about every animal we saw and ensured we had the best opportunities to see as many animals as we could. We were lucky enough to see 2 rhinos and 3 leopards so easily completed the big five and although we know luck was a lot to do with it, without his knowledge and instincts we would have missed a lot of things!! He was so friendly and personable and made sure we were always well looked after. He cleaned the jeep every morning and was a phenomenal driver, trying to make the bumpy journeys of the safaris as comfortable as possible. He taught us so much about the local cultures and the masaai tribe as well as everything about the animals. Always knowing the answers to all of our questions. Sada had arranged and recommended hotels for Zanzibar for the second part of our trip and her recommendations were all exactly what we were looking for. We will forever be grateful to Sada and Luis for making lifelong dreams come true and what is likely be a once in a lifetime trip for us so wonderful!!!

Easy Travel provides a 5 star experience We booked a custom private safari for 7 people (wife ,(4 kids 6-18) and my mother in-law). From start to finish, Easy Travel service was excellent and I would highly recommend their company to my family and friends. Regarding booking, Lizbeth made everything a breeze and was highly responsive and detailed in explaining everything. Lizbeth was in constant communication both before and thru our entire journey and provided very detailed itinerary and kept me updated on the Tanzania entry requirements. She clearly explained what was included and what was not, which made it helpful in our budgeting. A capstone of our booking experience was the "pre-day safari briefing", here Lizbeth and team provided us with more details of our upcoming departure, the Easy Travel team made it extra special by presenting us with Maasai blankets and singing us the "Jambo" song. (This is now my 6 year old's favorite song), we loved this little touch. The STAR of our experience with Easy Travel was our guide HUBERT, we first had the honor in meeting him at the airport on our arrival. Hubert service level is AMAZING, each time we checked in to our various accommodations, he took extra time in speaking to the receptionist to ensure we were fully taken care of, even on a transfer at the airport to Zanzibar, he waited to ensure our check-in process was smooth and we were taken care of. While on safari there is a lot of driving, and Huberts driving skills were great and processional, making our family feel very secure on our long journey. Hubert was always courteous to other motorist and others on the roadway. Huberts knowledge and experience was truly evident while we were in the national parks on safari, there was not a single question he was unable to answer with great detail and valuable information. Hubert even had a book with various pictures and information on animals that he would share with us , giving us even more information. While on safari, you will have many "boxed" lunches, but with Hubert and Easy Travel, these were far from "boxed" lunches. The lunches were superb and not actually "box" lunches (except for the very first day, but still good). The lunch were fully cooked meals that you could tell were home cooked and delicious. Hubert service during our lunch periods was amazing, he always served us and provided drinks and even wine to my wife and I. ( a big plus). You could see the differences with other tour operators, for example, every lunch we had a table cloth, plates, and cutlery. (others just had a cardboard box for each person). I also loved that Hubert provided our extra food to the local people who helped support our experience at each of the lunch locations, this is great to see. Hubert and Easy Travel, made our 1st trip to Tanzania a memorable one and we are very thankful and appreciative. I'm looking forward to booking my next adventure with Easy Travel and you should consider the same. :)

Edward, our guide, has noticed the love for his country and his job. The Acacia Farm Lodge in Karatu and the Tortilis Camp in the Serengeti were an absolute dream. In both places, you should definitely stay longer than just for one night. We spent another week in Zanzibar to relax, swim with dolphins and sea turtles. He was never tired of the question we or our kids had and was always friendly. We also were welcomed in the office after arrival to get a personal introduction of our tour. The fulfilled all our wishes and also after the safari we met again for a feedback. They make all of your dreams come true and are always on duty for any kind of questions that arise- 24/7. The Kili summit and back! With a great team! Pole Pole! We (Rene and Gabrielle) just arrived at Zanzibar after already a two week holiday at the mainland of Tazania. The first week was climbing Kili! We took a seven days (private) climb, for acclimatization purpose. The team for support was consisting out of 10 members. The main guide was Justin and the second guide was Iddy. We had a warm welcome already at the airport by Justin. We drove over to our first night stay at Planet Lodge (which was the only pity of the travel, more then an hour drive from airport and also one hour drive back again in the morning towards Kili. It would have been much better to have a hotel closer to Kili/Airport.) Justin and Iddy checked our bags in the morning of departure towards Kili, to make sure we had all the necessary items packed and that the bags were not too heavy. At the parking lot we met the rest of the great team. One chef, 7 porters and our two guides. And off we went!At the gate we had to wait until all paperwork and formalities were completed. And then we started off with Iddy, since Justin had to make sure all was completed. 7 days of amazing hiking with the team! Every day was a new habitat, very different nature and challenges in climbing. The only way was up! And up we went! The spirit of the team was great. Every morning we received tea in the tent while still in the sleeping bag! We got briefings from Justin and Iddy. We had great food 3 times per day. The porters were running with their own bags and the tents and our bags. They are so strong and fast. Before we arrived, the tents were set up, food was prepared and we had nothing to take care of. All days went really good! Justin and Iddy explained on the way many things about the surroundings and culture. And answered all our questions. The day of the summit, we left around midnight. This was the hardest climb of the whole package. Rene had ‘no difficulties’, but I got some symptoms of altitude sickness around 5200 meters. And our dear patience Justin took my hand and guided my literary step by step to Stella Point. Where we saw the sun rising. Without Justin I never could have made it this far. And further we went to the real summit! And yes we MADE it! Of course picture time and also some time to leave some ashes from Rene’s mom at the top and from our recent past away dog from my mom. Then i needed to return asap. Iddy and Justin took both an arm. And ran downwards with me. Me trying to keep up, jumping, placing my foots carefully and making sure i was not tripping. Rene was following as well. Almost at the end of the descent the rest of the team porters came to bring us some drinks and took over the guiding of me from Justin and Iddy. And further down back to base camp we went. At base camp i had a small nap and after that i was fit enough again to proceed the descent to the next camp. Going down was a lot easier..all though we had a very heavy rain/hail/thunder storm, which turned the trail into a river.. but this was one big adventure! We enjoyed every second and every pole pole step with the amazing team. Again special thanks to Justin and Iddy for making sure Rene and I both reached the summit safely and back again. I respect the team because of the strengths, the happiness, the service, the professionalism, the knowledge and helping us to have one less dream, but helped to realize a dream! Hakuna matata! Millions thanks to Justin (The Umbrella Man), Iddy and rest of the team! Great job! Highly recommendable! Gabs and Rene.

A Dream Safari in Tanzania & a Relaxing Beach Holiday in Zanzibar. My husband and I booked a fantastic 16-day Tanzanian holiday with Easy Travel. Norah from Easy Travel personally planned our entire trip and accommodations for us, perfectly selecting and organizing our lodgings and transfers. She also checked in regularly throughout our trip to ensure we were completely satisfied, which we absolutely were. For 10 days, we were accompanied by our safari guide, Emanuel Mtui. Emanuel speaks fluent German and English, and of course Swahili, and truly knows everything about the wildlife, the country, and its people. Emanuel was able to show us the Big Five several times, and even when we thought there was nothing left we hadn't seen, he continued to surprise us with new and special animal encounters. Emanuel is an excellent animal spotter and driver, and a very pleasant, disciplined, and considerate person. Since you spend 12-14 hours a day with your guide on safari, it's essential that you get along very well. We had a truly wonderful time with Emanuel and highly recommend him to everyone. Our trip began in Arusha (staying at The Tulip). On the day of our arrival, we visited a coffee plantation. On the second day, we had our first game drive and walking safari in Arusha National Park. Then we spent two days in Tarangire National Park (staying at Tortillis Camp), where we also had a guided walking safari. From there, we continued via Lake Manyara and a visit to a village before spending two days in Ngorongoro National Park (staying at Tortillis Camp). We visited a Maasai village and a Maasai school, and then spent two days in the Ndutu area, staying at the Ndutu Mobile Camp. After that, we spent two days in the Serengeti (staying at Tortillis Camp), and then flew to Zanzibar for six nights (staying at the Melia Resort). All the accommodations were perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was excellent, everything was spotlessly clean, and we lacked for nothing. We were particularly impressed by the Ndutu Mobile Camp, which moves every three months – everything was so perfect that it was hard to believe it was a mobile camp. Many thanks to Norah and Emanuel Mtui from Easy Travel and everyone else for this unforgettable and wonderful holiday. Warmest regards, Larissa & Michael

The best agency if you want to travel to Tanzania!! We did on August 2021 an amazing Safari with Louis in the Serengeti and other national parks like Ngorongoro. It was by far one of the best experiences we`ve ever had! I'm sure we were lucky to see the BIG 5 thanks to Louis expertise and passion about the animals, he is the best guide!! The lodges were we stayed were super top! food delicious and beds very comfortable. Everybody was super friendly!Amina was the best of the best answering all of my questions and helping us out arranging out vacations. Also, we book 5 days in Zanzibar with Easy Travel. We highly recommend Easy Travel is you are planning to go to Tanzania!

Unforgettable Tanzanian Safari with King Ombeni Just landed from an unforgettable Tanzanian Wildlife Safari, feeling the need to share our experience and express our gratitude to Easy Travel Team that helped us organize and coordinate our tailor made 7days safari. This is the second time we get the chance to live a Safari in Tanzania so we had a specific itinerary in mind, after contacting different companies we decided to confirm our program with Easy Travel, they were able to accommodate all our requests, giving guidance and sharing their expertise for a smooth trip, special thanks to office team Voice and Norah, that not only booked and managed all services but went above and beyond with assisting with PCR testing/results as well as reconfirm some flights that were not booked with them. For us the success of a safari, start with a good planning and putting together a good itinerary that suit the time of the year you are visiting Tanzania and number of days you have and for that you need a good agency expert in destination. Secondly selecting good valued accommodations that even if you don't spend much time at your hotel or camp after a full day safari, you will still get the comfort you require, Tanzania has the most breathtaking Lodges with stunning views, warm staff and amazing meals. Last but not least the most important part that will elevate your experience is YOUR GUIDE, he will be with you almost 24/7 for a week, welcoming you as a client and departing as your friend. In our case we were extremely lucky to have OMBENI (king of Serengeti) as our Guide and .....what a Trip!! He was on top of all details, coordinating the program on site, giving us advises, looking after us, waiting after us too, keeping the car spotless every evening, finding the Big 5 and special wildlife moments for us, we laugh, we danced, we singed, and we can say that we defiantly recommend him for your next Safari Adventure. Selected Itinerary done mid end of Novembre:Landing in dar Es salaam with Emirates, spent the night at Hyatt RegencyFlight to Serengeti Airstrip (to save up some time)Serengeti – 3 nights at Four SeasonsNgorongoro Crater -1 night at Lions PawNgorongoro Entrance – 1 night at Neptune LodgeTarangire – 1 night at Lemala Mpingo RidgeFlight to Zanzibar for few days.*We skiped Lake Manyara due to lake of time and as per other guests we met along the way, it was a good decision not to visit this park at this time of the year due to lack of animals and even birds.Big thank you to Ombeni and Easy Travel Team.See you soon,From Sandra & Samir

Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar. A year ago, thinking the coronavirus pandemic was over, we booked a trip to Africa through Charlie Travels. This tour operator went bankrupt, and we had to quickly find something else. That's how we ended up with Matoke Tours. What a fantastic company! They helped us so much, answered all our questions, and we signed the invoice with peace of mind! In Tanzania, our guide, Freddy, was incredibly informative and did everything he could to ensure we took the most beautiful photos! We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and highly recommend it to everyone!

Our fantastic trip to Tanzania in October/November 2021. As avid Africa travelers, we had really missed traveling to Africa due to all the COVID-19 issues. When we heard that safaris to Kenya and Tanzania were possible again, we contacted several tour operators. Matoke/Easy Travel was one of the few that prepared a concrete travel proposal. After a thorough phone screening about our wishes and expectations, we received an initial proposal, and… it was spot on. We confirmed the next day. We also received extensive information about the safety and health regulations regarding COVID. Okay, that was a bit much, but in the end, everything turned out very well. The negative test (before and after the trip), the various health declarations for Tanzania, the Netherlands, and Belgium, the face mask during the flight… we were all willing to do it. Three weeks after our phone call, we landed in Arusha. A rapid test at the airport wasn't necessary. Everything was perfectly arranged by Matoke and their local agent, Easy Travel. We were met by our driver/guide, Kilian. In Tanzania itself, everyone who is eligible to travel with the public (tourists) has been vaccinated. We recommend an extra day in Arusha to relax after the flight and get an optimal start to our trip through Tanzania. The luxurious Toyota Landcruiser (with eight seats for the two of us) was absolutely fantastic, our guide was great, and the various accommodations were exactly what we had requested (small-scale tented camps, some mid-range, some semi-luxury). We visited Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. A total of eight days of safari, including five days in Serengeti NP at two different camps. And we were lucky! Although we were a bit late for the migration, we still saw a last herd of wildebeest crossing the Mara. After an afternoon, a whole day, and another morning of waiting, our patience was rewarded at 11:47 am! What a spectacle: 10,000s of wildebeest doing their best not to be grabbed by a crocodile, drumming, snorting and then swimming across the Mara and running between the jeeps. We saw hundreds of thousands of wildebeest! Our guide, Kilian, was a great one with a warm personality, blessed with X-ray eyes, patient, charming, there when needed but who also gave us the necessary privacy. When he dropped us off at the airport he said: 'We met as clients, but we left as friends'. The 3 days in Zanzibar were a perfect end to our holiday. Thank you Matoke and thank you Maria and Kilian from Easy Travel! Luc and Danielle Dieltjens-Lenaerts

An incredible adventure Our holiday was an incredible adventure. On arrival in Arusha in the evening my wife and I were picked up by Sudy Mwanga (our guide for the next 8 days), and straight away we had a nice ‘click’.We planned a relaxed day the first day because the next 7 days we would be driving around through the Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro national parks. We were shortly briefed at the office of Easy Travel, and off we went. The whole trip was planned (something we don’t do normally), but it was planned perfectly! Everywhere we stayed the people were (very) friendly, the places where we slept comfortable and neat. We were made felt at home and were well taken care of!And during the driving (we drove about 1700 kms) Sudy turned out to be a walking encyclopedia with his 16 years of experience. He gave us very nice info about Tanzania, the wildlife and the people. You could tell he was/is proud of Tanzania. And the sightseeing was beautiful: the endless views, the tranquility, just being thankful to be able to experience nature in such a unique way.But of course we came for the wildlife. My wife and I were in South Africa 2 years ago, but as far as wildlife is concerned, nothing can beat the Serengeti! We were 6 days in the Serengeti, and really, every day topped the day before. We've never seen so many animals. Not only in diversity, but also the quantity. Hundreds of Zebra's, thousands of Gnoes, dozens of Lions, etc. We were very lucky. And we were lucky with Sudy: apart from being a nice guy and able to drive us across the most horrific roads, he knew his way! Four times he spotted a leopard as the first guide in the neigbourhood. Three times in a tree (where we could only see a tree, Sudy saw the leopard). And one time we were ‘lucky’ to see a live kill: the leopard caught a young wardhog 10 meters in front of the car! Twice he spotted a couple of lions hidden away in the grass, ready for a hunt. It was very intense to see a lion crawl to his (or her) prey. And then the crossings at the Mara river . . . : again we were so lucky to see 3 of them in 2 days. After 8 days we were sad to have to say goodbye to ‘eagle eyes’ Sudy, and we went to Zanzibar. Again we stayed at a perfect place near the beach and full of nice memories and stories we enjoyed the pool, the atmosphere, the food and nice weather. It felt like 4 days in paradise. We are so pleased with this holiday and everything we’ve experienced, it was an incredible adventure indeed!

Wow what an experience! Wow, what can I say - a trip of a lifetime. We spent 8 amazing days of our honeymoon on Safari around the northern circuit. Stopping at Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire national parks. From the very first contact I was really pleased with the service provided by Easy Travel. Amina took care of everything, from reassuring us about the COVID situation to helping us get our online visas on time (which we left later than we should have!). She even helped with questions I had regarding ferries and flights to Zanzibar even though we booked that part of our trip independently. Another member of the team who made our trip so memorable was our driver guide Anold. He was extremely kind, was able to answer any question we had about the animals or plants, knew his way around all the parks and was an excellent driver. He also knew how to pick up our energy levels when we were feeling tired (usually by singing to us) and was fluent in both Spanish and English (which was perfect for us as I’m British and my wife is Spanish). The parks themselves were spectacular. All unique in their own ways. Although we weren’t lucky enough to spot the black Rhino, we saw more animals than we ever imagined - including cheetahs, lions and leopards up close. We stayed in the different Tortilis camps which were all extremely comfortable and the service was excellent. There was always more than enough delicious food and someone on hand if you had any questions or needed help with bags and things. The food on Safari was also excellent. Most other groups had packed lunches but we were treated to a cooked meal for lunch with starters, mains, desserts, tea, coffee, soft drinks - you name it, we had it! We also had our own table and chairs and ate lunch each day in the middle of the bush - which was incredible. If you are looking for 5* service from start to finish - I recommend you book with Easy Travel! You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic safari! An unforgettable experience. Thank you to Lizbeth for organizing everything according to our wishes and for choosing the best options thanks to her advice. She arranged a cake to celebrate my birthday at their office in Arusha as well as at the hotel where we were staying. She also helped us with flight bookings for the next leg of our trip to Zanzibar. We visited Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti National Park. The Serena hotels were all perfect, in terms of their location, magnificent views, and quality of service. Our driver-guide, Ombeni, was excellent: very friendly, attentive, and with extensive knowledge of the terrain and the animals. Thanks to him, we were able to see everything we wanted in excellent conditions, from driving in a perfectly maintained 4x4 to having lunch in the bush with the animals as our backdrop. Thank you again for all these unforgettable memories. We are retirees over 80 years old and we had no difficulty fully enjoying this safari thanks to Easy Travel's excellent organization and Ombeni's kindness. I recommend them without hesitation.

amazing safari experience with adrian!! *YOU MUST REQUEST ADRIAN AS YOUR GUIDE!!* (i have a full section on how amazing he was below). cannot stress how amazing our experience was. we highly recommend going with easytravel. to start off, the manager of the company is norah and she is *from* tanzania and lives there. this is so important to note because so many operators are trying to sell you a package from miami, florida as a side hustle. norah lives in tanzania and understands what is happening around each park, the climate, and is privy to what a visitor needs to see. we whatsapped with norah for a completely custom package and told her exactly what we were interested in seeing. she was flexible and made it happen. she was incredibly amazing and checked in on us throughout our trip. we were even going to zanzibar after and she offered to book our flights there for us! we opted for a luxury package which meant we were paired with mostly lemala properties. we were most keen on seeing the serengeti and the ngorongoro crater but norah insisted that we also see the beauty of tarangire national park. it was incredible and well worth the visit. overview of our stays:day 1 arrival in kilimanjaro -> drive to tarangire lemala npingo (1 night)day 2: game drive in tarangire NP, after game drive -> drive to ngorongoro crater lodge day 3: game drive in ngorongoro crater -> drive to lemala nayuki in central serengeti (made stop at masai village on the way)day 4: game drive central serengeti day 5: game drive central serengeti day 6: early morning game drive central serengeti then a mid-day flight back to kilimanjaro. depart on flight to zanzibarhighlights of each area:tarangire national park: insanely beautiful and a very different terrain. hills, bao trees, very shaded, big rivers, tons of differentiation in the type of terrain. animals spotted here: giraffe, worthog, zebras, vultures, cape buffalos, mongooses, thompson gazelles, ostrich, leopards, tons of lions, elephantsngorongoro crater: the most opulent of the parks we visited. the morning light in the park makes you feel like you’re in heaven with animals. the tall mountains surrounding the crater make an unbelievable back drop. there are some rhinos here but we weren’t lucky enough to spot them. animals spotted here: animals: baboons, hyena, hippos, lion, gazelle, zebraserengeti: my favorite of all the parks - it’s a completely different pace than the rest, much slower because it’s so vast and takes hours and hours to cover. but it felt the most “natural” and at home for the animals. they had many miles of flat terrain to explore, hunt, and live. the game drives consisted of finding animals and waiting for them to attack, walk through, or sleep. this was unique because it felt like the other two destinations were more of a “zoo” feeling as in you will drive near the animals and view them, but there isn’t much action and you don’t really get to see them in action. the serengeti was a surreal experience - the lodge we stayed at made it even better. it was right in the middle of the serengeti and blended so well in with nature that many animals lived around the camp. our guide/driver adrian. i cannot say enough good things about this man. he was amazing, incredible and even beyond what we could’ve wanted and expected. he’s been driving/guiding for over 15 years and he knows the land incredibly well. he knew when the zebras were “anxious” so he drove around trying to spot the lion and we found a pride of 12. his eye is trained to see movement and detect things from far away.first of all, he’s incredibly educated in every area we were able to talk to him about every animal at length, he answered every question we had from whys to how’s and he even cracked jokes. he was realistic and reliable - he knew when to leave, what to spend our time on, what to wait on and what to not wait on. he even took us to the masai and warned us about them trying to upsell their products to us and told us to not be pressured. he kept us first in mind - he would go off roading and bend the rules a bit when we saw some animals. see photos attached of how close he drove us to the animals. he was overall very educated, had great english, and communicated and was very receptive to all of our needs. go with easytravel and make sure you request adrian!! you won’t regret it. we do wish we got to see the wildebeest crossing in the northern serengeti, but we will definitely have to come back for that!

Best Safari In Arusha Area (Serengeti - Lake Manyara - Ngorongoro -Tarangire Easy Travel & Tours did an amazing job of planning our Safari. I had not been back to Tanzania for over 40 years and was a little nervous about the details. Amina at Easy Travel assisted us in all aspects of the planning and we were never left alone from the time we landed at Kilimanjaro International airport to the time we departed from the same airport. Our safari guide that took us to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro was Emmilian and he was fantasticl. He knew every corner of the parks and the roads and we saw every animal we were looking for, some a little too close :). Even the owners of Easy Travel, Musaddiq and his wife Sayeda took the time to answer our questions and to welcome us personally when we started and ended our safari. They also referred us to businesses that we were looking for. I would highly recommend you book through Easy Travel as they treat you as family and handle your every need. They even assisted us with tours in Zanzibar, which was our next destination.

Unforgettable Safari experience in Tanzania. A wonderful trip at a competitive price with Easy Travel, a local Tanzanian company, that surpassed our expectations! We were the first group to take a muti-day trip following the pandemic and were treated like royalty. Covid testing went smoothly, including in the Serengeti park prior to departure. Our agent Norah was at our beck and call, answering questions and modifying our agenda without delay. The accommodations were to dream of and the best was our driver and guide Emmilian, with 26 years of experience. His observational skills were outstanding, his explanations of the game biology was detailed, and his sense of humor and charm authentic. We started with 3 days of recuperation after a long flight in Zanzibar, important before hitting the road. We travelled over 8 days to and from the Mara river to see the wildebeest migration, covering 1,600 km of rough road in a very comfortable vehicle. We traveled from dawn to dusk changing hotels each day to cover as much territory as possible. In retrospect we could have spent a bit more time at each hotel to better appreciate them and travelled north by truck and flying back to Arusha. The hotels of their Comfort Plus option were well appreciated by the two interior decorators in our group with demanding standards, and the meals were consistently delicious according to their gourmand companions. Easy Travel is a terrific agency with some 90 guides, and provided a memorable trip for our group of four well seasoned travelers.

Highly recommended for everyone. We had a wonderful safari through the northern parks of Tanzania with Easy Travel. Thanks in part to our experienced guide, Marikie, it became an unforgettable trip. While driving through the parks, he was the first to spot certain animals. We saw the Big 5 and a river crossing. All in all, a unique experience. We booked this trip with Easy Travel through Matoke Tours. Thank you for the flexibility to fly from the north to Zanzibar, which gave us more time for game drives.

Great private Safari We booked a private trip with 5 persons to North Tanzania through Matoke Tours and Easy Travel. We went to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti Seronera and the north of the park around the Mara river in 7 days. It was one of the best trips we ever made, thanks to our excellent guide Mariki. He did his best to spot the animals and the best places. We could basilly lay back and enjoy the beautiful of the parks and animals. We saw a lot such as the big five, a cop of Cheetah cubs and the Mara crossing at the last moment before we flight back from Kotagenda airstrip to Zanzibar to continue our holiday. We hope that we can do another trip with Mariki at another part of the country in a few years.

We initially booked our 5-night safari and 3-night stay on Zanzibar with Easy Travel in February of 2020, planning to travel in July of that year. That booking experience was excellent; we were joining with 2 friends who had already booked the itinerary, and Brenda at Easy Travel made that a seamless experience. She was responsive to all of our questions within a day, provided excellent documentation, and overall made sure we felt prepared for an amazing trip. And then, COVID... Obviously, we didn't travel as planned in July 2020. Easy Travel was communicative throughout the pandemic, and assured us that we could reschedule for the same itinerary whenever we were ready to travel in 2021. A full year later, we finally selected dates, but our travel companions had changed. Easy Travel was able to book our new companions on our same itinerary without any issue, and we were all set to finally visit Tanzania in July 2021. Then, the flights we had initially booked were canceled and we needed new flights, which gave us an extra day on the ground. Easy Travel was able to adjust our reservation in Arusha without issue. The email thread at this point was well over 100 messages, and they still kept everything straight and helped us feel safe and prepared. I think Easy Travel managed the pandemic craziness as well as anyone on earth. And that's all before we actually got there! As soon as we landed in Arusha our driver, Everest, was there to meet us. We loaded up our safari vehicle (which is well-appointed and extremely clean) and headed straight for the Easy Travel office where Nu greeted us and gave us the full rundown of our itinerary, answered any questions we had, and helped us get our COVID tests scheduled so that we could travel home without issue. When it was time to head out on Safari, Everest picked us up at our hotel and we headed out to Lake Manyara. Unexpectedly, the brief stop in the village of Mto wa Mbu along the way was a highlight of the trip as well. We were prepared for Lake Manyara to be an "appetizer" for Serengeti the next day, but the density and variety of animals there is impressive in its own right! The Tortillis camp in Lake Manyara was excellent as well, and our dinner there was our best all trip. The drive to Serengeti was long, but Everest was an excellent driver and travel guide, providing amusing anecdotes and local history along the way. His knowledge of every mammal, bird, and reptile along the way was incredible, and over the course of our week together the only question that didn't get a completely satisfying answer was "why do zebras have stripes?" Our time navigating Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire was amazing; Everest's ability to quickly navigate these huge parks to find fascinating natural scenes was incredible, and it felt like every minute possible was well-spent. The Tortillis camps we stayed in in each park were truly special places, and the staff were absolutely incredible. Consistently good food and drinks were an excellent way to start and end each day, and we left wishing we had more time to spend in camp talking with the staff. Everest took us directly back to the airport for the next leg of our journey, and our trip to Zanzibar and transfer to our resort in Nungwi was perfectly arranged. Our 3 nights at Sandies' Baobab were as relaxing as we were hoping for, especially after such an action-packed safari itinerary. Easy Travel's help arranging transfers to and from the resort and our COVID tests while there made the full experience completely stress-free. We cannot recommend Easy Travel highly enough. Through immense change, they communicated consistently and effectively with us for well over a year. They took all proper COVID precautions while there, and made our long-awaited trip the experience of a lifetime despite everything happening around us. Thank you, Easy Travel team!!

Dedicated agency with personal touch We have loved our safari trip with Easy Travel, booked through Matoke Tours in the Netherlands, with guide Omega. we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the extended jeep, with comfy single seats, binoculars for everyone at each seat, a fridge and even wifi in the jeep (even though not that strong everywhere). Guide Omega was a friendly, excellent driver and knowledgeable guide who has been able to lead us to seeing even a black rhino and a leopard in the Serengeti and who could tell us many fun facts around each animal. We have felt safe and supported all the time under his guide. We loved most: the Serengeti, because of the many animals we saw there and the adventurous and romantic nights in the tented camps, the Oldupai Gorge with its enormous richness of history, and the village tour at Lake Manyara, cycling through the village and getting to know more of how the villagers build their homes, grow their food and carve the wooden art pieces. An advice to future travellers is not to stay at a lodge on the Ngorongoro crater rim just because you want a spectacular view, as we experienced arriving shortly before it got dark and in the morning we were in the middle of clouds. And clouds saty around the rim quite some time, I saw. So no spectacular view thenThe temperatures were really pleasant in July and we saw no mosquitoes on the main land, so it's clearly a great time of year to go to Tanzania. We also went to Zanzibar, where we loved the boutique hotel Kholle House, the spice tour and the beach with the white sand so fine it feels like silk to your feet when you walk on it. Guide Zamir was ever so friendly and helpful, and the temperatures just perfect: 27-28 degrees. Really a paradise island. What I really appreciated of Easy Travel is that Maria in Arusha and Zamir in Zanzibar really personally ensured our trip went right, checking with us regularly and informing us of every step. We didn't have to worry about arranging anything that way and could just sit and enjoy.

A Trip of a Lifetime! Our family experienced a trip of a lifetime last year when we traveled to Tanzania with Easy Travel! Amina at Easy Travel was amazing to work with and created an itinerary just right for us. Emmilian, our guide, was fantastic! We are convinced he knows every person and animal in Tanzania. His knowledge of the country, its history, its people, and the animals that live there is immense. We traveled for over two weeks with Emmilian as our guide. We were able to visit the wild animal parks, the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater, and climb halfway up Kilimanjaro. We saw, lions, rhinos, giraffes, elephants, leopards, warthogs, hippos, dik-diks, zebras, birds of all kinds and so much more! The lodges were fantastic and the Tanzanian people were friendly and kind. Amina also made our travel and lodging arrangements for a visit to Zanzibar after our safari. It was an amazing trip! We are grateful to Easy Travel, Amina, and Emmilian for giving us a trip that our family will remember forever!

Outstanding Safari provider Where to begin. Lets start with the day my sister and I contacted Easy Travel and the extremely prompt response from Norah. We explained our dream private safari trip of Tanzania to her and she put together the PERFECT itinerary for us. When we had booked our trip it was January of 2020 and we picked the month of October to travel which gave us lots of time to think of other things we wanted to include and other things we wanted to dismiss. Norah did an excellent job of answering all our many questions and had a few great suggestions we hadn't thought of. As you can imagine traveling during this pandemic was a sincere concern for us but Easy Travel has many safety precautions in place and at no time did we feel unsafe or unprotected. Our driver guide Hamdani was outstanding. From the moment he picked us up at JRO international until the moment we said our farewells 9 days later. His passion for the land and its animals was indeed obvious. One of the outstanding features of booking with Easy Travel is the contact you have with your travel expert. Norah checked in with our driver guide frequently to be sure our experience was everything we were hoping for and even when we finished safari and continued on to Zanzibar she was in touch with our pick up personal and spoke to us directly via phone and WhatsApp to be sure we arrived safely and everything was meeting our expectations. That really meant a lot to us because it was just my sister and I and having that check in gave us comfort. If you are considering a trip to beautiful Tanzania then look no further than the outstanding service and personal concern for your dream trip of a lifetime. Thank you thank you Norah and Easy Travel for helping us to live our dream

Perfect from start to finish We started planning for a Tanzanian Vacation back in February when things were simpler. From February until 4 weeks before arriving, we've had to adjust multiple time our plans and at each and every time Easy Travel supported us and helped us make the correct adjustments. In the end, when we landed in Kilimanjaro airport and that we were greeted by our driver Gerald all of that stress went away and boy did we enjoyed it!The day after our arrival we headed to the Easy Travel Main office where we meet with Nusaibah to confirm our all of our lodges and arrangements. Our trip was split in two parts, A safari of 8 days and 5 days into Zanzibar. Throughout the whole journey, Nasaibah made sure to get in touch with us to confirm everything was correct and that for example we landed safely into Zanzibar. It was never intrusive, just the correct number of checks to make us feel secure. As far as the Safari goes, 8 days is sufficient enough to see all you’ll be able to see. For lodging, we decided to stay in all 4 Tortilis Camp and I must admit they did not disappoint, from the staff to the food everything was above expectation. I could also describe in full details all the animals we've seen, everything Gerald made to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, his deep experience of the land, but in the end the most important part you need to know is that we definitely recommend them. We know it can be scary to book with a company on the other side of the world, but as you'll see in the picture this is a huge company with vast resources and a more than helpful staff. All of the suggestions they made to us were above expectation(Lodging in Serengeti, Resort in Zanzibar, etc.) and in the end that’s what you’re looking into a Safari Tour provider!

Amazing safari! EasyTravel really made our first safari memorable! First, they supported and guided us throughout the booking process. We had to make a few adjustments to our initial trip because of flight changes and travel restrictions, but every time we emailed our representative Evania, she got back to us promptly. Upon our arrival, we were picked up by our driver at the airport and then we were very well received by Nusaibah at the Arusha office. She also got in touch with us a few times during the trip to make sure everything was ok, even when we were in Zanzibar, which made us feel safe and taken care of.And what about Gerald! He was an amazing guide and driver throughout the week! He could navigate curvy and bumpy roads like it was nothing, even in heavy rain. I was glad he was behind the wheel and we felt safe all the time. Not only could he find his way through the endless plaines of Serengeti, but he also knew where to find the rare animals. Thanks to him, we spotted the big 5 during our first safari day! He also has great knowledge of the wildlife and the National parks, so our trip was very informative. Finally, our trip wouldn’t have been the same if not from the amazing staff at the Tortillis camps. We visited their 4 camps, and each time we got a warm and friendly welcome, excellent service and very nice accommodations. Overall, the staff and services exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend EasyTravel to anyone who wish to visit Tanzania safely!

Holiday of a Lifetime Lion King TourI thought it best to leave this review for a while as the Safari we have just been on still seems like a dream; please also excuse the length of this review but I wanted to make sure I had covered everything. From the moment we landed Easy Travel could not have been more helpful and accommodating and I have not doubt that this made the holiday the fantastic experience that it was.Picked up by our driver for the week (Edward / Eddie) at the airport we were escorted to our ride and then onwards to the company’s headquarters where we received our inventory and brief on the week’s activities. Accompanied by cake and drinks the brief was thorough and included everything that we would need to know including onward flights and rep details.Afterwards we were transported to our overnight hotel where we were left in the capable hands of the hotel staff having arranged our pick-up time for the next morning. Starting our Safari early that next morning we were pleased that we had been allocated our own Jeep / land cruiser as this enabled us to spread out as a family (2 x adults + 2 x kids) and we could decide on timings that suited us.Transiting to our first stop, Eddie explained what the rest of the week would be like and how he would try and get us to the best spots in the hope of viewing as many animals as possible. I have to say that throughout the 3 days we were with him Eddie did exactly that … he just seemed to know when and where to be, so much so that we got to see a lot more animals (including most of the big 5) than some of the other groups. His guidance on when we should set off each morning was key to achieving this although it did make for a few late nights and very early mornings.Eddie also made sure that every day the land cruiser was fully stocked with water and soft drinks (which were very needed) and took the trouble to make sure that we had enough binoculars and camera charging points to make sure we could view and document this amazing experience.Lunch was provided every day and having two very picky kids with us made this troublesome. That said Eddie again did everything he could and provided a fantastic selection of authentic curries and stews on the second day which went down much better that the first. Overall, and right up to the point where he dropped us off at the airport for our onward flight to Zanzibar, Eddie could not have done more to make our safari the prefect experience that it was. If I had the chance to return, I would do everything I could to make sure he was our guide … he was that good!As the holiday was a short week (6 days in total) we didn’t really get to spend any quality time in the hotels (which were amazing) and this is probably my only negative point about our entire stay in Tanzania. The second part of the holiday in Zanzibar although very interesting was far less organised and in hindsight it would have been more appropriate to complete this leg first, before moving on to the much more enjoyable safari. Overall, I cannot recommend Easy Travel, and in particular Eddie enough should you be looking to book a safari in Tanzania. My main tip would be to go for longer to make sure you can fit everything in!

Awesome company. Best way to enjoy safari From the moment we were with Easy Travel, we knew we were in good hands. We did 5 days in the Serengeti and Ngorogoro crater with our driver Freddie who had an eye that could spot animals from lions to rhinos kilometres over the horizon. We were first briefed at easy travel HQ by Nora. Because it was our honeymoon Nora greeted us with champagne and a home-baked luxury cake. She was professional, transparent and approachable. We were briefed on the following 5 days and then returned to our hotel by Freddie. As we entered our hotel in Arusha, we were pleasantly surprised by the very romantic scene of flower petals about the room, a complementaty fruit platter and red wine, as well as a pre filled spa, courtesy of Nora letting slip we were honeymooners. For accommodation on the safari, I can only describe what we found in the middle of some very remote places to be glamping. Easy Travel selected a chain of camps called tortillis. From what we found out, they were a relatively new chain who strived for 5 star service with each of their hard working staff. Each camp is set up in exactly the same manner for what I imagine to be ease of comfort for clients, but very different backdrops as you make your way through the safari from the Serengeti plains to thick woodland on the breaches of the crater. We were again suprised by a sudden serenade of song and dance and of course cake one night by the staff after Nora let slip it was our honeymoon. Due to recent rains Freddie's driving skills were on full display on muddy unsealed roads and boy could he drive. Without him I am certain we would have been bogged and left trying to dig our way out in the middle of lion pridelands. Day 2 saw us following a pride of lions on the hunt for hours of entertainment, getting up close and personal to a very curious elephant bull and a rare sighting of a mother leopard and her cub lazing about in a tree before disappearing into the long lush grasslands. Without Freddie, This of course would have been merely missed opportunity as we stared at what we thought was only grass. Freddie was flexible if we wanted to change schedule and always willing to answer questions. On the way home Nora came to our hotel (on the weekend!) So as not to inconvenience us for a briefing before giving some sound advice on our next stop and of course organising for Freddie to drop us to the airport the following day. On our departure, we were invited to contact Nora if we ran into any difficulty in Zanzibar who would be more than happy to help. Thank you to Nora, Freddie and the entire Easy Travel team who made it the best experience we could ask for. Lindsay and Mitch

TOP TOP TOP! I have nothing but good things to say about them. Excellent organization, very good security, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very attentive to us since we were traveling in Tanzania but also in Zanzibar. They attended to us in Spanish, which was much appreciated. Our guide (Arnold, remember his name and ask for him) spoke our language well, and we had a very pleasant, interesting, and fun time with him. We even learned Swahili songs with him! He's fantastic. Thanks to him, we saw many animals and had wonderful experiences like a wildebeest giving birth and lionesses hunting. A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED experience with them, and definitely one to repeat. Many thanks to the whole team!

Excellent time! Our guide was knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. The accommodations were wonderful. The guide was respectful to the animals and environment, which I couldn't say for all companies. We also got to explore a lot, which is also not true for other companies. They were very responsive overall and it was a great experience, better than I thought. They also did an excellent job arranging our Zanzibar accommodations and tours.

Outstanding Private Safari Tour organised by Easy Travel & Tours!!! As a four members family, we were looking for a first safari adventure and have contacted different local tours operators for the organisation including Easy Travel & Tours. Amina has been our point of contact and has delivered always valuable advise for the organisation of our trip and as accommodated all our requests. This professionalism, Amina's reactiveness to our demand and a parallel strong recommendation from a colleague having previously performed a safari with Easy Travel has conducted us to select them among the different suppliers and I can clearly say that the final tour went well beyond our expectations. The trip has been perfectly managed by Amina and locally handled by our assigned guide Dotto who was also French speaker which helped for the interaction with our children. Dotto has managed to provide us a smooth experience, managing all administrative aspect of the trip and adapting to each of our needs. Dotto took the time to assess our objectives for the trip (in our case, we were looking for an extended safari experience while limiting our time in the hotel) in order to provide us the best service in line with our needs. In addition Dotto managed to always make us feel in full security while ensuring that we do not miss any rare event or situation (we could see live a Cheetahs' hunt and a full Lion family dinner) and always position the car in the best way to take the best photographies. Our trip has consisted in the following reserves: Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngonrongoro. Each of them with its specificities and all of them wonderful. In terms of hotel, we particularly enjoyed Kilimamoja, Ole Serai and Melia Serengeti that we would fully recommend. As an example of the professionalism of Easy Travel, after the end of our safari and their services, we departed for a two days visit to Zanzibar and upon arrival we have noticed that our youngest daughter had forgotten her camera in Dotto's car. We immediately contacted Amina and Dotto and on the same day, they managed to get our camera delivered to our hotel in Zanzibar! From our side, we can only thanks Easy Travel team, in particular Amina and Dotto for the superb safari experience that they have provided us!

Easy travel lived up to the name and then some We had the trip of a lifetime in Tanzania including Zanzibar. The highlight being game drives in the Serengeti with our driver, Freddy. He was the best driver out there, many others got stuck. I don't know how he managed to drive AND spot the animals he did. Even as an experienced driver he was excited to see baby lion cubs and cheetahs feasting! We spent a week together and it was hard to say goodbye haha. The rest of our guides and drivers were amazing too I just don't remember their names! But you can tell Easy Travel fully vets everyone.

absolutely incredible! Couldn’t recommend more highly. From start to finish everything about our trip with Easy Travel was incredible. Albin was our contact for planning the trip, he was unbelievably responsive and detailed. When we arrived we were picked up by our guide - Edward. We cannot say enough about how great he was to make our trip so memorable. He was an amazing driver (never got stuck as we watched others less lucky!) the truck was always spotless and ready to go. He always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We saw so many animals, everything we hope to see thanks to his expertise, his driving and his incredible eye for spotting wildlife (including the black rhino and leopard) he was always on the lookout. Plus he was just a great guy. When we arrived back in Arusha, Edward drove us back to the Easy Travel office where we met up with Albin who wanted to get our feedback. He even printed out our boarding passes for the next day. Edward picked us up in the morning and drove us to the Arusha airport making sure everything was taken careOf as we were off to Zanzibar. Couldn’t recommend more highly!!

Best. Honeymoon. Ever. We choose Easy Travel for the safari portion of our honeymoon in Tanzania. And words cannot describe how amazing they were. They went above and beyond in every single way - I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends! They welcomed us with a delicious cake, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time at every step of the way. We forgot some of our things in one of the hotels during the safari and they even had them sent to Zanzibar, even after our safari was over! Now that’s what a call an outstanding customer service experience! Amina and Tom - thank you for making our honeymoon a truly memorable experience. We will be back! :)

My gf and I have been planning this African trip for months, and we're so glad we picked Easytravel for making our trip so amazing! First, Easytravel handled all our booking enquiries diligently and followed through with detailed and prompt suggestions. That took a lot of stress out of us as we want to make sure our whole trip is customized to have all the elements we want. Big hand for Evania! Second, the safari driver Hamdani is very professional, capable and friendly. He went the extra mile to seek out the animals we wish to see and we were able to take wonderful animal pictures that many others probably don't have the chance to. Not to mention he is very knowledgable and outspoken about wildlife, as well as Tanzania! We learnt a lot and got even more intrigued with this country Third, Easytravel has been very helpful in helping me track and retrieve the luggage misdelivered during my airport transfer. Fourth, they prepared a very heartwarming cake to celebrate our anniversary (not once but twice, once at their office during the briefing, another time during dinner time at one of the campsites with dance performance from the staff!). We were really caught by surprise, and very moved by the length they went to make this trip memorable for us Fifth, the arrangements are all very smooth and seamless with no hiccups from airport to hotels /camps to the scenic spots we want to visit both in the game drive and Zanzibar. When we tweaked our plan on the fly in Zanzibar, the driver and guide is very accommodating and gave us great suggestions This trip wouldn't be that amazing without their arrangement and Easytravel has my highest appreciation for the effort they put into organizing it. Pick them and you'll thank yourself for it! Victor

My wife and I went on the 7 night "Tanzania Classic" Safari with Easy Travel for the first week of our honeymoon (comfort level accommodation), and it was excellent! It goes without saying that the wildlife watching was incredible, which I'm sure would be true of many Safari operators, but what made our experience with Easy Travel particularly good was: 1. Itinerary - the itinerary gets the right balance of time spent in each park. Most time is given to the Serengeti (enormous, most famous, most wildlife generally), and least for Manyara which is quite denseley forested and relatively small by comparison 2. Accommodation - given it was only supposed to be "comfort" level (just one up from the "basic" offering) our accommodation was really nice, with all "tents" (this word doesn't do them justice!) having enormous beds, big rooms, decent bathrooms with hot showers and a nice outside terrace to sit and have a drink in. All our accommodations also had well-stocked bars, nice lounges, fires to have a sunset drink by, and served excellent (and enormous) three course dinners and buffet breakfasts. They also often sang to us and congratulated us on our marriage! 3. Staff - All the staff we worked with at Easy Travel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Brenda, who was our point person in the office, was always responsive, friendly and was happy to go the extra mile. For example, she brought us a "congratulations" cake which the staff presented us with on arrival, called us via our guide midway through to make sure everything was going well, and helped find the best onward flights to Zanzibar, which were all really nice touches! 4. Quality of guiding - our guide, Festo, was incredibly knowledgeable. Not just about the animals, but about Tanzanian culture and the game parks and surrounding areas (including history, terrain, geology etc.) themselves. He also had a knack for spotting animals that bordered on the supernatural. He would spot things from miles away and then take us to them. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Easy Travel and would thoroughly recommend them for your Tanzanian safari.

We recently traveled through Tanzania with Easy travel. Game drive in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and 5 days in Unguja, Zanzibar. Easytravel performed an outstanding job organizing and accompanying our travel in Tanzania. We even got an friendly and warm reception at their office in Arusha, immediately feeling welcome. Everything was prepared in detail which included some personal extra requests. Jane Tito, our travel consultant, kept in touch in every moment, always concerned with our welfare, as well as the company owner, Mr. Musadiq. I already traveled through Tanzania some years ago and had a wonderful trip. But this one exceed my expectations. Our driver and guide, Freddy Kapinga, is an excellent professional, a safe and experienced driver and wise guide with broad knowledge. It was a pleasure to travel with him and we are really thankful for the amazing experiences we lived together, thanks to his knowledge and patience. The Tortilis camps where we slept are marvelous: gorgeous locations, outstanding staff, beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodations. In Zanzibar, transfers, tours and accommodations were perfectly organized and with an excellent value to money ratio.

The safari in Tanzania allowed us to see animals up close and in their natural habitat; it's phenomenal and incomparable. Zanzibar has the most beautiful and paradisiacal beaches. Wow! The people and inhabitants are extremely friendly and kind, especially the jeep driver during the safari - Freddy Kapinga. The amenities during the stay were very comfortable. The professionalism and dedication of SERIGAITA (Sofia Ribeiro) placed this adventure in 1st place. "The best"

The landscapes were amazing, the people, especially of Tanzania were very friendly and the lodges and resorts chosen by SERIGAITA were superb! A special greeting to Freddy Kapinga, our game driver who brought emotion and professionalism to our visit. Last but not least, thank you so much to Sofia and SERIGAITA for another memorable trip; the third of many!!

We have done a Safari of 6 days and 8 days of pure relax in Zanzibar. There is only one thing that we can say about your experience and about Easy Travel too: AMAZING! Everything has just been wonderful. From the booking with Godfrey, who always was very helpful and kind, through the holiday. Important here is to mention our driver Ombeni, also known as the "King of Serengeti", who really deserves his title. We would like to thank Easy Travel once more for everything that they have done for us. Our trip to Tanzania was something special that we will never forget.

I am happy to highly recommend Easy Travel and Tours for a Tanzanian holiday, as we have just returned from a 3 week vacation for which they made all the arrangements. We climbed and successfully summited Mt. Kilimanjaro, took an 8 day safari and then spent 3 days in Zanzibar. Easy Travel's staff, (especially our agent Amina), were extremely helpful in suggesting what route to climb, what gear to bring and when to come to Tanzania. The team that helped us summit the mountain, led by guides Gipson and Danny, were fantastic. They made it fun while still helping us to combat altitude sickness and fatigue en route to Uhuru Peak. The porters and cook were also kind and helpful young men. Our safari guide was Jackson, who has a wealth of knowledge about the animals and bush and was able to navigate Ndutu, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater preserves so that we saw miraculous animal life cycles. We found all the management and employees of Easy Travel that we dealt with to be compassionate and professional and we are truly grateful that they arranged a trip of a lifetime for our family.
