I started coming to BYB about a year ago, as I wanted to incorporate something new into my fitness routine. Everyone is friendly and engaging and I have seen tremendous improvements in my flexibility, along with a better understanding of yoga practices and the community within. I highly recommend giving BYB a try.

Can't believe I never wrote a review for BYB! BYB has been my home studio since 2021 for a reason. I love the core group of teachers, the managers, and have made good friends there. The community it builds is an added plus to the top-notch yoga classes they offer. Love that they have a great shower facility too. Will continue to go here for as long as I can. Keep up the good work BYB.

Emily is so extraordinary one of a kind. She is the most amazing yoga teacher I’ve ever had. She works us so hard but the way she delivers the class makes it seem effortless. I just hear her voice and I immediately feel better. If I could give her 1000 stars I would we all love her.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
