I had a new heating and air unit installed in November. Then in March when the power went out, my generator didn't come on. I thought the issue was related since we hadn't had a power loss since the install. Eanes dispatched Merlin Hernandez to check the electrical hookup. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He called prior to the assigned time to make sure the time was still good for me and showed up as expected. Even though the generaor issue ended up not being from the heating unit install, Merlin was patient showing me and explaining clearly how things worked so I had a clear understanding. He didn't just blow me off because I was a girl and had no experience with electrical hook ups. He was kind, respectful of my property, and just an all around nice guy who is very knowledgable and informative. Great customer service from this Eanes representative!
