We had Brilliant Colours refinish two outdoor pergola’s in the summer 2024. It was amazing how patient they were to remove every square inch of old stain and restore the structures to new. To whom it may concern, I am writing this testimonial to show my complete satisfaction with Brilliant colours painters. Being a homeowner for well over 20 years, I have had my house painted numerous times by various local contractors, and companies. When a gentleman came to my door ( brilliant colours painters ) and asked if I needed a quote, I was in fact in need of window and door painting on the exterior of my home. Receiving his quote, I decided to proceed with the job, and am so happy and satisfied with my decision to do so. The amount of work and effort these men put forth to complete my job amazed me, and I am not using this term lightly. I have never seen painters use power sanders to scrape and sand my windows, which shockingly impressed me, and I took notice of these men after that. They also suggested to use a special bond primer that no other painter has used before, which they applied to the bottom of my window ledges where the rain and melting snow sit, causing premature aging and ultimate flaking of paint. I watched as they meticulously sanded then prepped and finally painted the home with precision, and if their paint touched the glass, they went back and razor bladed it off. The clean up was just as impressive as they returned a day later to windex all my windows that had sanding residue from the day before. I was so impressed with this company, I also gave them a quick job on the inside of my home, and again, the prepping, taping and actual painting was excellent, and again they returned 2 days later to look at a concern that they wanted to address after the paint dried. thank you so much Toupe, and crew for a job well done.
